This is the BEST Massage Envy ever! I have been a member of ME for 21 years and have been to many locations. This exceeds every other location.The reason I think this ME is the best is because the owner/ franchisee Tiffany is always there. She genuinely cares about her staff and customers.Everyone is very polite and professional! They do what they can to make your experience 5 stars. ⭐️

Had my first facial and Christie (Christian) , was fantastic. She was very attentive to how I was doing, if I felt any itching or discomfort ( which I didn’t). Would recommend her very much. Thank you for making my skin feeling so soft.

Had an issue with my massage but the owner got back to me very quickly and was able to fix it Great place

This place is great. Been going here for years at this point. I’ve used a large variety of massage therapists, and they all give a good massage at worst. Front desk staff is always nice and get you checked in out our quickly. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I came here the other day, was very warmly welcomed in, and walked through on the first time visit process. The massage itself was very nice, and informative. Overall a very pleasant experience both with the front desk and the therapists. Will be coming back in the future with my membership

This is a well kept, clean, inviting, relaxing atmosphere. Esthetician Jessica is just absolutely fabulous. She is so genuinely caring, and always leaves me feeling completely honored, pampered, and relaxed. And, my skin is looking much better with her care!

Usually,I dont write bad reviews,but when Tiffany, basically called me dumb,I feel compelled to tell people. She is the owner. Pretty nice person,as long as you dont upset her,or put her in a bind. Ive NEVER had anyone call me names. How unprofessional.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! I have worked in customer service as a salon manager my entire adult career, this franchisee owner Tiffany is so rude! I walked out of this location this morning, due to a scheduling error on their part. Tiffany argued with my sister about her confirmation, and had no reason or resolution to the problem. We kindly asked for 1 of our massages to be complementary in the future and Tiffany basically said no. Something they could have easily done in order to make a customer happy. We paid a babysitter, drove from Spirit Lake and neither of us ended up getting a massage. After the unacceptable attitude from Tiffany, I dont think anyone should ever give this place money. Take your money somewhere else!!!! Like, River City Therapeutic Massage! Super accommodating for 2 - 45 min massages last minute. And they arent charging us for the full hour since they only had time for 2 - 45 min day of. Screw Tiffany and her poor service & attitude! Even the front desk girl was pathetic. No sorry, nothing. Just oops someone canceled your appt yesterday, I dont know why... Smh. Also their stupid check-in tablet didnt work, I put my info in multiple times, it never saved and just kept saying please see front desk 🙄 fix your s*** Tiffany.

Love this Massage Envy! My favorite massage therapists are Nadya and Rayanne. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, and the pricing is some of the best for massage therapy I’ve ever seen. The staff isn’t pushy when it comes to becoming a member, but the monthly membership is absolutely worth it if you already plan on using services like this on a regular basis.They also offer prenatal massage, which I utilized for most of my pregnancy- I could not have made it through the headaches and back pain that comes with pregnancy without Massage Envy! I’ve also used them postpartum, which has been a lifesaver as my body adjusts to life after pregnancy. Totally recommend!

Was brought here for the first as a gift by my sister in law and they were very kind at first. I paid for an hour massage and only received 37 mins. When I brought this to their attention I was argued with and called a liar even though I had text proof. Without going into details I can just say this was without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever received ( by the owner ). Please do not go here. Plain and simply. My sister in law also was prompted to get weigh-loss surgery during her visit and cried in the car home and again the owner was nothing but rude to her. If I could leave less than a star I would.

This is without a doubt the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. My husband and I travel quite often and have been to numerous massage envy’s and have never once had an issue. I spoke with Tiffany, and she was beyond unprofessional and rude. I couldn’t imagine someone speaking to me this way - even outside of business. It’s upsetting that she’s such a sad, poor reflection of this place. Do better

Massage Envy Coeur dAlene always smells like fresh laundry. Calm, immaculate, and people that truly care. Its my happy place. Great people and services. The massage therapists are all excellent you just find the one for you. The tranquility room is heaven. Having the membership commits me to make myself a priority. People need to do this for themselves, its so important for physical and mental wellness, especially if you hold your tension. This is a great place to get better.

Well, I followed Monique from Spokane to CDA as she is now working at this location. I have to say she’s amazing as always, the staff was great, and the atmosphere was ideal for relaxation. For a franchised Massage Business they didn’t lose there small business/business owner charm. The wonderful lady that owns it seems to always be on site so it feels nothing like other Corporate Massage Businesses. I would recommend Massage Envy here in CDA to one and all. Monique is amazing because she has mastered the art of elbow pressure and is able to massage me (350#man) as if I was a small child. I usually have to ask for a bit softer she’s that adept at deep tissue. I love her and would recommend her for sure but I would venture a guess that all of the Therapists are amazing! Great Business! Great People! Great Massage Professionals! I get a 90 minute massage roughly every 2 weeks... Chantel and Charlena are GREAT! I have been having and had some lower back issues from a sports related injury- these gals have helped the pain and recovery time!! VERY NICE! They can and will focus on where you want them- They massage your hands and feet so well! You can talk or just be quite and these gals are AMAZING! Everyone is friendly and helpful and professional- You receive Text Message reminders, Parking is Great, the facility is always clean and nice, they offer heated massage table and lots of other add ons if wanted or needed- Tiffany ( the owner ) is always welcoming and eager to help if needed. A wonderful experience and a great business

Very thorough analysis of what a runner might need for athletic training

I had previously given a 5 star review of this location however yesterday 12/16/20 the experience I had with the franchise owner Tiffany prompted me to change my review. I have been getting massages here 1-3 times a month for about a year, during that time I have hear from several people I know who also use this franchise the way they were talked to by Tiffany. Yesterday I had an appointment to get a message and was told upon arrival I could not be given one due to having surgery 2 week prior (wasnt told this over the phone) I was told without a Dr note they could not do the massage. She then asked me to wait while she spoke with the masseuse in private only to come out and confirm I couldnt get the massage. Confused by this I asked if I could get my Dr on the phone was told corporate required a note or 6 weeks post surgery the next thing I said was thats crazy I actually have a physical therapy prescription in my car stating ice, heat and massage. Thats when I was finally treat how so many others have complained about being treated before Tiffany snapped at me and said listen Im not going to argue with you. All I was doing was talking to her not attempting to argue so I replied listen thats fine go ahead and cancel my membership to which she refused told me she wouldnt be doing that and I needed to leave and think about it first. I told her no I refuse to be treated how you just treated me I want it canceled she said send an e mail then Im not dealing with this it needs to be in writing I again refused and requested the form right then. All said and done both my wife and myself are canceling our membership here and unless you liketo be talked down to and treated with disrespect then I would recommend you use a different massage service.

Ive seen two people at this spot so far and I LOVE them! Jory is my massage therapist, hes strong enough to work the muscles really well and careful enough that it doesnt hurt. Hes also the perfect professional. Christein did my facial (I cant spell her title), she was amazing! Ive only had one facial before and really didnt like it. She totally changed my mind. This was way more comfortable and my face looked so good afterwards. She suggested some follow on products but wasnt pushy or annoying about it. I got the membership, so Ill be going back to both of them lots!

Masseuse Micaiah was amazing!! I’ve never had a professional massage and what an awesome experience. He was sweet and calm explaining the process and lemme tell ya - he has magical powers. His fingers were like angel kisses on the softer areas, but powerfully strong (as requested) on the knots to knead them away! I felt like a million dollars leaving and hope to go back before the end of the month. And then as often as possible there after. Do yourself a favor and ask for Micaiah, but not during my Thursday afternoon future appointments!! ; )

The massage therapists were amazing! However When I went to cancel my membership she informed me that I would need a doctors note to do so even though it was at the end of my six-month membership. She was there an extremely rude and when I called to see when my accumulated massage is expired nobody could answer my question and less I talk to the owner who I chose not to talk to because she was rude so basically I wasUnable to book my last appointments so I paid for 2 that I couldn’t use. The staff is super friendly the owner is very unhandled unprofessional!

I feel like they put a lot of thought in who they hire. Adam is amazing! I walk out of there feeling like I’m walking on clouds. It’s a magical experience and it feels like he cares and not just going through the motions. I’m hooked.

We were unable to get a couples massage at the resort so we thought we would look in town. My massage was fine, but the man that massaged my wife, massaged much to deep and caused many days of discomfort to the point of bruising. I do not recommend women to have a man give them their massage at this location.

Im using my husbands account to post. My facial was at 2:30, I checked in at 2:23 and facial started at 2:30. I was standing at the front desk paying at 2:54. They charged me full price because our facials are only 45 minutes. They didnt care that I had only BEEN IN THE BUILDING 31 minutes-that included changing time and the time my gal tried to get the steamer to work......and go get water to fill it up. No steam. Will never get a facial there again.

I actually havent been to a Message Envy in years. I just looked the site up so I could look at the menu and then make an appointment. Under each service is a message, yes the same message, under each service. The service is not described anywhere just the note about the pricing. I find that very tacky and very clear whats on the owners mind. Listing the pricing issue just once at the top would have been sufficient.

This year has been hard to predict to say the least. Spoke with Riley on the phone several times today needing assistance with my account. She was more than helpful and patient. Thank you Riley for the great customer service! You are an asset to Massage Envy.

I am so thrilled to have a Massage Envy in Coeur dAlene. We had been member for years and when we moved to the area the closest Massage Envy was in Spokane so we decided to cancel our membership. We are now members in the Coeur dAlene location and I cant believe how awesome the customer service is and I am very impressed with the therapists.

Excellent facials and literally the best massage Ive ever had BUT the add ons really add up. Im still going but that aspect does bring down the rating. High frequency should be a given as should essential oil in massage oil.

New Business in Coeur D Alene. I have been a couple of times since Thanksgiving and am amazed by the attention. My facial peel had multiple arm and neck massage with a facial massage.I leave relaxed and fresh feeling. The heated tables feel so good on my cold back. The Murad and PCA products are affordable. I have had facials from both Christein and Monica and they are both great professionals with a long history working as Estestitians. Jory the Massage Therapist is a miracle worker on my frozen shoulder. Ryan apprenticed under a chiropractor. Both use good amounts of pressure to really work out the knots. So Massage Envy does facials and peels and different kinds of massages with or without a membership, but the membership saves a lot of money! Im so happy they are now in town!

Head up the street and pay a few bucks more....You’ll get what you pay for......Tiffany the (GM) Neglected my feedback and accused me of Lying. I believe feedback is very important for a successful business.FYI: first and last impression is what counts the most.....Thanks for nothing....

Compared prices in the area. They are pretty competitive. I did experience some general sticker shock, but they are all pretty darn expensive. Each very polite and patient about reciting the pricing .

Wow so awesome, from the front door till done, I felt like a pampered pooch, Tiffany was n the ball making me feel comfortable ,Ashley worked all the kinks out with my hour long message and christen working on my face ,I will be back for the treatment again, I highly recommend this message envy, thank you ladys
