I had an amazing 60 min Swedish massage with the hot stone add on. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne after my service in the cozy zen room. Followed by a rain/steam shower in the relaxing and well appointed womens dressing room. The staff, Cindy and Tammy, are always kind, warm and welcoming. I cant wait to come back.

Myself and a friend have been coming here for better than 2 yrs almost monthly. I have had the same masseuse every time for over a yr. The last couple of visits have been a huge disappointment for both my friend and I. We show up for our pre scheduled appointment to find at the last minute they have changed our masseuse with no prior notice. When you expect one thing and get something completely different, needless to say, I wasnt happy.I understand that life gets in the way and they have to make changes but isnt common practice to notify the client so I can choose what I wish to do. And it happened to both my friend and I twice in a row. Granted, the owner, Tammy did come talk to us and extend her apologies for which I was grateful but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Came in about 2 weeks ago for my first massage and it was an amazing experience. The staff are all very professional and very friendly, and my massage was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing!!!! Kris and Mary were an amazing pair for our mother daughter pedicures. They have over 20 years of friendship and it shows! Their connection is the best. They also were so helpful selecting colors (which is the worst part of a pedi…am I right?!) Bonus were the yummy mimosas and the lemonade for my daughter. I’d recommend Zi Spa to anyone anytime! The ultimate luxury spa, the massages are amazing! I can’t comment on the salon, or many other services offered. But, the quality and care taken for not just the massage but the whole spa experience is just exceptional. My mom and I decided to go for pedicures and were so pleased with the overall experience. When you walk through the spa door you are greeted by front desk ladies who are so kind. Natalie is so engaging and personable. The pedicure experience with Deb was so relaxing. Deb did a beautiful job and took the time to care about her craft. My moms nail technitian, Mary Kay was also amazing and had a shining personality. Directly after our pedicure we scheduled our next appointments next month. I also went to Jess for waxing. Jess is incredible. Engaging, kind, caring and does an amazing job. I cant wait to have a facial with Jess and continue going back for routine waxing Thank you ladies for an overall wonderful spa experience.
The pedicure technician was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately there was another customer getting her hair done and was speaking about the noise of the hairdryer. The volume was so loud I ended up leaving with a headache.
Zi Spa is paradise! I went here with my family before my wedding and had the most amazing time! My whole family was treated like royalty for a few hours. It was just what we needed right before the wedding. I cannot recommend Zi Spa enough!! AMAZING!
I took my mom for a surprise on her birthday and they were super accommodating. They didn’t let her know her services until she was about to receive them, which really added to the surprise! They made sure she always had a drink in hand and gave my mom the birthday surprise she deserved! I will be going back monthly with her because she loved it so much!

Returned for a massage after being absent for a few years and the ambiance is everything I remembered. Smiling faces at reception are always a pleasure to see. Recently did a sublime facial and Kathy was amazing! Kathy is 5 star rating! BUT My issue was with front desk. I needed to go to my car to get money to tip and finalize the bill on a different card. I came back to the front desk and the girls (both of them) were in agreement saying people have run off and not paid - which can’t be true because it’s required to book with a credit card on file to reserve. Anyways, they charged the reservation card and I clearly told the one girl who chased me down the hall I was coming back with my other card. They had to refund my reservation card. And charge me again with the card I originally wanted to pay with. Point is, I honestly felt discriminated against. They couldn’t wait 10 minutes to give me the benefit of the doubt. Then tell me, people have not paid before? It was a bit upsetting and because of this I won’t go there again and will take my business elsewhere.

Got in last minute for just a 30min massage with Kali and she was extremely professional, went to work and did a superior job! Feeling so much better, I will return. This place is great!

Wanted gel on my toes and was told they wouldn’t soak before doing gel as the gel would come off easily. I never had this happen previously. She used a dremel to sand my toenails, hardly trimming around my nails and little filing.I called the next morning to get some more work done. It was better but honestly one of the worst pedicure for $85 plus a tip. Wouldn’t go again

I had an incredible experience here the other day! It was my 1st time at this spa and I was extremely happy with my services and the cleanliness! From the front desk at check-in to check-out, everyone was so nice an accommodating. I bought the perfect gift package. I received an hour long massage by Melissa C. That was fantastic! As well as an hour long facial by Emily Lynn, also a wonderful experience! Prices are great and included beverages of my choice before, in between, and after each of my services. As well as steam room, showers, and all products needed to shower if wanted. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis! I really cant say enough great things about this spa. Thank you so much ladies for making my day out such a great experience!
Have had multiple relaxing experiences here in an always clean facility with thoughtful customer service. I have sent many friends here with no complaints.
My visit was not as pleasant as expected. I loved my mani and my haircut. I also had brow tinting. However I had never had my brows tinted so I tried it.unfortunately I had a very bad allergic reaction two days later, itching redness and brows covered in blisters that started to pop in brow area. My face, and forehead swelled up, my eyes were swollen shut and it sent me running to the ER. I am now on medication and raw bandaged brows now. I definitely will not be returning. The photos are from Oct 1-3. I have noticed that positive reviews get responses, but my negative review has gotten not one.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My work payed for all of us to get a spa day, and I dont even have the words to articulate what an experience it was.My massage was the best one I had ever experienced. Caitlyn is extremely talented and friendly. I felt like I was getting a massage by a best friend and not a stranger.Will 10000% be back and will be requesting her. Facial was also great, think I fell asleep about 6x. The facility itself is very clean, and relaxing. Staff all around were courteous and informative.Thanks for the great spa day! :)
One of the best spa experiences I have had to date. As a plus size woman spas can come with some trepidation. Will the robes fit? Will I fit on the table? What will the employees think of me? At Zi Spa the first thing that made the experience amazing was that they had a robe that not only fit, but comfortably fit. The technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I left feeling truly pampered and cared for. I had such an amazing time that before I left I booked another appointment for the next weekend! Highly recommend.
I used to be a very loyal customer. But those days are over. For me it has gone downhill. This is the second time they have messed up an appointment time for me. Today December 14, 2021 I had an appointment at 10 AM. I called just a few days ago to make the appointment so I am absolutely sure that I did not mess up on the time because I would never have been able to be there at 9 AM. However, that’s when they had booked me for a manicure pedicure. When I arrived they told me I missed my appointment and that the only thing they could do was give me an Express manicure Which I had no choice but to accept. When I was leaving and paying at the front desk I noticed a flaw in one of the nails. I asked for a quick fix but was told that all the manicurist were busy with their customers and could not help me. I have never heard of that ever at a nail salon, this attitude that if there’s a flaw in the nail they can’t do anything about it at all. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unrealistic. They didn’t even try to make it better by giving me a discount or even an apology. Basically just charged me and sent me out the door. I will not be returning As this is not a place that is guaranteeing appointments or good customer service at this point.
We had the best massages, but the pedicures were left to be desired. My pedicure was good but my friends was pitiful. They were busy and seemed like they were rushing through our pedicures. My friend didnt get any sort or clipping, filing, or lotion and massage, yet I did. She simply got her old polished removed a soak and a paint. Which does the trick sometimes, but thats definitely not what she paid for. However as mediocre as her pedicure mine was very nice and our massages were amazing. I had a gal named Gracie and she was excellent. Calm soothing and therapeutic touch with just the right amount of conversation and peace and quiet.

I have been going to Zi Spa for around 9 or 10 years now. Over time, it seems like the service has declined. The final straw for me was yesterday. I made an 11:00 hair appointment two weeks ago. I arrived a few minutes before 11:00 yesterday and checked in. I waited until 11:30 (no one had checked on me, I wasn’t offered a beverage, just sitting there) and then let them know I couldn’t wait any longer as I had made my hair appointment for my lunch period and there wouldn’t be enough time at that point. They said ok and I left. No follow up call to reschedule. No apology. Just a waste of my time.

I booked the Zi Girls Day Out package for my sister and I for her birthday. I was really impressed with the location and comfort of the spa upon arrival and the facial was simply amazing.When we checked out the lady said she had my card on file from when I booked the service, so we just left afterwards. Later the next week my sister said she had a charge of $300 on her debit card from Zi Spa. I was treating my sister to the spa for her birthday, so I didnt want her to pay for it. Originally I read on that the price for the Girls Day Or Package (2-25 minute sessions of a spa treatment if your choice) was $90, meaning it total before tip would be around $180, so I was disappointed that the actual pricing was so different from what I read online.The next thing that annoyed me eat we were charged for 2-$10 fruit and cheese platters that we were never given, even though we checked in and out if the front desk, and I booked this appointment ahead of time.The most disappointing thing about this whole experience was that I called four times and emailed twice to try to get a refund to my sisters card and charge my own card instead, and everyone I talked to said they would leave a note for the owner to call me back and she never did. My emails went unanswered as well. I would have been totally fine with laying $300 for my sisters and my experience, but the fact that I was simply ignored multiple times really put a bad taste in my mouth for this place.Im sure they offer great services, I would simply suggest to get everything paid for and a receipt in hand when you are leaving the building. That way if there is a mistake you can correct it yourself right then and there without relying on them responding to you.

Massage was wonderful, got all of my knots out with just the right amount of pressure. I can’t remember the gal’s name that did my massage but if I’m ever back in the area I will be sure to request her!Pedicures on the other hand were not up to par. The technicians were in a hurry and basically just cleaned up toes quickly and polished. They were very friendly though, so I wonder if they had overbooked?
Z Spa is a relaxing & up-scale experience My husband bought me a package of massage, facial, pedicure & lunch. The massage was exceptional with experienced therapist. The facial was the best Ive had. I described it like a beautiful ballet. The lunch was delicious. I would have given the entire experience 5 stars but the pedicure was not much more than a soak & polish change. Also both when I arrived & left there wasnt any staff at the reception desk. I wouldnt hesitate to go again & I would no doubt recommend getting a massage & facial.
Massage was great (I would give 5 stars for our massages). I am leaving 1 star because I booked appointments for massage and pedicures 2 months ago. I was called by spa receptionist to rebook time for our service 3 weeks ago, which we agreed to no problem. We Checked in for our services and nothing was said about our pedicure appointments. After our massage we were informed they double booked for pedicures and we would not be getting our pedicures. We were offered a pizza (that’s right a PIZZA?!?) for the inconvenience which we declined. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the unorganisation!! We will not be returning! If you read other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem!

Nice people but this spa didn’t feel very spa like. I would spend your money somewhere that at least has a sauna. Maybe I’ve been pampered by resort spas so I have higher expectations. If you just want a basic massage service this will do but for a more spa day feel I would go with somewhere else in town.

My massage therapist was Gracie and she was out of this world good! I think I slipped into another realm before waking up. One of the top 3 best massages for both of us. Would highly recommend either Gracie or Sarah. Thank you both so much, we needed a great massage for so long, and you two delivered.
I have visited the ZSpa several times for a massage & it has been wonderful every time. The relaxing atmosphere of the fireside room, before and after my massage, adds to the pleasure of my visit. My most recent visit was with my daughter & future daughter-in-law (bride to be). We were able to order a fruit & cheese platter ahead to go along with the complimentary champagne & they did a great job putting that all together for us. I highly recommend ZSpa!

This place is a disaster. My girlfriend and I booked a facial and massage respectively. We came a half hour early as requested. While we were getting dressed down, the spa attendant told other guests to hurry and rushed them because they had to stay on schedule. We kept an open mind. Went to their lounge area, which felt like a doctors office (a few chairs and old drinking glasses sitting out on tables from former guests) as they called you in one by one. We had complimentary drinks with our appointments which we had to go ask for because they never brought them. Our appointments started at 4:45 PM. We werent called and finally a staff member asked if we needed anything. We asked at 5:15PM when we would be getting called in. She looked confused and 5 min later the spa attendant and massage therapist came in and said she was ready to give a massage but the esthetician had already GONE HOME FOR THE DAY. The spa attendant berated my cousin saying, Well you never checked in. While in fact we did (a half hour early mind you) and they realized that the person who checked us in also left for the day. We said we were leaving and the massage therapist followed us awkwardly to get dressed while she insisted they were a fantastic spa. SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE. They dont value your time.
I visited for a last minute massage to rid some stress. Was so great, I went back two days later. First day was fabulous. Service, staff, facility all top notch. Second visit was pretty good aside from the young woman at the front desk. She was not very friendly. The woman on the first day was all smiles and pleasant. I was disappointed especially since braging to my wife how amazing the service is there. I would suggest placing the chairs in the relaxation room away from the wall and facing out the windows. You could tell some women were uncomfortable and there had to be one old pervert who sat there with his legs open and his junk hanging out. Sure took the relaxation away.
My daughter and I went in today for pedicures. Weve been here before and loved them and the staff at Z Spa. After just getting settled in, I noticed the large diamond in my wedding ring was missing. The staff immediately sprang into action, retraced my steps with me including coming outside. The one lovely girl behind the counter had found it at the bottom of a trash can where I had thrown my hand towel. They were amazing, caring and simply wonderful. Awesome place, awesome staff. Second time I’ve been for a massage and once again it was more of a professional oil rub. Seemed as if she didn’t know the muscles and just went over trigger spots and didn’t notice or Even work on any sore spots but definitely worked in weird movements and awkward positions. Pretty sure she has never had a good massage. The atmosphere is very nice thou. I was super happy they had showers to wash off the bottle of gross, cheap oil that was applied. Just wish the massage was as nice as the place. I will not be returning for a third tickle session.

Received spa day gift card with day booked in advance based on appointment availability. Amazing massage and mani/pedi! Facial a bit uncomfortable, everything was very cold so it was hard to relax. Check out ruined the experience. There was an uncommunicated and rather large price increase in my package, only a few weeks after purchase. Cashier was very dismissive and judgmental when I asked about the cost discrepancy. Spa might offer gift certificates for actual service and not dollar amount or better communicate price hikes to avoid this same experience for future guests.
I literally love zi spa!! my mom and i have been here together at least 4 times and i booked an appointment for my birthday for a massage! every therapist i have had has been great but i really love kali! she’s so sweet and she really knows what she is doing. zen room is amazing and the front desk staff is so sweet as wrll! 10/10 recommend!

When we arrived, ready for a relaxing spa day, we found that the front desk DID NOT HAVE ALL our spots reserved. They were unapologetic and blasé about it. Zero attempts to rectify it were made. This was my Christmas gift to my daughters!!!! I absolutely WILL NOT BE BACK, EVER!!!! Highlands Spa is Post Falls is better anyway!!
I took my bridal party and some other family members here for a girls day before my wedding. The staff was very polite and nice but they some how cancelled one of the girls appointments. They offered her an “express mani” which meant that she would only have her nails painted and not get the same experience the rest of us did. Then they went and charged her full price for their mistake! Most of us girls left the salon feeling cheated, those who got gel nails had them peeling off the next morning. As the bride, I was expecting an amazing manicure and not have my nails chip within hours of getting them done. I won’t be recommending this salon to anyone because it is not worth the hassle or money.

I had a massage. Facial and manicure. They squeezed me in last minute and treated me like a queen! My only complaint was the lotion was cold the massage therapist used. The massage itself was wonderful, the facial great. And the manicure was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean

Amazing! I was in town for a business meeting and had a free afternoon. They were able to get a friend and I both in for pedicures and manicures. Courtney was professional, fun and efficient. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon with a friend. The next time we are in the area we will definitely be back!
Went in for a seasonal special pedicure, and it was like a mini vacation. As the working mother of a very active 2 year old, I dont like spending the time or money on just any old (usually rushed) service, and this was a worthwhile use of my me time. Relaxing, professional, great massage chairs, and a couple of mimosas. Loved it!
I’ve been here twice now to get a massage and I can say in full honesty this has been the best experience I’ve had. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Best massage I’ve ever gotten and I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated! The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is so soothing and relaxing. If I could come here once a week I would!
My experience was okay. I was not offered my choice of scents of massage oils which I think is important for the massage experience. You know, aromatherapy!!! Smells are important to me, which leads to my next opinion. I did not like the after scent of whatever was used on my skin. It smelled very outdated. I did not notice a smell to begin with but whatever they used left a musty smell on my skin. The relaxation bar could be so much more!!! Not a single candle. Boo! The flavored water was nice but it would be especially nice to have snacks available as well. Raw nuts, organic protein bars, and ready to eat fruit is what ive seen offered at other places.
I used to love going to Zi Spa. I have been going for many years on a monthly basis, but the last couple months their service at the front desk has gone down. I schedule several appointments months in advance for myself and my daughter. The last appointments were scheduled incorrectly forgetting to even schedule my daughter. Then I scheduled 4 massages and 4 facials all for the same day 2 appointments were for kids under 16 which have to be done in a couple room since I have to be in there. I was very clear with what I wanted and specified several times how many and that there were children. Appointments were scheduled wrong only 2 facials were made and the massages werent setup for children. All appointments had to be cancelled and rescheduled. So we reschedule for exact same thing and the morning of the appointments we get a call saying that the esthetician doing the childrens facials wouldnt be in and did we want to reschedule again. We are now going on 3 weeks of trying to get these appointments. What a cluster. After our massages today I am cancelling all appointments and going somewhere different.
I’ve seen Adrain twice for a massage & Im left feeling like a new person both times. I have yet to find anyone close to as talented as Adrain. Definitely recommend ☺️
So relaxing and honestly the only place I would get any work done! I had my first facial with Emily and she is by far the best! I honestly didnt know what to expect going in for one, but afterwards I felt amazing! I usually only go in for massage, but now I think i have to book both from now on!
I got the body and sole, which is the pedicure and massage. Massage was amazing, the lady did and awesome job. But the lady who did my pedicure was awful. By far the worst pedi I have ever had. It was bumpy, wasn’t even up to my cuticle, the paint didn’t dry and she put the top coat on and pulled down the paint and now there’s cracks in it. Paid a lot of money and was very disappointed.
I received a massage from Melissa. I cant say enough good things about her. She listened to what I wanted and respected my requests. She trusted me to know my body best. As a massage therapist for over twenty years I have always believed that the session belongs to the client. Melissa made me feel like it was my session. When I left I stood up taller, literally and figuratively.
Well, here it is Valentines Day and I booked a 3 1/2 hour spa package gift at Zi Spa this afternoon for my wife, to be followed by a nice dinner at her favorite restaurant. To make sure they had availability, I booked it in-person last October, and I confirmed the appointment with Melissa for Feb 14. She had never been to Zi, so she was looking forward to the experience. Imagine my wifes disappointment when she shows up today and they inform her that there is no appointment today, but next Monday. Of course, theyre booked today so she would have to accept the new date or only partial service.Given that I made the appointment months ago and in-person, I can only conclude one of two scenarios... 1. Melissa was not competent to make a basic appointment or 2. my wifes appointment got bumped to accommodate someone else on Valentines Day. Either way, Zi Spa ruined my Valentine gift for my wife. So much for a first, and last, impression.
Oh my stars what an amazing spa experience! Getting into a robe, taking a steam shower. Relaxing with delicious flavored water as you wait for your massage. They thought of everything! They offer spray deodorant, lotion, hair dryer, combs, hair spray, and flip flop slippers! So fun! The lounge room is for men and women!
Wow. I just had a truly special facial with Emily. She has the most soothing touch, and is very skilled in her profession. Her massage techniques are spectacular! This is coming from a massage therapist of 20 years btw. Also Zi Spas Italian Comfort Zone brand has been my absolute favorite for years, it makes for an incredible spa facial. For my daughters 16th birthday her and four friends went to a spa day which included two services and a meat/cheese tray. The services were fine, though the girls were rushed through them. The snack tray they were given was a joke. It looked like sliced deli meat and cheese on a plate with old crackers. For over $700, the girls left disappointed but amused by the joke of the food and rushing through the services.
Had the queen for a day package and loved every minute of it! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because I was rushed from one service to the next and my mani/pedi wasnt given enough time to dry and was ruined within a few minutes after. I could only suggest scheduling the nail service for last so that it would have time to dry.
Ive never been to a spa, but my boyfriend got a gift card to Zi Spa so we got a couples massage together. The girls were very friendly and professional and theyre definitely good at what they do!! It was very relaxing and I would highly recommend them!!
I have been searching for years for someone to color and give me a good hair cut, and I finally found him. Daniel at Zi Spa! Came expecting a great spa experience for a pedicure and manicure and boy was I fooled!! They charge a fortune and the girl pulled off my previous nail polish instead on soaking it off long enough that she peeled and ruined my nails!! My pedicure they left nail polish around all over my skin. I could go on and on. The worst was the manager was made aware and they gladly still charged for there terrible services!!!! Dont GO!!!!

I cant say how amazing this place is thank you ladies for the chance to escape reality for a little while you all are amazing.
Zi spa used to be the best day spa in Coeur dAlene. The last two times we visited for Spa Pedicures, the entire process only took about 30 mins, the massages were about a minute long, and the whole treatment was lacking. Really a letdown. The customer service also went from an upscale spa feel to really lacking in any sort of service or comfortable treatment.The reception area has been overrun with junky products... the whole place is pretty disappointing now. Sad.

I went to get my eye brows waxed and tinted. First time was great. Second time the lady took a whole section off and now I have a W shaped eye brow. No really. It’s that bad.I don’t recommend this place for brow waxing. At all.
Someone purchased a spa package for me, after recieving my massage the massage therapist leads me to a sitting room and gives no further direction. After waiting 15 minutes and feeling a little dorky just sitting there not knowing what to do, I figure I’m supposed to head over to the the salon for my remaining services. I head to the shower to wash off the massage oil. After getting out of the shower an angry salon employee runs into the shower rooms and says she’s been looking for me all over and now she’s going to have to cut my salon services short due to me not being ready when I was supposed to be. Really frustrating when you spend money for a relaxing time and you just get stuck in a room with no idea where to go then get bitched out for not knowing. Not to mention not getting all the services I paid for. Give better instructions on how the salon packages work if you don’t want people wandering off

The massagers did ok but they missed alot of spots and kept taking hands off the back. Not very profesional.. the serenity room was kind of small and not private enough.just comparing to the Davenport hotel spa. But other then that it was nice and friendly people...

My Fieance surpused me with a couples massage today. It was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. I felt so relaxed all day. After the massage we got a complementary mamosa. And a steam shower. It was perfect. Also every staff was so friendly and nice. It was a wonderful time

I had a gift certificate from my wife. It was quite the pampered experience, which I am not used to. The reason for being there, the massage, was outstanding. I strained my back and the massues really helped get me straight! Not for the rough and tumble.
First visit and I will be back for more. After getting massages for over 20 years in many states by more than 25 masseurs I can tell you Deidra was hands down the best. I require deep and hard pressure to get relief from chronic neck and back pain. This Spa is first class with beautiful interior decorations and staff which is second to none. You wont be disappointed and dont bother looking for others, this is the best Spa in CDA!

Any of the negative reviews on here are from people that are probably just mad about life because this place is absolutely wonderful. Ive been so spas all over the country and Zi Spa is in my top 3. Very clean, inviting and luxurious. Staff is always polite and well trained.

Feel a little dooped. I set up a couples massage package for $160. Called and told them I was pregnant to see if that would change anything. Which they said it didnt. Get there, massage was great. Go to pay and they add $5 dollars for a pregnancy massage. Ok no biggy..then add $10 for my husbands deep tissue. No one said anything about deep tissue or Swedish, I simply wanted the couples package? For that price I would have went to highlands for $15 more and got foot baths as well.

The price for a brazilian was $75, but I typically pay around $55 at other salons. I wasnt offered any types of additional comforts (wipes, glass of water, etc.) before hand, and then the esthetician used a hard wax which was painful! Afterward she did no wax cleanup, no aloe skin treatment, and didnt tweeze any remaining hairs.

One of the worst facials I have ever had. I had to go home and wash my face because of all of the scrubs that were left behind and in my hair. The definition of the facial is not what I got.
