Vapor Outlet is the go to place for me and my wife! They are always so helpful and so friendly!!Dave is the best! Hes got a great memory too! I told him my wifes first name and he immediately knew her last name! They truly do care about their customers 💙💚💜We used to go there all the time when we lived in cda, but after moving to post falls, its hard to find a shop that has such an amazing team as this one. So we visit any time we come out to cda! Thanks guys for being you!!

Knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of options for your vape needs. Price is reasonable for every item. Ive had some problems with my product and they had a solution for me that was not the normal (I dont know what to tell you). Honestly a company that prides themselves on customer service. Not sure if youll like a flavor? Theyve got you covered with select flavors for sample. Give them a shot and let them know Shane sent you. Im sure they will know just how your talking about because thats the customer service you can expect from them. Only reason I will shop anywhere else is simply to review them all.

They have a great selection of juices, coils, accessories, and even carry nicotine base for DIY e-liquid. Also carry CBD juice and other CBD products. If they dont have the flavor of Juice in nicotine concentrate you want they will add nicotine directly to the bottle to make whatever concentration you were looking for, free of charge. I thought that was a very solid customer service.Oh, and they keep a bunch of different candy by the register for customers at all times 🤘

I come here every few weeks since I usually have appointments at the salon next door. Even though I work for another Vape Shop, they have never been nasty to me or rude. They are so kind and helpful, and go into detail about the juice; and, how adorable is it that they give you candy at the end?! So cute!! I love the people here and will continue to come here even though I live in Spokane!

Great selection, super friendly and helpful. The crew is very knowledgeable about the industry and products. Honest business - I popped in because I broke my tank, and instead of selling me a new one, they suggested buying replacement glass instead. Ended up picking up a couple other things as well because of that!

I recently stopped by after hearing they had a remodel and its killer!They have tasters on hand with quality tanks for flavor and a massive selection. Everything is easy to see and there are a BUNCH of options. Great mod selection as well and outstanding customer service! The definitive spot for excellent customer service and great products! The staff is extremely experienced and can answer any questions you have about vaping. The selection of products from mods to pens to juice is all top notch, and with their quality tester setup you will have no problems getting the perfect setup you need. Love the people who work here. Theyre kind and helpful. Prices are about the same as the other smoke shop I go to. They are closed on Sundays which sucks, but they are open earlier on the weekdays which is a huge plus when Im out of juice and need to swing by on my way to work. Its no vaping inside so I can bring my kids in and not worry about big clouds of smoke in there. The owner has always been so sweet to me and especially to my kids. All around around its a really great place.

The staff is friendly and helpful and always remember my name. They keep track of what you buy, so theres never a question about what nicotine level you were using or which atomizers you need. The selection of accessories and juices is overall pretty good, more than most vape shops Ive been to in the area. They have testers for most of the flavors and clean them in your presence before and after as any reputable place should.

Ill tell you what. I have never gotten such awesome service from any vape shop or any where else for that matter. the staff always is so helpful to me when I go in and changes my coils for me and always answers my questions with so much dignity and respect.great prices and best service anywhere!!!

They have always gone out of their way to help me. They exchange juice flavors I dont like, and a lot of times they have ridiculous deals on them. Even though ive gone to this place over 5 years, I can never remember the best employees name, but I can tell you his hair reminds me of Gokus...anyway, thay guy is really helpful, kind, he always goes out of his way to help me with any issues and hes always got a smile on his face.

This is the place to go! The staff is beyond amazing they don’t rush you they remember your name and go above and beyond to actually help you. They are knowledgeable and make running an errand pleasant! If your going anywhere else you are missing out!

There products are very expensive a product that is 19.99 at every other store is 24.99 so I went elsewhere

This store is always bright and clean. The staff is able to help with my questions and they have the largest selection of e-juice that Ive ever seen. Love the upbeat music and the staff is very sweet.

My last experience in the store prompted me to write a very negative review but after going in today I am really happy with how different it was! My vape died this morning and I was stressed bc I always just buy my stuff online bc its cheaper but since that wasnt an option this time when I looked up places nearby this was the only one open b4 10am so I figured I would give it another chance. I got an awesome vape and it cost about the same as it would online after shipping! Plus the guy explained the one I originally thought about was only gonna give half the battery life of the other bigger model which Im really grateful for bc I need a long battery life lol

The staff was very rude and not very informitive, I am new to vaping and the staff was no help and I ended up not getting anything because they wouldnt help me, told me I had to know exactly what I wanted. I would not recommend this place of your new to vaping.

The only reason I rate 4 stars is they have a small selection of mods and juice selection. Good customer service and had a steady flow of customers while I was there.

Only place I buy juice anymore. They have a history of what I bought last time, have a great veteran discount and are always very friendly.
