Adina has been with the Eminence Mobile Massage team for four years. Amazing Therapist. Shows up one time and always delivers her best efforts. Very kind and friendly therapist. Easy-going she offers amazing prenatal and very talented at sports massages.

I had the most amazing experience with Andina at lux therapy. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and back area, as im also a personal trainer and I reached out to Andina massage therapy care and not only did she give me a detailed consultation. I went forward with booking my appointment, She also educated me on things i can do to optimize comfort while strength training.I booked her mobile package and we did lymphatic draining, cupping as well as some trigger point massage. That she felt was best for my treatment plan at that time. After my service she gave me a botter of premium spring water, instructions on how important it was to stay hydrated and aftercare.Not only did Andina get me out of discomfort, I slept very peacefully that night and was able to proceed with my daily activities without any discomfort. I looking forward to utilizing her services in the near future.

Unprofessionalism at its finest!! I really do try to support, but there are several reasons why I gave this business 1 star.1. I purchased 6 advance sessions and couldn’t even make advance appointments. Everything was the day of, or a day before which makes it really difficult to plan out and/or be consistent (because the package purchased required a certain level of consistency to be successful. In one message she stated I couldn’t book until her other client booked…then later canceled the appointment. See for yourself.2. I broke out on my arms and back and belly…pretty much everywhere that was rolled with that roller. She said it was a heat rash but I just found it odd that the breakout was localized only in areas she treated. Good thing I have this conversation saved because I knew it would come up again. And if you bought my heat rash up before like you say, then why would you roll me with the microderm roller? I could be wrong but a roller with needles over a rash doesn’t seem healthy for skin.3. She offered me a refund because she could not accommodate my schedule, but charged me a restocking fee when I never booked through her site or acknowledged any policy to which she confirmed that I did not via text below, but still charged a fee. I literally had to remind her how I booked after receiving a screenshot of something she booked on her own site. I didn’t even know she had a website…the text messages clearly show I had no knowledge of a site which she acknowledged. Lying on the response is sad. Own it and try to get a more structured system in place to prevent these problems.4. She made me wait exactly 14 business days for my refund because her site “processes the refunds” only to send the partial refund through Zelle. Also, be clear, I had 3 remaining appointments. I have no reason whatsoever to lie. The texts are clear and I never went on vacations during treatment..that is precisely my point. All treatment should have been completed at the time of release.I could say more but I won’t because you can just read it for yourself. I need more structure from businesses and appointments with automated appointment reminders like most places. Try at your own risk. Between the missing supplies, waiting for her to get back from store runs, and then to have my refund docked through circumstances that were no fault of my own based on a policy I never saw (because I called and booked over the phone and zelled my payment)…it’s just too much. These type of appointments require consistent treatment. I believe the lack of caused my results my final result to suffer.

Andina knows what she is talking about. She goes well above and beyond to provide great service in a comfortable, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. Her massage prices are average for the services she provide. She takes her time to learn your body and give it the right amount of attention it needs and where it is needed. I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones (you really should try the stones). I got hooked the very first time and been back since then. She go out of her way to accommodate your schedule. This is something that I really appreciate. So I recommend this place... A matter of fact, my neck and back highly recommend Lux Therapy. 😁 Go make an appointment today. Oh I absolutely LOVE the great service Lux Therapies give! Her trigger point therapy skills are impeccable. I have had back pain for years and with her work, she has helped me feel lighter and more leaner after the massage. My back is not in pain as much as it used to be after at all!Lux Therapies also has a wonderful personality and makes you feel right at home! Amazing service I will be booking again certainly!

In desparate need of a massage while visiting Columbia. Lux Massage was kind enough to fit me into her schedule on a busy Saturday and wow, I am so happy and grateful. I got one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She really knows what shes doing; I highly recommend!

Andina was awesome! She knows a lot about lymphatic massage post op and very thorough with her work and you can tell she is passionate about her craft! She uses different kind of equipment during her sessions to make sure you get your body needs! Definitely no boring time when you’re with her.

I didn’t have much time to work with but someone referred me to Lux Therapy and I was taken care of. She was very professional and cared about what I needed. The environment was very professional and comfortable. I will definitely return in the near future and I highly recommend Lux Therapy to anyone.

Wow, if I could put ten stars I would. Today was the first time that I ever experienced a professional massage therapist and it was amazing. My Husband surprised me for my 39th birthday today and I was elated. Thanks to Andina.....I definitely will be a using their services frequently.
