I’m from out of town and stopped in and I’ve got to tell you, some of the nicest people you can do business with as well. As far as the price it’s 110% cheaper than my home state of Ohio. Also I can’t forget this is a MILITARY FRIENDLY shop, even tho I’m retired military they still honored my retired military ID. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT BOTTOM LINE IS ILL BE SHOPPING ONLY AT THIS SHOP FOR THE REST OF MY TIME IN VIRGINIA! Great job everyone!! This is for the owner, what amazing staff you have and I wish we had one of your stores in Ohio! 100% recommend. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

The customer service was extraordinary, I walked in and was greeted immediately. I asked questions and got very good information. I will be back again and again, and I highly recommend anyone stopping by. Especially if this is new to you, its not an uncomfortable situation as they make your questions welcome.

Love this store. The employees are great and they always have what I need. Use to go to another vape store and they never had what I needed. This is my go to spot always now since I know I will be able to get everything I need in one stop.

Staff is very friendly and has always been helpful. However, I have never been very happy with any of the juice that they have there. Today I went by and asked for a pack of 10 Kanger T3 1.8 coils. What I got was a pack of 10 2.5 Knock off T3s. I am close to work here and the store I normally go to is close to home. So now I am sitting at work, with knock off coils that create a horrible taste and no back up coils with me. So I am a little crankier than usual right now. I am going to go back today to talk about this.Went back the same day and they said that the store policy is no refunds. Period. They did replace all of the coils in the pack even though I had used 2 of them that did not work. Good and friendly staff, just not the products that I want. I still have that entire pack of coils and may try them again some day.

The overall experience is always good they have what I need and I always get a good laugh . Prices are fair and arent higher than compared to any other vape store. What makes this store stand out in the area is that they offer CBD infused products as well!

I went to the this vape shop the other day looking for new Delta 8 products. The female associated (Kat) helped me find everything I wanted!!! Gummies, disposables, carts etc., they had it all!!! Loved how knowledgeable the staff was. They were able to fit an e-cig to me according to what type I smoke and how much I smoke. I am a typical pack a day person and so far in almost 24 hours I have only smoked 6 cigarettes the rest of the time used my e-cig. Prices were reasonable and they had plenty of samples for me to try. I plan to visit them again today to try another flavor. Its worth a visit!

The first place around for me to purchase from when I decided to start vaping. Helpful, always had time for questions and they know all of the right answers. They are almost an hour away from where I live and another store has opened up within 10 miles. After trying the closer store, I will travel the distance to this one. Its well worth it.

Tie employees are the greatest. They take their time & make sure u are happy with or purchases. I choose to only deal with them for my vape needs

I really am upset about the way I was treated about a product I bought from The vape shop in colonial heights they didnt show me no understanding some nice old me had a defect part in it and they just gave me a warranty and receipt that I had with me okay you know a lot of all everything I spent over $67 thats not right and they told me that the manager was out of town zero no return policy they did replace the wrong stuff that they sold me but they should have replaced everything p

I called the store to see how much was a pod for my vape and I was told it was 3.99 and that’s the average price so I go to the store to purchase it and when I got home I checked my bank account and it said a was charged 7.36.
