Just had a great massage with Chris! I have had nagging upper back / neck tension and feel better than I have in months. Chris really gave it the extra attention and focus it needed.

Friendly front office staff. Was able to get same day. My experience may differ from others and thats ok. Paid for the hour, out of the 47 minutes that I actually got, only about 4 1/2 minutes were enjoyable. Feel as if I never went.

It was a fantastic experience. Gloria and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Great place! Always do such a good job and I highly recommend. Mike is personally my favorite and I cant say enough good things about how awesome of a job he does. Im always looking forward to my appts.

This was my first time coming here and it was welcoming pleasant. Mike was my masseuse and he did a great job. The cupping I had done felt amazing and Ill definitely come back.

Valentines day massage, and thank you for making this day such a horrible annoying night to finish it off. Kitti, is the worst. First of all, we did run a little late, about 10 mins and that is my fault. You will lose that time. She massaged my neck and upper shoulders. There were a lot of stretching and pressure holds for mins. Then she turns me around with nothing with legs, lower back, nor arms. Guess what she does as I lay on my back? More neck, shoulder massage, and more stretching. More holding for pressure, and release. I swear, 40 mins of it was stretching and pressure holding. Learn how to utilize your time doing an actual full body massage. 80 dollars with a new member discount, plus tip for the worst rip off massage ever. I wanted to call them out, but held my tongue. Drove home more annoyed than relaxed. F this place. Well never go back. Kitti, I dont give a f about your massage tools and each one can do

I was offered water before and after my massage and recommendations were made to help ease my muscles upon leaving that day.

I had a very relaxing massage the other day with Chrys. He was supposed to be a firm style of massage but I could tell that I was so tight he didn’t push my muscles too hard. At the end he said “I wish I had more time to really get in there but I appreciate you just relaxing and letting me massage”. I’ve been thanked for coming in before but it was a first to be thanked for just letting my body relax, which can be hard to actually do. Will be going back to see Chrys again. Front desk was nice but didn’t seem to be very engaged or ask if I wanted to reschedule. I always find it odd when I’m not asked to set a next appointment especially when it can be so hard to get in again. Only reason for less than 5 stars.

Sometimes there will be situations where the credit card payment fails. But most cashiers are patient enough to try again. I moved here in early 2023 and had a very pleasant experience with ELEMENTS MASSAGE for more than two years where I had very good masseuses and staff. I go there once a week. Have good customer relations with them. So two weeks later I found the chain here and the bad luck began. I only had three massages there and I left. I always admit that there are good patient masseuses out there. But the service at the front desk was extremely poor. Since I moved to a new place, my bank card is no longer in its original location. They dont know this place. For security reasons, they required me to swipe twice or more before I could pass. But that day, the two front desk staff were very incomprehensible. Why are they so rude and unwilling to try more? One of them said to me, try the gas station opposite. Your card is broken. Youll have to call your bank to exchange for a new one. As she spoke, she folded my credit card back and forth. Im worried she folded my card on purpose. I said that I had just used COSTCO SHIPING and asked a young girl at the front desk to help me try it again. It seems that the miracle they thought really happened! Credit card swiped successfully! The young girl opened her mouth in surprise and I said: Look, you dont believe me! I travel all over the world and use this card almost every day at home. Now, its time for my massage and I usually use this card I paid a tip of US$25 by card and thanked the masseurs for their excellent work. I asked them to pay the tip when I came back.When I came out again, the old lady at the front desk (I knew their names, but I still wanted to save their face when disclosing the information) took the simple form she filled out and said to me: You want to cancel your membership? Sign it Just the name will do. I had discussed with them before how to proceed with the massage. I dont like that they hold my credit card as collateral when I buy with cash so I can wait for the right gift card to come on the market. Now, she has made the decision for me and asked me to resign! Okay, then you have to clear the credit card amount I deposited for you. Thats when she said she had charged the $25 tip to my credit card without my consent. OMG! How dare she do this! I asked them to refund the money they deducted privately and give me a receipt. The little girl went to print the receipt and give the money back to me. The old woman asked her to print out the tip deducted for her. The young girl said, I didnt do that. At this time, the old lady said to me again: You are not our member now, OVER! What a disgusting person! Of course I forced them to give me the receipt! Then the two people laughed happily... They finally drove away a guest who came voluntarily. The next day, February 1st, the studio manager sent me two emails. This is how she handled the customer service conflict: After simply saying sorry, she offered to give me a free hot stone massage. I could go to the office to talk to her about the situation. Of course I was willing to exchange opinions in person. I dont need a stone massage. What I need is professional, technical and high-quality service. The second email told me that there might be a problem with their credit card reader and they would need to replace it with a new one. When you come, lets try your card again, okay? I gladly accepted and waited for our appointment, my card was intact. But no word on her promise! This is how managers deal with customer problems. She didnt dare to meet customers or offend employees. She generously used the company bosss money to replace the card reader that was not broken, and appeased the customers by compensating them with free stone massages. This is how she manages. I certainly quickly found my favorite massage therapist and yoga teacher in Hayden. I wont come back here again.

Had a wonderful massage done by Katie. She worked my shoulder that was injured and had surgery a year ago. It feels so much better and relaxed. She definitely helped with my issues. Shes friendly and a wonderful person.

I have been getting massages here for months now. Staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. Love the ease of booking and the text reminders that you receive. They listen to your needs and always ask if you are comfortable with the pressure.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel membership. It’s just a massage place why can’t you cancel it over the phone like every other membership place. Plus to top it off the receptionist was really rude and totally changed her attitude when she found out I was canceling and not checking in. Will not be returning.

The entire office is wonderful, but Chris is so amazing! He listens to what you need and trusts you know your own body. He specializes in deep tissue medical massage, which is exactly what I need! He is very respectful and informative and I couldn’t ask for anyone better! Thanks for all you do, Chris!!

Ive had MANY massages over the years. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she offers a special price for seniors.

I had to try visits with a few different practitioners to find the right one for me, but it was worth it. Good customer service, clean, warm atmosphere, and great massages. I do wish their hour massage was truly a 60 minute session (or that the prices reflected its only 50 minutes). That is my one complaint. Prices have definitely increased but that is everywhere right now.

Great Experience…Bought a monthly membership and can’t wait until my next appointment!

My husband and I got a couple massage done by Bob and Candy. The experience was amazing! Both of them have a lot of experience and we both felt completely comfortable and fully relaxed. We will definitely be back!

Michael is knowledgeable and caring. He helped me with severe back pain relief in a such gentle way that it was not uncomfortable at all. I am so thankful for his help and recommendations

We have been going to Elements for years now and have been really happy with their services.

The whole experience is very relaxing, respectful, and I feel like a valued customer. I tried their services after it being recommended to me by a family member and I have been nothing but satisfied by this establishment. There are many options I have yet to try, but the amount of customization for every massage is much appreciated and certainly makes me feel my comfort is a priority. All recommendations they make are only after having heard what you have to say rather than blindly suggesting the most expensive options, they so truly cater to your wants and needs. 10/10 recommend.

Lots of talking during our couples massage. We didnt really feel like we got to relax, which was the point. They make sure to add that technically, a 1 hour massage is only 45 minutes because they count the time it takes to explain, ask, and undress. So we paid for 1 hour and got a 40-minute massage. That was unfortunate, and I felt like it was unreasonable. Ill go somewhere else from now on.

People think of massage as just relaxing, but this is a necessity. With so many Medical issues, this is how I keep moving. Doesnt matter who you get, everyone is very skilled, trained, and knows their stuff! The entire staff need a big thank you!

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage and it was wonderful! The staff was professional, courteous and attentive to our needs and requests. In addition, I scheduled my 14 year old daughter for a massage with adult supervision the following weekend. She has been wanting to experience a professional massage for some time but, we have had some difficulty finding an establishment that will work on minors, even with adult supervision. My daughter absolutely LOVED the experience! She felt very comfortable during the massage and so incredibly relaxed afterwards. We will definitely be re-scheduling soon! Have had only 1 massage here so far and it was awesome. However, you gotta watch out...they either do not make appointments carefully (me standing at the counter agreeing to a certain time with a certain provider) or they switch times on you without your consent. I had a noon slot booked last month and 2 days prior, its suddenly at 8 a.m.

Finally an actual DEEP TISSUE massage person. Bob is AMAZING!The office is very calming and serene and the staff is great to work with.

I love it! It was so relaxing and peaceful. And that massage felt really great that I feel like I was in heaven.

I do really like the friendliness of staff. The place is clean and comfortable. The massages are good and depending who you see, you get a different type of massage. They help you with suggestions on stretches to prevent issues you may be experiencing. I only give elements a 4 stars vs a 5 stars because I do think the price is on the high side. I think their membership fees are what a normal massage should be. It makes it so you feel like you need to sign up for membership to get a fair price and then you are now forced to get at least one massage a month whether you need it or not.

Mike is an amazing therapist, he is so knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and overall impressive. He could tell me the muscle that he was working on and possible reasons why that muscle was tight leading to other tight muscles, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Exactly what I expected. Very friendly staff; understanding and professional. Felt very safe (Pandemic) and clean and I felt my personal needs were taking into consideration throughout the massage. I would definitely recommend and definitely return next time I am in the area.

Annie was great, she listened and really focused on the areas I mentioned. Shes great and could feel where I needed work. I added cupping for the first time and she explained what to expect and how it works well. Probably one of the best massages Ive ever had. I signed up for a membership, so Ill be back!

Phae did an amazing job. The most professional job that I’ve had and thought she tuned in great on the problem areas that I had. Love massage elements but found my favorite massage therapist here. Totally recommend her. Dealing with lots of headaches the last 3 days and it was great to know I was in good hands. Thanks a million.

The massage therapists here are really great so Im giving this place a 3 star. However sometime last year there was a change in the office and suddenly I had a bunch of issues when scheduling appointments in person or on the phone and when I canceled the membership they kept charging me.TLDR: The therapists here are great especially Annie. The office/front desk seems very disorganized and caused me a lot of problems. I recommend only booking appts online so that you get a confirmation email and be careful signing up for the membership plan. There are other massage businesses in CDA that can give you great massages for a lot less headache.I was double booked for an appt time I hadnt agreed to the day after my actual appt time. Luckily with the covid texts they were sending out I was able to catch it and cancel. Then like 2 months later my appt was replaced with a 60 minute massage that was 30 minutes sooner than my scheduled 90 minute massage(I usually book 90 minutes). Which means I was 15 minutes late when they called me as I was leaving my house for my appt. The office staff informed me there was no way I could have had an appt at the time it was scheduled at because the only therapist who had times like that wasnt available but I heard another person in the background saying she was out with an injury. Which makes me believe someone in the office was working on replacing appts and messed up with calling me. I was still charged the $40 no show fee and when I had them reschedule me they gave me an appt a week later. I immediately went online and was able to book an appt 2 days later. I left a survey about it and the manager attempted to call me to make it up to me but I didnt want to listen to more excuses and didnt call back. At the time it was my final appt for my membership and was supposed to no longer be charged according to the paperwork I had filled out the month prior. The next month I was charged again on the usual day for the same amount. I called and they refunded my money and let me know they canceled my account but why didnt they do that according to the date from the paperwork?

First off, they split an hour and a half massage for one person, into an hour long massage for 2 people. That was awesome to start! My massage therapist was Fritz. It was the best massage Ive ever had! She worked hard at the knots in my back, legs and shoulders and made my muscles turn to Jell-o in the best way possible! I highly recommend elements and I hope to be back very soon!

They are convenient and most therapists do a great job. Don’t expect to get in right away, it’s usually about a week wait. It would be nice if they could schedule a few therapists for walk ins.

Admittedly I have not actually gotten a massage or anything from here. But I truly value customer service, I booked an appt and that same day realized it wouldn’t work out. All I did was email asking for my appt to be cancelled, and no questions asked I got an email from Sarah saying it was cancelled. Simply awesome customer service, it’s so rare these days I felt the need to leave a review even though it was such a simple interaction. Definitely will be booking any massages with them down the line!!

Booking the appointment was easy. The welcome at the front reception was friendly and helpful. The person giving me the massage was Fritz. She was amazing. One of the best massages ever. She knows what she is doing to work on various problem areas. Nice to have a massage by someone so knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. I booked another massage from her soon after. I highly recommend Fritz for your next massage. You will be amazed yourself.

I didn’t realize I had signed up for an ongoing program and the owner was extremely kind and went out of her way to make it right. I was upset and rude when I walked in and I left (embarrassed yet happy) knowing that I could use my unused massages. I scheduled one and my massage therapist did an amazing job and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend them and going forward I am going to make it a practice to get a massage regularly for my health and well being. Thank you Elements of Coeur D’Alene!

The only reason there is even one star is because I can’t give them 0! I am extremely disappointed in this so called business! I bought a massage for my mom for Mother’s Day, they called me multiple times, once to confirm, once to ask me to change my massage to another time which unfortunately my mother had taken time off and couldn’t go to the earlier time slot, they then tried to change us from having a man do the massage to having a woman do the massage( when you book they ask you what your preference is and I chose a man) after telling them that I wanted a man they just decided to keep the appointment the same and not change anything, today(the day of the appointment) they called me 30mins before my mom was supposed to arrive and cancelled the appointment because the manager wasn’t feeling well and SHE went home! I explained that my mom lives an hour away and this was her Mother’s Day gift well apparently no one communicated to one another and she was upset with me that I didn’t put my moms name down.. they called me FOUR times and I told them all four times AND through text messages that this was a gift and that we wanted to keep it the same!!!! This would’ve been our first time here and now I’ll never book another massage here. There communication is awful, and there customer service was even worse!

I have gotten hundreds of massages over the years. I have ongoing shoulder blade and neck pain, but was sore everywhere especially after going snowboarding. This was the best massage Ive ever had!!!! Im from Seattle and I might just drive the six hours back to Idaho to book another massage with the male therapist Kelly. He said hes been doing it for 10 years, well I could tell. Everywhere I was sore, he stopped and just knew what to do. He just happened to have someone who had cancelled their appointment and I was the lucky one to receive the healing. So thank you to whoever cancelled.

Today I got my first message done here at Elements. I saw Michael and he was AMAZING! He was good with checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. I like my messages on the harder side and had some troubled areas that I wanted him to focus on and he nailed it! Thanks Michael! Highly recommended :)

The membership is something I would strongly suggest it not only offers a great discount it also encourages you to commit to taking care of your body and mind by having a monthly massage. The massage therapist are awesome. I would just change the choice of music to a more tranquil sound selection. As petty as that is, it does contribute to a more relaxing experience. 5 stars I love being a member there!

I have been to Elements Massage in Spokane Valley a handful of times. Never had an issue. I got a gift card recently and went to the CDA location since I work closer their now. I was so incredibly disappointed... I had to tell my massage therapist MULTIPLE times to take it down on the pressure. I advised that I purely wanted a relaxation massage and that I have a lot of knots and tension but that I am very sensitive due to nerve pain. It was almost like she made it her mission to give me a deep tissue Swedish massage. I had to ask over and over again to please go lighter and she would just say oh sorry, I have a tendency to do that. I have now had 4 days since my massage and I am still in pain from it. Then when I came out to pay, I went to use my gift card that I got via email. They have it set up with a barcode and dont have any scanners... which doesnt make a ton of sense. It took me 35 mins to check out and was questioned if my email gift card was fraudulent. Not impressed and will not ever be going back to this business.

The massage therapists at Elements are friendly and informative. Its apparent they enjoy what they do and know how to give an experienced massage.

While there are a couple of good LMTs here, be very wary regarding the prepaid wellness program. They will continue to bill you while making you jump through hoops to get out of it. You have to sign an in-house form, and give 30 days notice. So, if you travel or are otherwise unable to get in there in time, theyll just bill you again. Call all you want, theyll just keep billing. Also, theyve raised their rates, and are no longer a good value in my opinion.

Have had nothing but great experiences at Elements Massage in CdA, Idaho! I train & compete in mixed martial arts, and have worked with both Jan & KC throughout the process. No question there is a night & day difference in recovery after going in. 10/10 for me

I loved the atmosphere and the helpful employees!! Zach is the lead therapist at elements in cda idaho and I am so happy my 60 minutes was with him. It is so calming and tranquil, I love it! The dimly lit hallways and rooms plus beautiful music being played was very enjoyable. I will be back!

Wow, did a fathers day special and got the 1 hour massage which was amazing! My body feels great! Ask for Zach, he knows how to really grind out the knots and was very helpful to target problem areas.

Admittedly I am also a massage therapist, employed here. But, today I received a cupping massage from one of our new therapists, Jason, and he did an amazing job, so I wanted to give him a shout out!

Everyone at Elements is very friendly and welcoming. The massages were wonderful but it’s not just that, the entire experience there is calming and relaxing. Could not recommend them enough!

I have unsubscribed from the lists multiple times with no change. - 1 star for the volume of email and no way to get outA well-oiled machine! Go here for a darned good massage.This does not seem to be a spa type experience here, more therapeutic. The therapist I had was very in tune with the areas in need of attention. She worked hard to effectively provide focus on those problem spots without turning me into a pile of Jell-O.All in all, a great experience worthy of a return trip. They do like to work you for additional appointments, you will get lots of subtle hints as you finish your first appointment and a gazillion emails after that.

Each of the therapists I have encountered have been effective and pleasant to deal with. I like my massages to be medium+ pressure and I always feel properly tenderized when I leave. I have given certificates as gifts on at least a few occasions. Thanks!

For my first massage EVER this place was AMAZING!!!! I walked out feeling like I was on air! The girl who did my massage was so friendly and down to earth and made the experience so wonderful! I will absolutely be going back there every time I visit!

Two girlfriends and I visited Elements on a trip away to Coeur dAlene for a one time massage. We all came away wishing we could go there regularly. All three massage therapists did a great job and were especially willing to work with our unique needs and health situations.

DO NOT SIGN THE DEBIT COMMITMENT FORM. This business is processing POS point of sale transactions and when you cancel your membership they will continue to charge you and not issue a refund and your bank will not block them without cancelling your debit card completely. Using a loop hole to bypass the banks ACH process. I have cancelled this membership twice in person via their paperwork and continue to get charged every month. The Manager Wendy never returns my calls. This has been going on for two months.

I like how your monthly wellness program can be transferred to an person to be used. I would not have come to Elements if my dad was not able to transfer his massage to me. Because I was able to get a massage--a very VERY good massage--I will recommend you to others! I love Geralds deep tissue method and understanding of the body.

They have a great deep-tissue masseuse, but not worth their shady billing and not-nice front desk personnel. Monthly membership = well show our hate if you cancel & will charge you the fallowing month.

I had a wonderful massage. Hailey (sp?) did a great job, working on all the areas I mentioned were bothering me. I appreciated her feedback and recommendations and would definitely return based on the experience.

My experience was very pleasant from beginning to the end; the receptionists and my message therapist, Chris. The atmosphere here is most conducive to relaxing.

My husband had gotten me a G/C for Christmas and I finally got around to using it. I was reeeeally excited when I read up on all the great reviews and then to come in to get a massage. When I came for my appt, the place just felt like a spa and so relaxing and peaceful and they had lemon oil burning. I just knew I was going to love my Massage. I was given a girl that’s a I can’t remember her name (she was slim and had glasses and a ponytail). She was a very nice girl but the massage just was terrible. I had a 90 minute massage so I figured I’d really be able to relax and enjoy it. The oil she used was rancid and her technique just didn’t flow. It all felt so mechanical, not specialized really. After the first 50 minutes or so when I was on my back and she started massaging my neck and shoulders I finally started to relax and fall asleep and then she YANKED my head up out of the blue forward and up to stretch it without warning. I have a reeeally bad neck so not only was this painful but shocking while I was in such a relaxed state. There seemed to be a lot of stretching she did with my legs and arms which I’m not interested in and wasn’t aware of and it was actually quite painful. I felt more like I was in Physical Therapy. Today my neck is sooo sore. I was thinking before my massage, even tho the prices are steep if they were really good I sure don’t mind paying for a great massage. But sadly I won’t be coming back. Maybe it was just her technique I don’t know. Not sure if the other therapist are the same but not willing to spend $119 to see. It’s a bummer because it really is a relaxing and calm place and the front desk is awesome. (The front desk asked me before I left how I liked my massage etc but there were people right there by the desk in the waiting area. So I wasn’t sure what or how to say that I didn’t enjoy my experience. I did tip the girl $5 only because I know how hard it is to do massage all day, it’s very hard work. But I wasn’t comfortable telling them I didn’t have a good experience).

Gave away my scheduled appointment within an HOUR of my having made it because THEY neglected to make a note of my last name. Not my fault the scheduler didnt get the needed information. I called immediately when she left me the voicemail saying they needed my last name and gave it to her, she then called to tell me she gave away my appointment time. WHAT? WHY? How about another day? Uh NO. That is not customer service. I will not be treated this rudely again, plenty of good massage therapists out there.

Hour and a half hot stone massage. Heated massage beds, soft sheets, great face rests, and the hot stones were right on temp. Not too hot, not too cold. No super smelly oils or that oiled up after feeling when done. Will be adding this to my routine every two weeks.

Buyer beware. I had seven unused massages and they wanted me to continue on auto pay for a program I was not using. Even though I left messages trying to get canceled because they do not answer phones. They still didn’t want to deal with canceling. They don’t actually care about anything but collecting money thru subscription.

I absolutely love this place! All of the therapists Ive seen there have been professional, and quite talented at deep tissue, restorative massage. I want to give a shout out to Annie- she works there and shes wonderful!

The massages arent horrible, however the prices are high compared to other local spa environments. Even as a member, I always find difficulty in scheduling appointments. I much prefer the CDA resort or Z spa.

There I was face down on the table wondering how my request for a firm deep tissue massage was passed on to little Ms. Misty. Her hands were ever so soft and gentle while they probed my back searching those pesky knots that had me tie up in agonizing discomfort. Then like a plane taking flight, Misty got after it, wrangling those knots with such conviction. Like a GLOW girl swinging into action, she kneaded those trigger points quickly into submission one by one. I never felt so relaxed afterwards, I could walk tall and stretch with ease for weeks. Thank you, Misty. You are a great asset to the Elements Massage team.

Responsive service at the front desk. Right on time! And my male massage therapist, Kelly, was excellent. He listened attentively, and he focused his work on my body based on the good, deep listening and his deep and clear understanding of the body.

Ive had both good and bad experiences here. More so lately, Ive noticed the service is not so great. I recently went in for a massage (it was good) and was rushed out of the room before I was finished dressing.

The facility is nice. Staff is friendly. I was not super impressed with my massage therapist. Not sure what would have made it better. The whole thing seemed very rushed.

The massage felt great until I tried to move. Literally say in the lobby and cried afterward... But the MT should have known better than to do deap tissue when I was in so much pain from back spasms. I did not know better. Set me way back.
