Ahmad is like my best friend. I come in here even if I have a frown on my face and the moment I walked through the door I’m smiling from ear to ear. I’m treated like a brother when I’m in the store and when I leave I know the next time I come back in it’ll be the same vibe. if you were ever in the area, you would be a fool not to stop by and here. The best disposables with all the other necessities that she would need if you go into a vape shop. I would recommend recommend this highly over any other shop and you need to get your butt in here immediately so you can be treated like gold

My husband and I have been going to this shop for years! Even when I didn’t live right in Colonial Heights I made the drive because my experience is always pleasant. Wonderful staff and great selection. The owners are so friendly and helpful when it comes to finding what you need or trying something new. It never feels like they’re just trying to make a sale, they’re genuine and knowledgeable. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Have been coming here since I moved down here and its definitely my favorite place. Ive moved a couple times and will always make the travel for this place. Been meaning to leave a review but I’ve been busy smoking my hookah since Friday. I went in knowing what I wanted and walked out happily satisfied! Ahmad help me out and was very knowledgeable. He explained what all I needed an how to use them. They had the tips, the charcoal lights, a variety of tobacco flavors and hookahs to pick from. Thank you Ahmad for 5 star service! I’ll be back soon!

I was a frequent visitor up to 3 times a week purchasing vape items and in betweens the shop offers. Ive watched the routine customer service fall lower and lower. Just this week I purchased from there on 3 separate occasions and the price of the SAME item was sold to me at 3 continuously rising prices. The same clerk that sold it to me on each occasion verbally acknowledged the prices and says to me It depends on how Im feeling that day. The shock to know the direct disrespect was funny, I laughed and walked out knowing that it was going to be my last time purchasing here. So if you want to be ripped off on items they sell over price. This is the place for you. If you have respect for yourself as a consumer, there are more qualified and respectable places that you can visit in town. Just not here. 👎

Honestly this is my favorite store to go to. Even when i feel like life is getting unbearable, when i walk in this store i feel at home and comfortable. Its not just about the products I buy, Sam and abe let me vent about my problems and never judge me. This is my hometown store and i love them so much❤️

They have helped me tremendously in my journey with vaping (Im relatively new at it) its hard to find words that would do them justice...They actually care about their customers on a personal level and arent just after your money. I have been coming here for at least 5 years and they used to be on point with there clearance juice. i was there every time i needed juice. now a days like for the past 2 or 3 month all they have is Premo juice AT Premo prices.defiantly a disappointment they used to cater to people who dont have a lot of money . now i guess not. hope the greed was worth losing a lifelong customer.

This is an awesome vape shop. They sell vapes and vape juices. They also sell CBD gummies. Great prices and top of the line products. They have so much to choose from. Friendly owner and staff. I highly recommend this business. You can get CBD gummies in different size bottles.

This is the best place to go in Virginia. Excellent people for excellent prices. I have yet to go to this shop and be disappointed. I’ve spent hundreds here and will continue to put my money in this shop. Vape guys are douches and avail is stupid expensive. Illusions sells 100 mil bottles for the price of a 12 mil bottle at avail. I’m here to keep it 💯 💯💯💯💯

The blonde girl acted like she was more interested in dating me then working. She went way over being friendly and when I didnt flirt back she got an attitude. I will never go back. She was basically throwing a fit because she couldnt get male attention.

Hours say 9pm , its 8:19 pm and place is pitch black and closed. Its not that hard to change your hours online if you do not want to sell stuff, it keeps me from wasting my time.

Not to sure about this place. First time ever in there. The girl behind the counter was just texting away on her phone. When I asked where something was she just pointed and kept on texting. I had asked another question and she just answered her phone and asked someone else to help us. Just horrible customer service. When she was finished with her phone call then she tried to help. What gets me is if I ask for something specifically dont sell me another vape. Sell me what I came in and asked for. Seems to me she was very shady. You would think the business owner would have better trained associates. Something not right about that place..

I love going in there and seeing Pops when he isnt in cali. My husband and i roll our own cigs and thet always look out on the prices of tubes and tobacky. Plus always have the best glass products!

Awful service, and awful employees. Ive never been talked to like I have in here by another human being, let alone a business establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay far from this shop. The employees care nothing about their job are uneducated and the foreign management doesnt understand enough to fire them.
