My mom and I took a chance and tried this new place to get pedicures for her birthday and we were very pleased! The staff was friendly and the foot massage portion especially was really nice. The environment is the most relaxing out of any nail salon I’ve been to. Soft, quiet music, comfy chairs, clean, minimalistic decor— truly a perfect spa like experience. We will definitely be back!

Service was 100000/10. The staff was very attentive. Customer service was on point and definitely would come back. I asked for a gel mani. The vibes are A1!

This place is wonderful! Addie are the best!! I had my nails absolutely destroyed by another nail salon up the street and was devastated. But Addie was so kind and helpful, she removed the mess and gave me the most gorgeous full set. The length, shape, and polish is absolutely perfect.Will definitely be going back!

Nice service and friendly staff. The store is brand new so it’s clean. They offer drinks for free. The one did my pedicure was Addie she is nice and experienced. Definitely would come back.

The most disappointing nail experience ever.I walked in stated I needed to get a pedicure and two fills. The guy says 20/30 minutes on the fill. I said I can get my pedicure and when the person is ready my daughter can get her nails done. He said yes, he never came back to get her seated, 1 hour and 30 minutes my pedicure is finished. And only person is available to do nails, I tell them my daughter can go and I will wait. About 20 minutes into my daughters process the other person is ready to do my fill. HORRIBLE. He did not pretreat my nails. He didnt clip, shape or file. So I spoke on it, he clipped two nails. Took the polish off with the drill and began to apply the acrylic. I stop him in the process, he doesnt speak English. I told him, just soak my nails off.A total waste of 3 hours.There are at least 10 people working here or behind a station.Only 2 does pedicures and 2 others do nails.Pricing:The basic spa pedicure is $50 the next pedicure is priced at $85.I spent $160 for a pedicure and my daughters fill + design.They did offer 10% off of the total for inconvenienceThe environment over all is cute but the service is whats going to running them in the ground.

Did not have an appointment, was able to get me and my husband in right away for pedicures, beautiful, clean modern establishment. Love the chairs, staff very friendly, feet are very smooth and soft. Will definitely recommend and be back for message.

Today was my first visit at Nailspirations and I was very happy with how my nails turned out!! I got a regular gel manicure but she did an amazing job. I wish I got her name but Ill definitely be back!

The salon was very clean and organized. I was very glad they could get me in same day for a full set and nail art has been difficult when it comes to intricate designs but they were already prepared and my artist Jason was more than willing to work with my requests.

Left a dentist appointment and decided to stop in to try them out. The staff was so kind and I LOVE my nails. Everything Tony did was freehand and he was so efficient. I will be coming here from now on!

Ive never been to this salon before so when I entered I asked how much it was for a basic gel French tip pedicure. I was quoted $45. I also asked the price of three repairs and was quoted $8.When I made it to my seat, my technician gave me a flyer with a list of pedicure services of which I chose the cheapest. There was no explanation provided that the list she gave me was add-ons in addition to what Id been already quoted (the paper itself doesnt say so either). Keep in mind that my technician does not speak English and the one person who did speak English at the front desk did not mention that Id be offered add ons during the service for an additional fee.While checking out, the front desk guy told me itd also be another $10 for the white tips which wasnt mentioned previously. My total which should have been around $58 ended up being around $125. They offered me a 10% discount for the misunderstanding but I still left paying almost double what I was quoted.Not sure any of this was intentional but the communication is horrible and I had to be the one to bite the bullet. Will not return.

I went in for a fill and within a week my nails started to fall off.. this is the only place Ive gone to that my nails never lasted the 4/5 weeks.... I wont be coming back here.

Most employers did nothing while one only does nails. Only two people spoke English. I was there for three hours and haven’t even gotten my nails done.
