The staff is very friendly. I came I just looking for some juice. I got some juice and lots of insight. The staff was very knowledgeable about what they had on hand and made some recommendations. There was a lot of conversation back and forth and yet it never seemed like I was being bothersome or they never wanted to talk. The store is pretty good. There is a juice bar where you can sample the flavors they have, which is a rare thing on the west coast. Ill definitely be back.

Never been there before. The gentleman who helped me was great. Very knowledgeable, prices were inline with what stores charge.I would recommend buying the membership to the store. Its 1 dollar, once and you save a bunch of money. Very organized, a ton of product to showcase and lots of islands in the middle of the store for trying juice.Definitely one of the bigger and more professional vape shops Ive been to! I will be going back.They also run a discount for those looking to stop smoking, so make sure you ask about that if youre new to the vaping world.

Awesome customer service! Always willing to go above and beyond to help out. I am new to trying CBD. The man who helped me steered me in a great direction of what to get. They are always upbeat and awesome personalities!

Went in got a lot of help deciding which mod to get, i know some already but told the guy what i wanted he he showed me only what i asked for. Even tho there were more pricey options. The new manager seems like a good guy, knew what was in the box of anything i asked about real time saver.

I use to vape here only , not because of there friendly services but the quality of there liquids. It got me to where I ended up quiting the smoke cloud of cancer. Bring back that crunch monster and I might get one in 0 nicotine just to taste the flavor again

I find the staff to be very snobby & uptight. Like they are selling high end jewelry but, at the same time have a used car salesmans upsale scheme. Like they want you to spend $500 in there!This is 3rd ( strike) time that the vape I tested had a different name of flavor on the bottle & taste when I got it home.They have hundreds of the smaller bottles on the shelves & act like they are out of everything to get you to buy the bigger bottles. This is why online ordering is so much better with other Vape Companies. Its cheaper, get exactly what I want & no attitude.

Gabby is the best, i came here for some new liquid and now its my favorite place. She was so helpful and really sold this for us. I brought my wife in and got a complete setup and now were all set. From an ex 2 pack a day smoker, im down to 1 cig a day, and they really made this experience great for us!

Needing a change. Cant keep smoking cigarettes. Avail is close by. The advice given was from the store manager. The knowledge from him plus Brian was awesome. I had no knowledge of vaping. These guys broke it down and allowed me to test some samples. A mass variety of flavors and tools.All on the 4th of July. NICE !I walked out with Grape shots flavor and the itaste Pro kit.

I went in and got a Zero vape so I could use CBD oil. The service was great. I really enjoyed Jill she gave me options and plenty of knowledge on what to use. She was really nice and comfortable to talk to.

Very friendly staff! There were other customers browsing and purchasing new equipment but instead of making me wait, another associate immediately assisted me and made sure I got in and out quickly!

Bought a mid range device, leaked in weird places. Kept complaining and all they had was buy this, buy that to fix it. I did as theyre the professionals. After this im now 120-140 deep in an 80 $ vape. Still leaks, but heres the bait and switch, o man its now been past 30 days, cant do anything now besides sell you another one. Stay away from people like this, they only care about the paychecks and comission and not the peoples who make their paychecks. I even cooperated and kept sinking money into it at their advice. A movement like this as potential even after the FDA and tobacco companies got a hold it and they cant swing anything appealing to keep you once they get your money. Business like this wont last very much longer when they chase away their only source of income, so dont invest in anything with their name on if you have to go here.

I walked into this location without any knowledge of anything to do with Vaping. I worked with Chris and he brought me up to speed. I decided to not start with a Starter Kit. So after talking with the staff they told me about the different mods. I decided to go with an Eleaf iStick and an AeroTank Mega, after getting extra coils, juice, etc it was about $113. This was back in the first week of December 2014. I am still smoke free and will never go back.TL;DR - If you want to learn, let this location be your guide.Last Friday (1/16/2015) I went into Avail to look into getting another tank possibly. I started looking at the tanks, but the Mechanical Mods caught my attention. So I started asking questions about everything. Then I spoke with a few Soldiers from the nearby Fort Lee Army Base. They were all about the Mechanical Mods. So I decided to give it a shot. I purchased the Sir Lancelot Clone (Copper with White Paint). Then a Plume Veil RDA Clone for dripping, Battery, and a charger, then of course juice, wire, cotton etc. I sat with the Soldiers and put it all together. I was there for a total of 2 hours just building and talking about Vaping with everyone. Great experience in that store for a Vaping hobbyist.TL;DR - Mechanical Mods require tinkering and tribal knowledge, Avail has it.

Great shop, great selection, great knowledgeable staff. Thanks to them, I no longer smoke cigarettes. I feel better, BP has dropped and I no longer wake up with crud in my chest.

I had recommended this place to my grandmothers friend and he went and he’s Hispanic and didn’t have his Id with him I’d understand if this guy was like 20 and looked under age but this guy is 60 something years old 😐 and they denied services to him and told him to get out the store I feel it was discrimination because my grandfather had went and they didnt one time ask him for Id and they didn’t deny him service, and when I went they have never carded me and I’m 19. It’s just a bunch of bull in my opinion.

All the testers are either burnt or old. Prices werent the best either. The Vape Guys is much better. Will not be returning.

I was just there and walked out. One customers in there and will the guy working was an asset. Sorry to bother you on your busy shift. Be assured you will have on less customer to work with in the future.

Dont care for avail as a brand there way way way overpriced but the staff at this location is great very friendly and knowledgeable a+ on the staff d+ on avail as a whole
