Ruby is the best! This place is the best kept secret and hidden gem Im glad I found. Initially came for a facial but soon had to come back for a full body massage and pedicure. ALL services were great. I was completely shocked on what I have been missing out on. I recommended this spot to my girlfriend and will recommend to everybody else as well. Drop what you are doing and come now! I found my new spot for all spa services! I wish I found this spot sooner. Cant wait to come back to run it all back again!

First time threading brows and it hurts.. will be returningOkay second review, went in for 3 week threading walked in and 6 minutes later I’m done. Great customer service!Okay been going here for a while, still great customer service but She stopped doing my eyebrows correctly. Threading hurts so I was getting wax n threading clean up but she prefers all threading and thick eyebrows so I have move on to another salon. I do recommend this spa☺️

I came in for a Hydrafacial. While the experience was great, it wasnt THE Hydrafacial. The name is misleading. I have been having terrible skin issues, and wanted my pores deep cleaned, like the real Hydrafacial is supposed to do, and my skin doesnt look any better. My pores are still clogged. It makes me sad that I spent 150$ and my skin doesnt look any better.

I have been going here for years, I swear if they leave, I wouldnt know what I would do. Ruby is my go-to! She does an amazing job with my eyebrows. I get them threaded and she is always so soft and gentle with it. She knows exactly the shape and size they need to be, and they come out perfect each time. One time I tried to see if I could pluck them the way she threads them, but I cant do them like her lol. I defiantly recommend Aroma Spa! The staff is always friendly, and even when there is a little bit of a wait for the waxing or threading, its never that long.

Aroma spa in Southpark Mall is a great place. I have been going to this place for over 5 yrs for waxing / threading of my eye brows. They treat me like a family. They all are very polite respectful. Stylist Sandeep does an excellent job. She is well trained, skilled experienced and a high class beautician. Once I was late and it was close to their closing time, but she welcomed me and did my eye brows without any hesitation. She is truly a happy soul with always a smile on her face. I highly appreciate all the staff in aroma spa for their services.

The lady who did my eyebrow was not gentle and she didn’t sanitize my eyebrows. The result was not I was expecting especially on the left side of my eyebrow because she was rushing through it and it’s overpriced. Is it worth it trying? No.

Firstly let me say that ALL the staff here is absolutely amazing! Very kind, sweet and communicative about everything. I had a diamond facial, full leg/full Brazilian/under arm wax, pedicure, and deep tissue massage. Def the best spa I have been to across the country which was not expected since this is so close to my home. My massage was surely on point and I came out raving to the next person they were not going to be disappointed. I was randomly asking about places to do henna tattoos and to my happy surprise they do them there as well! The only thing I will say negatively is that they dont do gel polish removal which for me personally isnt a big deal but something to be aware of. ALL the prices are either FAIR or UNDER valued for the quality or service and treatment you receive so please tip them accordingly!

That was the BEST haircut Ive gotten in a Long time; not only because it looks great/accurate to what I wanted, but also because she (dont know her name) takes the time to do all the little things, makes sure she doesnt leave any untrimmed hairs, that it lays right whether you have it styled forward or back, lets you know what shes doing next and why, and informs you on how to style it as it grows out. You can tell as she works that she cares about the details and wants to make it look good. For reference, I (female) had a grown-out buzz cut and now its a pixie cut! Thank you, Aroma Spa!

DO NOT get a massage here. I made an appointment for 1200, was called the morning of my appointment asking if I can reschedule to 1300. I get there at 1230 and patiently wait. Masseuse is still 5 minutes late. I opted for the full body massage. Worst massage ever. Felt rushed. Massage felt speedy. All the other massages I received in the past were slow and therapeutic, but this one made me feel like I was a piece of meat being tenderized.. Then to top it all off, she stretched the hell out of my neck, leaving me feel so cramped up the next day. Im in more pain today, than I was in yesterday. Never again! Dont trust mall massages!

Going to try to be brief so this might be read. 😉 Extremely professional. Very clean. Went in for deep tissue massage and there really are no words to express. It shows when people have a calling versus when they are doing a job. This angel definitely has found a calling.

Absolutely the WORST wax I have ever gotten in my life! I have been to many different places and have waxed myself many times and have NEVER had such a bad experience. I wanted to get a wax before my wedding and honeymoon and my entire bikini line bruised...deep purple bruises. Have never had anything like this. It was there for days!!! I was so upset and uncomfortable. She didnt even get all the hair. It was not smooth at all. She didnt hold my skin tight, caused the bruising and it was very painful during the process. Will never go back here again. I should have walked away the moment I walked into the room in the back and had a bad feeling about the place. Not a professional waxing room at all!

They are not honest!! The owner acts like a borderline scam artist. I wanted a 1 hour massage($70) and I got a 45 minute massage and they tried to tell me that it was going to be 70. I had it timed so I knew how long it was. Then the older lady which I think is the owner she tried to tell my husband that the time I took to use the bathroom(bear in mind that was when I first got there and the time it took me to get dressed and undressed was the 15 minutes I was being charged for) and then she tried to tell him I was on my phone which is also a lie because my phone was put away the entire time during the massage other than me checking the time(which I did check the time) because I’ve had a similar experience with my eyebrows earlier this past year and I don’t trust them). The massage was good and relaxing Leslie was professional but as far as the owner of the place and the other people that work here I would not trust them.

This was my first time spa and everything was amazing, the customer service is very welcome my Brazilian wax and it was very good experience: she was great,. She talked me through everything and was very professional and very nice service I will highly recommend I liked the service at this place aroma spa

So I scheduled a massage two weeks ago and today I get a call 4 hours before my massage saying that they had to cancel because my massage therapist had to take someone to surgery. I understand stuff happens sometimes but wouldnt you either tell me earlier or find someone to cover their shift? Also when I called back to try to get a manicure, they told me there was nothing available and that my wifes pedicure will be moved an hour later. Bear in mind I had to call them to find out

I am up right now at 2:17 in the morning because underarms hurt so bad from getting waxed. I also got a Brazilian but thank god the results arent the same. I am hurting very badly because she kept waxing the same skin and over. I didnt want to tell her how to do her job but holy crap tweezers for a few hairs go a long way. I hate writing poor reviews but the pain Im up feeling now is much worse. Going to take some medicine now. I have gotten my arm pits waxed around 15 or so times before this, never have I felt this before. Idk what to do. Going to research now, ointments and bandage maybe??. This is unfortunate!

I am everytime i come here they do a very greatjob on my barzilian wax i use to go other place, but they dont do excllent job and , and i love iti am always try extremely professional and cleantoo ill be back and definitely where ill have mymy barzilian wax done going forward
