Response: Mam you were rude and your phone response was rude…and this response is condescending. I asked about the final pricing because of the pedicure which you explained and I paid it. It’s primarily a braiding shop and perhaps you should stick to that where the customer service isn’t as valued. I’ve also added additional photos. As you recall when I called and you hung up on me because I said I posted the pictures with the review. Additionally, you all tried to talk me into getting a cheaper service but I wanted the service I requested. Clearly the amount wasn’t the issue, it was the quality for the amount. Maybe that wasn’t articulated clearly below. Thank you and I hope you use this feedback to create change within your business. Columbia is a tough area with plenty of competition so being able to have a quality experience is imperative.Potential customers: as Keith Lee would say try it because it might be your cup of tea but the experience was not mine.——Update: I called the shop. She said well you already posted a picture and hung up. Just got home, took off my shoes and the gel toes I paid 55 for are blurry and smudged….despite them being gel and telling me they were dry. The processed was rushed!!I’m going to be honest I was enthusiastic to go because it was black owned but it’s actually not and when you get there you’ll see why. The service was horrible and they make up prices as they go. There was a significant lack of customer service and ability to articulate a clear thought. They had to stay late to fix my nails and were clearly upset and rude about it, despite the nail tech messing up two of my nails which is why we were there late. For 175 dollars!!!!! I expect it to look nice so yes stay and fix your mistakes . Very rude!!! I would not recommend. Also as a licensed service provider they are also not clean and I’m not surprised they were empty. My nails overall came out ok… I’ll probably go to halo and have them redo the design in a few days. Just drive past it for your own sake. The whole experience is just not worth it…. I should have went with my gut and left immediately.

I came here for the first time for a simple gel manicure. The technician used the nail dremmel tool improperly and I felt a sharp burning pain. She didn’t even know to soak the nails first and then use tools to remove prior gel polish. I then had to wait for another technician to complete the process. I ended up paying $20 for gel removal and nail cut down. I ran out of time to even apply nail polish. My fingernail still hurts. I have never experienced this before. I would not go here.

I got a manicure and pedicure with acrylic powder on my toes and tips on my fingers, my rhinestone came off as soon as I left and my Acrylic toe nails came off as soon as I left, worst experience and the acrylic powder she used burned my nails and I told the nail artist that it was burning and she brushed it off and told me it would cool down, and I know that burning sensation isn’t normal.

I came to the wrong nail salon but boy did it end up being the right one! The owner is very personable and has the sweetest countenance. The service was impeccable.. this was honestly the best mani pedi I have ever received! Like nails shaped perfectly, toes right.. all of the things!! I think I have FINALLY found the right nail magician!! Dilis is really professional and can literally do any nail design from a picture that you present to her. Most importantly, she cares about the health of your nails over making money. Nails and Thingz is too good!!!

I just experienced the best gel mani / pedi I have had in a long time. Dilis is patient, kind and very gentle and did an outstanding job on my nails!. I highly recommend her!

A must visit nail salon, got my nails done twice and I had exceptional service. Salon is very clean and specious with good customer service. Dilis is my to go person anytime she is exceptionally good . I will definitely go back.
