They are selling bad ejuice. They pride themselves with being the best vape store in Colorado springs and that they are knowledgeable but really they are not. Their associates dont know really anything about vapes and juices. Red ejuice is bad and can majorly hurt your health and lungs it means the nicotine has gone bad or they didnt store it properly so it went bad. But when you call to tell them its bad they tell you it is fine and thats how it is supposed to be. On top of all of that their prices are more expensive than most other vape stores in town. I would just recommend going to a different vape store its not worth your money at Chief vapor. Plus they dont care about good products and your health they just care about the money.
Called in earlier because my vape was giving me major issues. It basically put me in a position where I thought I’d need to buy an entirely new mod. Well, Abigail took the time out of her day to help me out with this and ended up fixing it entirely! I have never encountered a more disgusting demeanor in a human being. That indifferent, rude, and offensive Pacific Islander-ish girl was absolutely horrendous to interact with. I will NEVER step foot in another Chief Vapor again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Good riddance. Maybe if you had better customer service, you wouldn’t have your place all boarded up.
My husband and I, bought over $100 worth of supplies the other day. We ended up meeting two new batteries, and which my husband purchased. However they were too small. Chief vapor, would not give us a refund, swap out the batteries, or even give a store credit. When people spend their hard earned money somewhere, there should be a little bit of flexibility in things if theres a mistake somehow.
This is my favorite vape shop in the springs. My wife and I come here all the time, but the other night stood out the best. We were greeted with two extremely friendly and super helpful employees. One might have been the manager. She helped my wife pick out the perfect juice, and answered her 100 questions. The employees also helped pick out my wifes coils and took the time to fill out a customer request form for my coils that they didnt have, only because my tank is old. This store always carries my juice as well, so they seem pretty stocked up at all times. Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service. Its really hard to find around here.
Preston is great. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He got us a new flavor to try, and then called down to the Carefree/Bloomington store to set aside the other flavor we were looking for.He talked to Matt at the other location, who set it aside for us. Twenty minutes later we were at the store by Target on North Carefree to pick up the other juice from Marissa and Matt.We want to call out Preston, Matt, and Marissa for being great people who are the face of Chief Vapor. Theyre all five stars! We hope this counts as a review and bonus for them.And always, Elizabeth. She totally deserves recognition for her expert knowledge, great customer care, and having to bounce around all the stores. I went in and Patrice assisted me, she went above and beyond!! she was so amazing, beyond helpful and gave me a lot of information I didn’t know. She has, hands down been the best person in the store that’s been so nice and helpful. Usually the other people want you to get what you came in for and leave. But I never felt rushed when Patrice was assisting me. She is the best employee you got because she is so helpful and amazing!!! And I been going there almost 1.5 years.
My husband goes to this location frequently and has spent thousands on vapes over the years here. On Friday he went in a purchased a disposable vape. We were driving down the road when he used it and it was firing after he hit it. We go back to the store he tells a lady who works there that its defective asks for a new one or his money back. Lady tells him they have to charge it for 15-20 min to determine its defective. Husband tells her that any time hes had an issues with a disposable vape he has brought it back with no issues. Lady proceeded to tell my husband that he us basically a liar and she has to charge it to determine its defective. We did not have 20 min to wait as we had kids we had to pick up from school. This location completely lost a loyal customer due to this ladies actions. The battery on tje device was fine what wasnt fine was it repeatedly firing after my husband would use it. I dont know the ladies name but she claimed to have worked there for 4 years and that this was their practice and basically told my husband he was lying about ever having a disposable vape replaced for being defective. Absolutely horrible customer service. With the cost of these things being so high and how often they are defective these companies need to do better. Wasted money and a loss of a customer and now Ill tell any and everyone to avoid this company at all costs!

They have been so patient with me getting devices that have manufacture defects and replacing them, the manager whose helped me several times was kind and understanding even though both times I came in it was on the last day of the two week return window since I’ve been traveling so much recently. Stopped in the other day to pick up some pods and juice and Nikki was great! I am unfortunately moving out of state but will be sure to stop in one more time before I leave!

My hubby and I love this chief vapor! They have a huge selection of disposables, and always help us find the best deals! The vibe and energy when you walk into the store is always fun and upbeat. Even on the days when we’re exhausted or are maybe in a bad mood, someone in the store always has us leaving laughing and with a smile on our face!
The cashier who assisted me was great but in the process of the transaction their POS did exactly as indicated by the name and crapped out. Causing me to have to leave my card and personal information behind in case the charge didnt go through on their end. Well after twenty minutes of just standing around and waiting I was asked to try to sale again even after my card had been charged. I decided to pay with cash after be assured the charge would be removed from the account. Now its twenty four hours later and the charge is still on my account and no call or anything from store management on why they havent returned the money. If you do plan on going to this store which I wouldnt suggest use only cash.
Thankful for the friendly staff at chef vapor. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only vape shop that I go to because of the friendly staff and welcoming customer service. I use to only use disposables but recently bought an XROS 3 device and it is so much better cost wise. I hope Patrice is there next time I’m there. She helped me from start to end and I can’t thank her enough for not rushing me or making me feel bad for asking questions. She took the time to explain everything and I enjoy vaping so much more now!
Staff is always friendly and quick. Prices are cheaper than some other places I was going to. They have a great selection of the smaller, more portable vapes. Their juices have great flavors.

I came in and looking for replacement glass but was unable to get the glass I needed the staff was extremely helpful and patient while they looked through their inventory. I ended up getting a new tank from them instead and was extremely satisfied with the service they provided I would recommend them for all of your vape needs. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a manager, shoutout to you ponytail n glasses! I loved how you talked down to me like I was stupid, and I’ve been coming here pretty much every other week and was never told about a “policy change” where they DONT actually take back your defective vape as it leaks and auto fires constantly 🙄 scummy business practice with deceptive choice of words as it doesn’t clarify what counts as a defect on the receipt. Family run business huh? Failed! The staff probably doesnt even vape. This store does not have single cell 18650 mods (the most popular vapes) and if they did they dont have IMR batteries, only INR, which should not be used for sub-ohm devices. They also did not know which mods/tanks used mesh coils or not. They had to read the packages. Which I could have done myself but they do not let you touch the boxes or the mods which is extremely insulting. I went to Absolute Vapor dropped $250 and got exactly what I needed from knowledgeable staff in less than five minutes.

I haven’t had a bad experience with this place up until yesterday (September 29th). Normally things are great, staff is nice and helpful up until you need an exchange. My husband and I went to get a disposable vape and we got one that we’ve tried before so we knew what to expect. My husband got one that keeps burning for 10 plus seconds after you initially hit it. We walked to our car, he tried it then went right back inside cause it was faulty from the beginning. My husband went back in and talked to the same guy that helped us and he said he thinks it’s an “air bubble” and to come back the next day if it’s still doing it but he can’t guarantee that we’ll get a refund/exchange. He said it’s up to the manager to decide if we’ll get an exchange. What’s the point in having us come back if you aren’t going to resolve the issue?? Why couldn’t you have just resolved it the first time? We actually liked this shop but after reading similar reviews and experiencing this, we don’t think this shop deserves our service anymore.
Always felt like this was a good store who cared for their customers. Have been shopping here for literally years and never had any problems all their products are good and have never had a issue. I got a rechargeable vape from them yesterday, kept hitting it shelf and probably burnt the vape out because it wouldnt stop hitting by it self. I brought it to them after i got off today expecting they would just swap it out for another one, they wouldnt help me and only after a discount on a new one I would have to buy. All the years of service and money I have spent in this store I dont feel this situation was handled right and as a long time repeat customer dont feel like my business is appreciated. If something is wrong with my device and it hasnt even been 24 hrs and this is the very first time I have ever needed a replacement then it shouldnt have been a problem to just get me a new vape. I really like this location. I live all the way down in Fountain but my Husband and I prefer to drive up to this location. Its really chill there and the workers are down to earth. One of the workers, Patrice, we started talking and shes actually from Hawaii too. Cool chick. She helped us when we bought our new mods.I could go to all the other vape shops near by and closer to us. But we like the vibe there.
Now this is not my normal vape store but I tend to go here when I cant get what I need at my store.. With that being said I would like to to say that Chief vapor has exceeded my expectations. I was really blown away by the atmosphere and the feel of the store when you walk in. But one employee in particular has stood out to me. Her name is Amber and and she has just an amazing personality and shes so knowledgeable of her job and the products at her store offers. By coincidence or maybe not every time that I go into the store shes always working and shes always the one that helps me.. When I was looking looking for a disposable Babe that Ive never used before she she recommended some amazing ones to me and even gave me her personal opinion of what she felt were the best ones for somebody whos Looking to switch it up a little bit. I have been vaping for probably about 6 years now now and I just wanted a little bit of a change. So she pointed me in the right direction and I couldnt be happier appear. This last time that I went in she was with another customer who some people would have gotten frustrated or irritated with because of the amount of stuff that she had brought in that she needed help with. But Amber she took it like perfectly she helped her customer get all the coils that she needs for her vape and she had like 15 tanks and she explained to her in a calm voice like Hey you cant use the same coil for all tanks they are not universal. So not only Is she an amazing employee but shes very friendly with her customers.. I would definitely promote this girl like pay her the best and make her management because she just blew everybody out of water in my opinion. So thank you Amber for all your help I really do appreciate you and everything that you have taught me.

Theres always a problem when I come here. The first time I came the credit card machines werent working. Second time I come in they dont have the glass replacement for the tank I literally just purchased there the week before. And then I go in today and I try to run my card 3 times and it doesnt work....AGAIN! This store really needs to get it together! Third times a charm, so I wont returning unless Im offered a discount or something.
My visit there was great! Im not sure if Amber is the manager or not, but, she was freaking amazing. Very knowledgeable on diff juices and vapes. Customer service is on point. She is the best!! Will be back.

Ever since I found this place, I havent gone anywhere else for my ejuice or my mods. Every time that I go in, the staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable, and dont try to oversell you on something that you may not need. They try to get you the best equipment equipment that fits your needs your needs not the store. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a solid vape shop. I just wish the government didnt overstep their boundaries with the mixing of nicotine levels and flavors. I greatly miss that.

Do not go here, they will sell you broken vapes and even though I went up there to “troubleshoot” the problem I tried a new coil and this thing still leaks, there response is, sorry good luck call the manufacturer. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want to buy a broken vape that leaks in your pocket constantly and they do not care to help you or exchange, they will basically laugh in your face and tell you good luck have a nice day. Also the managers are very unprofessional and do not care about there customers. Again do not go here, they will rip you off. I wish they had a zero star.
Living in way eastern Colorado it was hard finding a good vapor shop, until I found Chief Vapor a couple years ago. I do not order from anywhere else. Staff has ALWAYS been amazing with helping me get my order quickly no matter how o order. When I was in the springs on Tuesday and went into the shop the ladies working were nice attentive helped me figure out things ans when above and beyond to do so. Thank you!
Do not go here. Owners positively review bomb their own page so people dont see the negative reviews. They sell defective devices that you cant use until you charge it outside the store. After you leave the store , you cannot return those items. So I cant check if a item works at the store , then the owners tell me its my fault when they sell defective devices. So I spend a couple of hundred dollars a month here. The store policy is 48 hrs to return a disposable vape. My Elf bar started to malfunction within 8 hrs of getting it. When I would take a hit it wouldnt stop burning for like 20+ secs after. Took it back since its not just a waste of money, its also a fire hazard. Went back within 12 hrs, they said they cant exchange it unless they have a manager and there wasnt any at the time. Called the next day within the 48 hr window to see if there was a manager there and they stated that a manager doesnt have to give approval and to come in. Got there for the second time trying to exchange it and they told me it does the job intended bc its burning SERIOUSLY! It could set a house on fire and it pretty much burned out the all the juice in 4 puffs. Im extremely disappointed that I had to take a $30 hit. I guess I will take my chances and start ordering online bc they r a whole lot cheaper and its taking the same risk 🤔
Dont go to chief vapor. I bought a disposable vape from them which they supposedly have a 48 hr return policy. I bought it and took it home and returned an hour later as the vape was turning on and not turning off after hitting it (defective). They would not return it because they say that because smoke was still coming out (because it wouldnt turn off that they wouldnt return it. You lost my business. Dont go as they dont really have a return policy. It is a even if it is broke it is yours policy. 0 stars from me
I purchased pods from this location about 2 weeks ago, they were different pods than the ones I usually get, so I made sure to ask them 5 different times that they would fit my device, they assured me that they would fit and were compatible. Once I ran out of my regular pods I pulled one of the new ones out and realized they wouldn’t fit, so I went back and asked if anything could be done, the girl working said it was no problem and they were getting a shipment in about an hour so if I could come back the pods I wanted would be there and we could do an exchange. Well I went back and now she had an issue with fixing my problem!!! She said that if I didn’t have a receipt she couldn’t do anything. Mind you she asked me if I had a receipt the first time I went and I told her no, didn’t seem to be a problem then. But now, after she made me come all the way back there it was an issue. I’m just confused as to why she didn’t tell me this the first time and had to waste my time to drive back down there?!?!
I usually hate going into vape shops and talking to annoying people at the counter. But the guy who helped me here was super nice and really helpful. He wasn’t even vaping while helping me which I liked. He even went to the back to check if they had any peach ice flavors like I wanted. He signed me up for their rewards program very fast and just made my overall experience better.
My first time buying juice for my vape and dealing with the nicotine and finding the right MG I need. The person helping me was super patient and extremely nice while I took my time asking questions and checking out flavors.
They had a great deal going with buy one get one for a dollar (select) disposable vapes. One of mine had the battery die midway through, but they replaced it free of charge with their 48 hour policy. Definitely check them out.
So for the second time my vape from here didn’t work. The first time they kept my vape for several hours while they tried to fix it before they would replace it. The second time when I tried it in the store and it didn’t work they wanted me to wait while they tried to charge it. I do not have time for that sort of subpar customer service. Never ever ever will I be back. The vape never charged. They never replaced it…I’m never going back.

There are no other stores Ive found that offer *any* kind of delivery, so it was annoying to see one place that does, then be told just *not to me*.If they werent so strict with zip code for delivery (seriously Im not far away - but they werent willing to work with me) Id be doing a *lot* more business with them. I dont want to seem overly harsh, but finding really the only place that delivers in this area, and then getting told well yes, we deliver, but not to you, because of overly strict *zip code* policy, I think people could understand how thats frustrating. :/Things like this, and the stupid new vape shipping laws they made (like we needed MORE laws making it more difficult?? 🙄) just makes it all seriously, SO annoying, for disabled folks like myself to get things we want/need, seriously difficult, annoying, overall a hassle. First time going in there and was impressed by the staffs customer service. She was knowledgeable and helped me decide what mod i want. Speaking of mods they have the best selection i have found in town. Looks like they have a huge assortment of juice too. I didnt buy anything today but I will return when i have the money saved up to buy what I want :)

There is/was only 1 girl that worked there that was actually helpful. But 2 times I was sold a mod that broke after a month of owning it. Each time being told to go through the company not the store which takes forever. Then the second mod I bought, my credit card was charged 3 weeks later causing me to cancel my card because I thought my account was changed twice. The juices are high priced even for store brand. I won’t be returning. I would rather wait for online delivery from another company that doesn’t charge as much.

Their customer service is complete trash. When buying rechargeable disposables they are simply worried about if the vape works and NEVER ask to be sure the charging port works as well. And when you do come across a vape with a faulty charging port they don’t even try to accommodate the CUSTOMER. VERY DISAPPOINTED after spending tons of money there.

Well everyone is given the opportunity to try their device prior to leaving the store to makes sure it works CORRECTLY. When i tried the device i just purchased, i knew instantly something wasn’t right. It tasted burnt and hurt my throat to inhale. When i tell the employee this, i am told “ unfortunately there is nothing we can do.” In other words, too bad you are stuck with it. Like really! Why have a “policy” if you do not honor it. I had not left the store and i am entitled to a good working device. Then she proceeded to call the owner which apparently told her not to exchange or refund a brand new device which i paid for which was not operating properly. I know how a device should hit i have been vaping for 3 years now. Afterall, profit is more important than customers getting what they pay for at chief vapor am I correct?! Yes, based on my experience today, i am correct! I have never purchased a bad device before and the one time i did even though i never left the store i was turned away. From now on i will go to a vape shop that honors their policy and stay clear of this scam of a business. I suggest you do the same if you care about your money and expect to be sold a proper working device. I went in to get new batteries for my vape and showed the girl my mod. I got two of them because I will be driving across country within the next few days. After making my purchase I walked outside to my car and saw the batteries were way too small for my mod. I went back in and a man came up to me and said in the case for my mod is a sleeve that would make them fit. I told him I don’t have it because all of my things are packed and on their way to my new home. So moral of the story they wouldn’t exchange or let me return them. Don’t waste your time here because they don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to their products and they clearly don’t care about helping the customer they just want to make a buck where ever they can. I hate cheap people who don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves.
I have frequented this location for yrs and finally making the decision, after multiple negative experiences, to find another Vape shop. Not entirely sure if its situational due to specific owner or Chief Vapor as a whole. While I understand the difficulty we are experiencing due to recent laws put in place, I am disappointed with this location and the way business is performed. Ex: Bad device sold, suggested discounts and not honored, stale juice, owner rude, juice selection now minimal, not enough selection of coils, etc. Will not return to this Vape supplier any longer. Will absolutely take business elsewhere and buy directly from distributors.
What a disappointment! I have been coming here for about 2 years. I have always had great service, expect today! I am so taken back by the appalling attitude of the gentleman working this morning. The lady on staff was great, but the gentleman was obnoxious!I guess this is the quality of staff here now. Im definitely heading to Oya Vape after all of this! Geez!..
Same day delivery during these crazy times. My usual shop is closed and when I tried to order online, their website wasnt working. Ordered 120ml just to keep me sane. Juice tastes great. Bonus props to being available during these times. You guys have earned a repeat customer!
Definitely dont recommend these guys unless you know EXACTLY what you need.They sold me the wrong battery and would not honor their exchange policy unless the battery was not working. Whack service, would not recommend.Order online and save the mark up cost
Im a regular at Chief Vapor, im in once a week or so, I would like to show appreciation for Thomas (or Tomas, not really sure how to spell it), he was extremely knowledgable on a large amount of the store as I was doing some general browsing and had questions, he let us know about a store event coming up, and had a general positive attitude the entirety of my visit. My first time here was a horrible experience but I went back because vapor source didnt have the ability to mix their own salt niq flavors. BOY AM I GLAD WE DID!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable (normally, I only had 1 who wasnt and maybe I just caught her on a bad day). The management really really cares about their customers and reputation. Now I feel straight-up spoiled with their rewards program and SO MANY OPTIONS!!! This is my vape shop. And Im a picky customer!! Theyve earned my loyalty.

I always had a great time in store, yet with the delivery system, I have gotten no information on my items, and have given information on when the items can be accepted by me. Ive tried calling the store multiple times in the last few hours, yet the phone is always busy, and I dont receive any call backs from the manager. Wouldnt recommend ordering form them, as they wont communicate after they couldnt deliver the first time
Friendly and helpful! Chief Vapors is now closer to where I live and they actually have the supplies I need and juices I like as well so I am thrilled about not having to travel so far for my vaping needs. I also like there option to buy a 10ml bottle to trial flavors without wasting product!
High markups on all products the juice is marked up double. I encourage everyone to check the prices of the products theyre buying online before they buy them in their store as you will see everything is marked up double. Only 1 register. Employees dont have a gauge on what customers were next in line you may stand there invisible
I had bought a vape from them on the 30th and it had already been giving me issues, but they be fickle, vapes be I mean, and when I went back in today they took care of me and made sure I knew how long to prime and all the good stuff. I left very happy and with a working vape.
Pretty much the only place I go for vapor supplies in CoSprings. This location is a favorite even if navigating the parking lot is a pain. Nice staff, ultra clean, good selection.
I dont know whats going on here. I brought in a broken rig (glass tank). To see if I could possibly get a replacement. The woman that helped me at least tried but the guy kept insisting that I go somewhere else. I was also interested in buying another setup and made it known but that guy said it again and again to go somewhere else. That other places had a better selection like the mall. I dont understand why this happend. I am brown and I dnt want to say that this is the reason. After the third time saying to try another place. I took his advice and am now looking for another Vape shop. Like he said other places have a better selection. Maybe he believes it. He would know he works there.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. The manager and employees working are no knowledgeable of the items that have and what coils go to which pens. I would not recommend this horrific business to anyone and the 5 star reviews are from friends of the owner.
Great place. The woman that helped me was nice. Went in to get new coils for my vape, she told me that they didnt carry the coils I needed but she did recommend a new tank that I like better then my last one. The vape juice that she suggested is also good in flavor. More then likely I will come here again when I need anything for my vape.

When I lived in Colorado Springs I went here for all my needs, spent loads of money with CV. I since moved to AZ and had an issue on my first order where it took 10 days before it was shipped. Ive ordered since then and gotten it sooner, but the past few days I cant even access the site, even through a VPN. Really unfortunate because I desperately have needed to order some wattastraz and am going to have to go elsewhere and find another juice.

Best Juice in town, but when the employees give you a 24 mg regular nicotine rather than salt nicotine causing a relapse back to cigarettes😡. This is what happen my previous purchase and I’m really disappointed, after months of vaping, it’s all down the drain caused by a mishap of the nicotine concentrate.I Called and because it was already opened there’s nothing they can do, understandable to a existent but disappointed on the outcome of not wanting to go back to vaping as my alternative for quitting cigarettes is absent.Thanks Chief Vapor.I Hope to be a customer again due to the high prices of cigarettes being outrageous.
I spoke to a nice lady on the phone. My teenager is smoking, so I asked if I could buy non nicotine vap juice. She said yes.I went in told the man at the counter and he said I couldnt say anything on the camera... im not doing anything wrong... im getting my teen non tobacco juice and he made me feel like a criminal.. im very angry... he was rude. Idk if ill b going back. If I do I will not speak to this man. White man, blonde beard, kinda thick. Just rude.
I highly recommend Chief Vapor. This is shop is very knowledgeable, customer oriented and is passionate about all things vape related. I have been a few times and they have always been very helpful. Even going so far as to give me suggestions that would be better suited for me. The price is very competitive and the e-juices are always top tier. If you are looking for a vape shop to frequent this should be your one and only stop.
By far the best vape shop in the springs! Hadnt vaped in awhile, decided to get back into it so I could stop smoking. Went into Chief, and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. Hands down the best place in town, I have been back 3 times now, and it was always a fantastic experience. Id definetly recommend this place to anyone getting into vaping, or even veteran vapors.

A little disappointed that you guys dont carry the replacement glass for the tank I literally just bought in your store a week ago. I had to go to a store all the way across town to get it and they dont even carry that model tank, but they still had the glass for it!

Fair business. Had a defective pod, and the FDA does not allow exchanges on pods. However, Cheif Vapors was able to give me a %50 discount (since there are 2 pods in a packet, this is fair) on my next purchase of pods.
The girl working at 4:30 needs to chill out on the attitude and disrespect…. I remember why this store or any chief doesn’t get my money…. AND THE DISPOSABLE VAPES DONT WORK!!!!!!!
Haven’t tried their juice selection yet but was very impressed with their selection of mods picked up the SMOK alien baby at the same price I would of paid for online. Perfect find for 6pm on a Sunday
This place is really messed up. Owners will tell you its your fault for not knowing their return policy. Greed is a problem in vape companies. They sell defective devices then basically say its your fault you cant return it. Dont go !!
The girl that was working has ZERO knowledge about vapes. She sold me the wrong coils for the new device I bought at the same time...you guys need to train your employees better so people dont waste an hour of time and $20 on the wrong device accessories...TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR WORK, LEARN THE INS AND OUTS!!!

Rude before even knowing what I needed they told me I couldn’t exchange or get a refund and I wasn’t asking for that. All I wanted to do was go in there and ask them a question about my Vape. I know what the return policy is and I would not of gone in there now when I bought it three months ago.
