Your upper management treat your employees terribly,thats why you cant keep employees. I was at your store on 2nd street in clinton this morning while the manager was getting yelled at by someone named Deb,the poor girl was in tears, she had worked from open to close yesterday then came back in this morning. She was so upset she walked out. I will never step foot in any of your stores again I will also be telling all my friends and family not to go to any of your stores the girl that walked out was awesome.

I just was in the Comanche avenue store in Clinton Iowa and I felt as I was being robbed the cashier. He didnt know how to do the math to buy one pack of cigarettes when I handed him a 10 and then realized I had the exact change asked for my $10 but he refused to give it back I had to reach around the corner to grab my money back in the end it was ridiculous and out of control he does not need to have a job there.

Dont buy anything from here. Bought two cart batteries, diff brands, both dont charge. At all! And of course contact manufacturer. Kinda odd both broke? And they are not sealed so who knows if they are evem new. And since i didnt register a battery they wont replace!

Male clerk was very rude, unfriendly and unreasonable all while training a new employee! He definitely needs a job away from communicating with public!! Clinton IA

They are nice if u have cash but if u have just change and thats all u have dont go there ig they will only do it once per customer and he will hurt your feeling when he throws attuide ur way just cus ur paying in change for now on I will not go there Ill go to dg for everything I need that was so uncalled for to treat someone with disrespect just cus they paid in change never again I have enough going on in my life I dont need to be treated like that

Never been to a store where the employees are so rude! Ive came back a few times hoping the time before they were just having a bad day😥 but no that wasnt the case. I wont be returning no more..

The store manager is rude for the Clinton Iowa store and will snap at you for no reason. When her employees mess up she wont even fix the mess that they made. I understand theres a pandemic going on but she could have at least suggested I call the customer service line and not be a raging butthead.

Went in here today to purchase a couple things and my teenage daughters was with me. She came over to me and informed me, that i couldnt buy anything with teenage daughters being in the store n i needed a id( well of course i knew that at forty some of age. So, i informed my daughters to leave and she still said i couldnt buy anything because its the law to not to sell when they eere already in the store and i informed her, thats not the law. Than she started raising her voice n being very disrespectful. This is a older woman with grey hair and about 54, they need to fire her and let the owner know. They would get more business with out her.

They have a decent selection of liquor. I was most excited when I saw they had a humidor! And the employee there was hilarious and I wish I caught her name because shes a huge part of my 5 star rating.

Judy is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. She rang up the price of beer wrong. I showed her she was wrong and she asked me what she should do about it!? Well charge the customer correctly! Duh what a bonehead and a bunch of old wrinkly mean grandmas that run it

One of the few places left where you can find pipe tobacco. They carry some Dr. Grabows and standard OTC blends, mostly Sir Walter Raleigh and Captain Black.

This place is a joke! Overpriced junk merchandise and hands down the absolute rudest clerk I have ever experienced! I waited for about 15 minutes in line because I wanted to purchase a disposable e-cigarette and I had some questions about the different ones that they had and after watching her be miserably rude to every customer in front of me she got to me barely answered my questions and I got my e-cigarette but when I went to pay their debit card machine was down and she very rudely told me I would have to go get cash and I got in my car and I left and did not go back I went down the street to the gas station and paid a few dollars more for the same product but I did not leave that gas station feeling yucky like I did when I left Smoking Joes. I strongly do not recommend that place.

Great place to get your tobacco supplies. Fast n friendly service. Handicap access and plenty of parking . Great prices. Plus a good place for all your alcohol needs as well. Wide variety.

Terrible place to go! I have never been to a store where the person has been rude every time I went.

Everybody called in I guess the line was out the door. And after 20 minutes I finally got to get what I needed, then she Persisted to tell me shes closing at 3 if no one else decided to come in then after that she wanted to tell me all the drugs she was on because of her back pain horrible horrible experience please fix it

Went in to the store to get a couple packs of smokes and the lady who manages the store was looking at the yellow pages in the phone book and never even acknowledged I was there finally after a couple minutes I had to say I wanted a couple packs of smokes she was just going to make me wait while she did her personal stuff very rude and disrespectful

For a tobacco shop i can get a carton of smokes for a minimum of 1.87 cheaper at any gas station. Not to mention if you pay with a card they charge you for that too. Will never get smokes here again!

I use to come here often because I like to support our local business owners... Ive recently stopped because their staff has no people skills and are very unfriendly and or unwelcoming!

Went here Monday night maps said it was opened til 12 midnight but was closed at 11:15 they have signs saying they close at 11,pm need to update
