Absolutely amazing experience!! If you are considering a prenatal massage especially, do it!I had a 100 minute Honu Prenatal massage with Alyssa and it was better than I could have imagined. Alyssa was so sweet and very professional and made me feel comfortable at all times. She was also very skilled in her craft and I could not recommend her more!

Tracie gave me the best massage i’ve EVER had! Her style was very unique and relaxing. She helped relieved so much of my tension and she was extremely accommodating, adjusting the room and style of the massage to my liking. She uses a combination of different techniques that was highly enjoyable. Will definitely return!

I’ve never had a massage administered by feet and have to say it was an amazing experience at a lovely location. Unfortunately, I need to leave a less than satisfactory review based on pricing. At the time of this writing a 100 minute massage costs $170. My husband and I both wanted a massage and were booked for a couples massage. The owner mentioned she would be working alone and going back and forth between us. Frankly, I was intrigued by the explanation and wanted to try a “foot massage”. Sure enough, she worked on one of us for a few minutes and switched back and forth for the next 100 minutes. I felt the down time when I wasn’t being worked on detracted from my relaxation and the flow of the massage. The deeper issue is that she charged us $350, when we both had only received about 50 minutes each, and taken up a total of 100 minutes of massage time. That is actually more than the cost of 2, 100 minute sessions ($340). I totally don’t get it. Had the time been extended (so we both got 100 minutes, or something close to that) or the price adjusted (so it wasn’t more than double the cost of 2 massages) it would have made a difference in this review.

We just did the couple’s honu deep sea spa escape with Alyssa and Tracie and wow. We already scheduled our next massage with them. If you want an amazing massage with professional women who know what they are doing, this is the place to go. We’ve had a lot of massages in CDA and Spokane and this one is by far the best.

I love getting ashiatsu massages, they are life changing!! Tranquil Turtle is always a pleasant place to be treated like a king for a couple of hours. Today was my first time receiving a massage at Tranquil Turtle and Alexis gave me a lovely massage. She is graceful, nurturing and is definitely a skilled masseuse.Ive never experienced a massage with hot stones with a Swedish massage before. I loved it. I felt so relaxed and my stiff neck was so much better afterwards. I highly recommend asking for Alexis when booking your next massage.

If you enjoy getting the average pat down at the local spas then DO NOT come to Tranquil Turtle. This gem delivered the best massage I have ever had! I was amazed from the second I walked in as I was transported to as close to a tropical oasis as one can, living in the inland northwest. We were greeted with warm smiles and very easy to fill out paperwork that’s half of a page long (anyone else dislike filling out 5 pages of paperwork before a massage?) I was amazed at the level of precision and pressure Tracie and Alexis were able to deliver for our couples massage. As a busy mama, my back seems to always be in less than ideal conditions and with just one session I experienced so much relaxation and release of tension. My husband said the same. We walked out of our session a little taller, lighter and with more pep in our step on a gray CDA day. So happy to hear they do prenatal massages as well! I can’t recommend Tranquil Turtle enough!

We saw Alexis and Tracie for the couples honu deep sea massage. One of the best massages Ive ever had! As a disabled person, its not always easy to find services that suit my needs. But this place had everything and more!

As a regular sports massage patron, I am usually not impressed with spa massages. But while I was on vacation, I felt really tight through my shoulders and took a chance on a 100 minute Ashiatsu massage with Alyssa, based on the stellar reviews at Tranquil Turtle. Not only was the pressure deep enough for me, but it was a truly compressive massage. Every muscle group was addressed, including the hips, where so much tension stems from. Id never tried Ashiatsu before, and WOW, wont be my last. The heel pressure on those tight muscles worked wonders. Alyssa also did hands on work and even included hot stones. 11/10 recommend!

There are no words to describe how amazing the services I have had at Tranquil Turtle Massage have been. I was in a horrible car accident that left me with a broken neck and now on year two of chronic pain. The attention to my trouble neck, knowledge and continued services to help me find relief has been a 10/10. I have now had a few services and am almost pain free. I could cry! I had the manual lymphatic drainage massage with Tracie. I had 13 sessions after surgery in another state and I feel Tracie got more done in 1 session then my first 13. After my first session with her I feel so much better. I’m able to stand straight up and I’m feeling great.

Wonderful experience with Tracie today. My back was really bothering me, and after finding them online, I called thinking it would be a few days before I could get in, but they were able to get me in later that day. I wasnt quite sure what to expect, but I was genuinely surprised and appreciative of the massage style... I didnt know she was going to use her feet. But it was amazing. I often think massages are nice, but never deep enough. Tracie was able to get into my lower back and hamstring and really relax my back. Will definitely be back.

This was the best experience for a massage I’ve ever had! I reached out today for a last minute appointment request to which the owner, Tracie, quickly replied to. Tracie asked what I wanted to address during our session which is usual but she actually suggested longer time than was original booked. Her amazing attention to detail complimented her calming, oceanic but luxurious atmosphere. It was unlike any of the normal chain massage memberships, resort, or boutique spa experiences where your points of concern are quickly worked to be completed in less time than you actually pay for. She took her time working out my chronic injuries with firm gentleness and compassion. I actually went into the appointment with my nervous system over firing and left feeling fluid like water. The couple times Ive been here, theyve been able to get me in the same day! Yesterday I had Tracie, and she stayed later after hours to accommodate my appt time, and anywhere else Ive gone, they dont quite go hard enough on the massage as Id like. I figured I just had high expectations. Tracie not only met those, but she completely exceeded my expectations! I got the 75 min Hoku Ashiatsu massage and its literally the best thing ever gotten in my life! Best massage in Coeur DAlene! We got a 2.5 hour couples massage here, and Tracie and Jackie were amazing. They were able to work on our trouble areas and really help us feel comfortable. With our package we had a 100 minute massage, and 50 minute foot scrub/facial. During our stay in Coeur DAlene we stayed at the resort, but decided to come here instead for massage services since they offered longer duration for couple services, and it was absolutely worth it. It is only a 5 minute walk from the resort to the spa. Both ladies are amazing and when we come back to Coeur DAlene we will be seeing Tracie and Jackie again.

Hello future customer,I have been to multiple massage therapists. I work out a lot, and sometimes I just work the body too hard. I always get the deep tissue massage and it was no different here. Almost all of them have done well, but here, it was amazing. The style that Tranquil uses is amazing and Sarah demonstrated what makes Tranquil unique. Using this method, I felt muscles that I didnt know were tight loosen up. She then took the time to teach me some stretches that will help me in the gym going above and beyond. Ive had two massages here now and they are the two best of my life. Tracie is absolutely wonderful. So many massage therapists have a set routine and do the same things no matter what I tell them hurts. Tracie listens and then focuses in on what Ive asked for, while also noticing trouble spots on her own and addressing them.Ive had hundreds of massages and Tracies ashiatsu massages are the best Ive ever had.Additionally the facility is clean, spacious and comfortable with abundant parking in a lot adjacent.Very highly recommended.

This was my first experience with the Ashiatsu and hot stone massage and it was way more effective than a “normal” deep tissue or Swedish massage. I’d give Tracie more than 5 stars if I could ! I will definitely be back!

My husband and I got a massage with Tracie and Madison at the Tranquil Turtle. They both were FANTASTIC! The atmosphere is relaxing and you can tell they both are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We definitely will be back for another massage soon!

I would highly recommend Tracie. After several days of skiing I was pretty sore. A lot of massage therapists dont do a deep enough massage for me. That is not a problem with Tracie. We have been visiting Coeur d Alene and needed massage. We found Tracie on line and contacted her for my wife and I. My wife is post knee surgery on both knees and needed a massage and I have been sore from training for a triathlon and sleeping in strange beds with different pillows. She asked us where we needed the focus and proceeded to work on us one at a time.I have had plenty of massages and have to say hers has probably been the best ever. Soreness defeated. Im a long distance runner and have had quite a few massages in my day. It was amazing to find Tracie while we were visiting my parents in Hayden. The massage is deeper and more focused than your average spa massage and was a big help for me in deal with some hip issues. Ive had incredibly deep (and painful) sports massages though and this ISNT that. Its in between. Tracie is good at taking feedback and making sure she works on the bits you really need and to the depth that you want. Im thrilled to have this resource in the CdA area and will definitely use her again.

This review is slightly delayed on my end, but let me tell you 5 stars isnt enough! My wife and I got the 2 1/2 hr honu couples massage and it was more than worth it. Very, very friendly and thr environment was amazing. Felt relaxed and more comfortable than I would be at home. Gone to many places before and even went to the resort the year prior, I would rather go back to Tranquil Turtle any day! You will not be disappointed! Cant wait for my next trip to CDA, we will be making another appointment on our next trip no matter what.

Ben has come through for me in a pinch, quite literally for me. My first session with him, I had severe shoulder and neck pain, which caused nerve issues and numbness down my right arm into my hand. His knowledge of kinesiology led him to find the source of the issue, which was actually seized muscles in my right hip! He warned me that the session may be painful but that the pain and numbness should reduce by the end. Using his fingers almost like acupuncture, he relieved several pressure points, and during the session there was a sudden, audible “pop”. While initially painful, it resulted in relief from pain that had been with me for months! In addition, he’s sensitive to how you’d like the mood for the session. At times I’ve been quite and calm, and other times I’ve been chatty. He’s adjusted to each like a pro. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Thank you!

I had the 100 minute Honu Ashiatsu with Sarah. She had great pressure and technique which worked my muscles nicely especially after a couples days on the lake. The hot towels and stones added to the experience. I’m leaving feeling very feeling very relaxed and definitely will come back!

I recently ran the Ironman race in Coeur D’Alene, it was exhausting and amazing and I had to drive 6 hours home the next day. I am super thankful I made time for a massage with Tracie before leaving town. Tracie knew exactly how to work out all the knots. I honestly don’t think I have been this relaxed ever. I definitely recommend her. If she was in my hometown I would have a regular standing appointment.

I was gifted a maternity massage gift card for this location in 2017. I called after I had my surrogate baby as the therapist had nothing available to suit my schedule. I received a No longer a working number message. When I searched online at that time, I saw the business was closed.How sad that I discarded my gift card and low-and-behold the company is in business when I search again for massages.In response to your comment, I did call. If you had actually read my post,you would see that I had tried twice. I refuse to schedule at all when a gift card was completely lost when you closed doors. How was I to know you were coming back and to hold onto it?! Absurd.
