We stopped by after visiting less-local family during the solar eclipse. Kolin was very welcoming, helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. The store itself was impressive as well! Quite the selection, beautifully arranged, and Kolin was able to trackdown any item we asked about and had plenty of answers to any of our questions.

I came in for a disposable pen and I was greeted by the staff which was very welcoming! Jon was amazingggg he was very informative and kind! I appreciate him, especially since I just moved here and really don’t know anyone to get stuff from! My new favorite shop and I’ll be returning!

Eli provides some of the best customer service I have experienced, seems like he really wants every customer to leave happy. The store carries a wide selection of items I would suggest doing a combination looking up what you want and getting staff suggestions. No store is perfect but they are trying here.

This is a great store with anything and everything you could need. Huge thank you to Tim the manager who spent 30 minutes helping me with an issue I was having. Between the wide selection of products and help friendly staff this is where you should go to for all your vaping needs

Vape stores in Ohio tend to sell products that say they have D9 in it but then it turns out to be D8 for edibles. Please check the lab reports before buying. You guys do carry some edibles with just D9 in it, which I love. I like the D9 CannaAid gummies. Jon from Planet helped me get those gummies in the picture.

Was helped by Bob upon visiting for the first time. Only stopped up because of a different company being out of a specific product. Will be returning. Bob took the time out to explain anything I asked about and honestly rarely see people willing to take that time.Also, I can tell that this is the normal probably coming from management at this location all employees greet you with “what brings you in today”. I will most likely be driving past other shops to stop at this one instead from now on.

The manager of this site Eli is so much fun to talk with! He immediately makes you feel as if you’re a close friend! The store is run incredibly well! We will be making a trip back very soon!

Really great place. They have tons of options. Im actually trying to quit vaping. When I told them Id like to go DOWN in nicotine, they were super helpful and understanding. They sell 0% nicotine disposable vapes! Tim was especially helpful. Ask for him when you come in. If you like a good atmosphere and helpful people, then this is your place!

I’ll give it 5 because all around they clearly are run well and have a huge selection however the one thing I don’t think they do well is cigars. I’ve gotten them twice here and both times they weren’t great, dry and tearing easily. Unfortunately I can get cigars online for a quarter of their pricing and they’re better quality. I think if they lowered pricing on cigars maybe they’d sell enough for them to not go bad from sitting. If they’re not sitting long and are selling then they have other issues with the humidor maintenance. I hope that gets fixed because I don’t like driving all the way to Kamms corner to dad’s smoke shop for cigars because they just do cigars so much better, and better pricing. Planet of the vapes also has great hookah products and pricing for those.

2.25.24So my cousin took me to this her favorite smoke shop. Where I was assisted by a young lady. (I dont remember her name) The young lady was knowledgeable and very polite. I bought a device the supervisor told me how to use it. Within an hour I got home put fire on the device and it cracked in my hand. I took it back and the same guy who told me how to use it told me it was used so it was nothing he could do. Also since that issue hasnt happened before he said it was nothing to be done. Skip the part about the glass splitting in my hand while hot. Needless to say I will never return to that store or any other planet of the vapes. Very disappointed in they way the situation was handled.(Thank you for responding. I will be looking forward to finding a remedy for this unfortunate situation.)

So I do really love the stuff they have there and Ive been there many times and Ive spent a good amount of money every time I go in there . Well the last time I went in I literally needed like 45 cents and none of guys there could help me with 45 cents like come on now . This place used to be one of the only good things about Cleveland. Now its one of the worst. Bought a new vape while I was in town again after mine failed, and it didnt work out of the box. Brought it back a day later and they said there was nothing they could do. Had to buy a new one and I just left the one I bought yesterday with them so that hopefully they will look and see how defective it is and i would hope they took it off the shelf, but they wont since they obviously dont care. I had the previous model from a few years back with no issues over those three years. Should also mention that the employee working recommended this vape because of the requirements I mentioned but he also said that this vape didnt have the one thing i needed when i brought it back. (being able to push the button instead of auto draw) but i read through the instructions several times and spent hours working to fix it and he was wrong, hope you guys will get back to being a great shop eventually but i wont give it another chance.. You guys should have covered this defective device. I shouldnt have had to buy another. Ridiculous .

This shop is so wonderful! I use their CBD line of dog treats for my anxious pup and the second you walk in someone is greeting you and asking if you need help. I have been coming here for a while now and have spent a lot of money. My encounter with the employee named Eli was by far one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not fit for customer service.

Hours are incorrect. They open at 10a NOT 8a. If you are coming here because it is open early do not come. It is not actually open at these times. Other wise good store to get products from.

My coil burnt out and Tim came to my rescue he changed my coil and cleaned my tank definitely coming back I love this place 😍

Shout to Eli for helping me out tonight. I bought a vape this morning from them and I couldn’t taste it at all. Eli helped me experiment with a different juice and offered to compensate me for the inconvenience. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We ended up with a Mint juice at 35mg instead of the other juice that was 48mg. I can actually taste the mint some what and am satisfied with our exchange. I love stopping in and having the lovely Lana help me with my selections. She is very kind and patient and always reminds me to get a lighter (I always lose them). Twisted heads doesn’t hold a candle to the selection or service (at any location). Please give her a raise. The service and vibe at this location is so much better than other Planet of the Vape locations, in my opinion.

My dude Russell knew absolutely what he was doing and I was in and out within 5 minutes of walking in. Fantastic customer service! He knew what I was talking about, understood how i wanted it, and made sure I was completely good . I would absolutely recommend.

Bought a Packspod from them about a week ago, just opened it the other day and it was tasting funny but still kind of hit. After about 24 hours there was juice leaking from the bottom and decided to open it and compare to an older one I had from a different store. Completely different battery, and also missing an exhaust vent. Looks like they sourced them from another company to save a few bucks. Will no longer be going here for vapes any longer, they are putting people in danger for higher profit margins.

Yea dont go to this shop..they sell broken equipment and then refuse to exchange it when you bring it back..I told the chick I didnt even want money back, I was going to upgrade to a more expensive torch because the one I was sold stopped holding butane and was leaking after maybe 24 hours after buying it..then called it weird and insinuated that I was up to something lol,Sweetheart I dont need to steal from your hippie pot head shop..I have a real job. But when you sell broken garbage to customers, at least be a legit business and take responsibility. I understand its all pothead, skinny Jean wearing children that work there, but you sell broken things, exchange themAnd pretty obvious that all your reviews are written by the same couple people, using the same words in every review lol makes your business look pretty bad ahah

Very very poor customer service. They do not honor any warranty on the devices they sell they say contact the manufacturer when the manufacturer says the distributor should have no issue helping with the warranty considering they will just refund the distributor. I would recommend not making any expensive purchases from this location. You would be better off to just get it direct for on manufacture. It’s cheaper also. Live and learn . Never get my business again .

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming hello! Everyone was very helpful! The staff was easy to talk to and even taught me a few things. Usually I walk into these store knowing more than the people that work there but these guys know there s**t! I did buy a torch that stopped working within a few hours of buying it but stuff happens 🤷🏻‍♂️ Great experience overall the 3-4 times I’ve come in!

I came into this shop today and purchased 4 vapes. One was a raz vape and the other 3 were hyde. As all employees state and is clearly posted all around the store is to try your vapes before you leave. I tried all 4 of them and all 3 of the hydes tasted disgusting and were all burnt. I got the pina colada, pineapple ice & lush ice and they all tasted the exact same way. the raz was fine. I went back to the counter, mind you did not exit the building and told the guy what was going on and he told me to place the air opening on my palm and hit it to “ make the flavor come up” which obviously did not work. So now i have 3 vapes that taste like garbage and are not usable. i used to love this store and it has gone way downhill. 0/10 experience

I just switched from disposable vapes to a mod and every time I come in Russel is super helpful! I havent had a mod in years and he made switching over so quick and easy! Hes super knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. He even set it up for me and filled it before I left the store! Definitely ask for Russel if you ever need anything from Planet!

Ill admit I have found better prices elsewhere, but the one on one customer service far outshines the extra cost.Update: 10/22/2023 Had employee today Nattie. Great woman, brought my dog in. I was told on the phone on a different day that pets are allowed, came in with my dog, Nattie was perfect, she was beaming, but I could tell she didnt want to pet without asking, so i beat her to it and told her she could pet, her and the dog were both so excited. I had a 5 item list I wanted, she found 4 of the 5 item quickly and gave and excellent recommendation for a replacement for the 5th. the only reason i wasn;t in and out in ten minutes is that i had to go to the car for my wallet. Smiles, expertise, efficiency... you cant buy that. that has to come from a workplace culture.

My first time in today after driving past this place multiple times in the last couple months. Did not leave disappointed at all. The selection in there is insane, the atmosphere is so nice and I like that they have a little Lounge area, and the staff was all super attentive and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Im also pretty sure that I saw someone from every age range in the 30 to 40 minutes that I was in there. Very inclusive, not overbearing like a lot of places are, and I will absolutely be going back.

We stopped by today just to look around at all of the options they had and we were highly impressed by the customer service we received! There were two gentlemen there Brandon was the one who mainly helped us and he was very informative! He was able to answer every question we had without hesitation! I live about 40 minutes away from the Parma location and the experience we had today made it well worth the drive! The prices are also comparable to most shops I’ve been to. I had never been into a CBD store and was very nervous, I had heard that there was some CBD that could help with my dogs Cushings disease, so it was worth a try. Love this place! they were playing old one direction hits when i walked in, so you know the vibes are immaculate. every time i’ve been in here the employees help me find exactly what i’m looking for. russell is absolutely awesome and was super informative when i was looking for a new pod system and recommended me an awesome juice (not to mention the juice bottle color coordinated with the system i got!). great people, great energy, great selection, and super reasonable prices.

My experience was very well worth it. With going there to find something I need. The worker Dave was really helpful and understanding on what I was looking for. He helped me get the matching trays, bowl, storage and even bud. Would definitely recommend his help in the future.

The customer service is top notch they are very friendly. All of their vapes and accessories are usual top of the line. Their juices are usually diverse enough for any flavor and strength you may want. The head shop here is definitely worth going to all of their pieces are quality items and they have a bunch of other product that are definitely worth checking out and testing for yourself. I would 100% recommend visiting this location.

I came in to simply observe to produce a review. The employees were very respectful, EXCEPT the manager himself.. shocking, I know. I caught myself in a conversation with 2 customers for about 30 minutes of the 35 minutes I was there. We were talking about cars, and then just so suddenly the manager told ME.. ONLY ME that I have 2 minutes tops to leave before he quote.. “call the Parma police”. At first me and both the customers I spoke too gave him a confused looked, and the manager apologized too one customers saying “I’m sorry about that, I’ll have him leave now” and the customer assured him that I was not bothering him whatsoever. I also replied saying “I’m not sure how or why you feel that way but I guess I will still leave. Before I leave though,!may I use the restroom?” He told me “No.” and I walked out honestly confused and upset. I was going to start coming to this location regardless where I live due to its massive selection, but now I refuse because of the troubled manager. I’m not sure if you were having a tough day or what, but please make sure to remember overall not too treat anyone else like that because last time I checked, multiple people told me that place is a very nice hangout.. and what was I doing? Observing / hanging out. If I was bothering someone, trust me, I wouldn’t stop myself before you stepped in the way you did.

This store is above all others. Everyone who works there is always very helpful, never pushy & each one is knowledgeable as well as pleasant. The store is kept immaculate & very well stocked. A pleasant experience every time you go!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable of all products I asked about. They were pleasant. The establishment was very clean and it was a nice open area with labels for prices. Today was my first time visiting and I have to say it was a really pleasant visit. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I had a really great experience at Planet of the Vapes! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and very helpful staff. The young woman patiently listened and answered all my questions and recommended what would work best for me with each question I had. She actually listed and took the time to help me find what would fit my needs the best. After purchasing my items I then walked over to the other side where there was a young man helping my son, he greeted me and asked if there was anything he could help me with, all the while being asked questions, can I see this, how much is this ect. Yet still making sure I knew he was there to help. I did end up buying a few things and he was there to help. The only bad thing about the whole experience is I cant remember their names to thank them properly. Thank you Planet Of The Vapes! You have made me a customer for life!

The staff are always 10/10 and the selection on both sides of the store is awesome. I never feel rushed or unable to shop around like I do at other vape/smoke shops. One of my favorite places to go when Im in the area.

Went into this store for a simple vape and left with so much knowledge on how all there recreational devices work. I bought a tip fir my vape and when I got home and put it in realized it was defective/damaged. I came from out if state visiting so was not able to return so just out of a tip that was a little over priced to begin with, and the money. Make sure to check whatever you buy before leaving the store just incase.

There is one dude in the long curly hair light skin, was in to buy a quick cheap vape just needed something for a day til I bought my new one a couple days later. He sat there and made fun of me telling me that I couldn’t afford even a 10 dollar vape in there super disrespectful to me. My vape broke I asked for help and he was no help at all pretty much just shrugged his shoulders at me. I used the love that place everyone used to be so helpful but there staff has taken a big down grade lately on the vape side I still enjoy a lot of the guys in the glass and smoke supplies. Don’t think I could step bsck in the vape side based how I was treated that night.

Fair selection. About average prices. Price points reflect the overhead expenses for such a nice location and the new age human resources demand on higher wages. Glad to see so many becoming enriched by the marijuana industry. Thats American entrepreneurship.

Dave, one of the staff, was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the product available and their specific use. The store is new and very organized, spacious and clean. Staff was attentive and patient while explaining terminology and providing a variety of choices without creating confusion.

As someone new to vaping I had a lot of questions coming into the store but Damien (I hoped I spelled that right) was very helpful and found the right product for my needs. In a follow up visit to find pods, the specific ones I was looking for was sold out but Zach, set me up to get notified should new inventory come in. This location not only has an excellent selection of products but excellent employees as well!

Went in to get a box mod for my dad for Christmas as an alternative to smoking. I have absolutely 0 experience with anything vaping so I naturally asked for help. Gage went through step by step everything I would need to get him, and helped me pick out a mod and coils we thought would fit his needs. Not only that but he helped me put the mod together in store and walked me through it step by step so I could pass the info on to my dad. Was an absolutely incredible experience and I will be back again. Gage was incredibly friendly and will be a huge part of me returning in the future.

Bought a vape and it tasted burnt. The gentleman told us to put are hand on the bottom of the vent to get the juices flowing and its still burnt and they wouldnt take it back. Buyer beware they dont honor what they sell.

I just recently quit smoking and decided to take up vaping as an alternative. so i walked into this store knowing absolutely nothing! Ray greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. he took his time went over several different products and explained them in detail. i love my product and the customer service was outstanding i will defiantly be back!

OMG! I’ve literally been having technical difficulties trying to login to do this review for the last 3 days! But I still didn’t forget because thats how good of an experience it was so I had to leave a review! It was only my second time ever in a vape shop so I didn’t have much knowledge on their products. Not only was I helped the whole time, but got different perspectives from 3 MVP employees Eli,JP,and Nick! They all gave different insight, and helped me at different times. They obviously know their stuff! I Don’t plan on going to any other vape shop:)

I usually go to the one on west 130th as it’s less than a mile from where I live. They told me to check out this specific location due to higher selection and much bigger and better inside generally. Customer service experience was very positive, Dave was very eager to assist me and very informative and answered my questions which sparked a great conversation. Also shout out to Nick. Couldn’t find a reason to complain if I tried. Every POTV employee I’ve dealt with, regardless of location, at least in my experience has been flawless. Genuine people who you can tell not only care about the sale, but the individual. resourceful, knowledgeable people who are passionate about their jobs and aren’t there just to collect a paycheck and go home.Any smoker/stoner/enthusiasts one stop shop. They have just about everything and then some. Haven’t needed something that they didn’t have or could find.

Great selection and nice staff, but unfortunately the staff is not particularly knowledgeable about what they sell. Again, theyre very kind, but they werent of that much help when for example I was trying to buy a replacement battery for my vape pen. I had to go somewhere else where the staff had a bit more expertise in order to find what I needed
