Always had a fine experience here. I dont vape but Ive been here for a friend several times and for my girlfriend to buy her a box. I like their loyalty program. Leads to free coils quite often. Nice place.

Wants to have products listed on there website but then wants to say “Oh we don’t carry this no more” or “we don’t have this anymore”

Employees always pleasant and very knowledgeable always friendly and offer their opinions on products very pleased wont go any where else in town

Didnt know what I was looking for explain what I was looking for pointed in the right direction everybody is so friendly and theyre very respectful nice environment nice place to get everything you need in amazing deals. I will be shopping from here from now on! I only shop at 2 vape stores this my 1st choice in my 2nd choice is just literally write down the road a mile and a 1/2 from this one. Selection is decent if youre into sticky sweet candy flavors. Sadly, no 50/50 freebase, but then nobody carries that anymore. Im removing a star because the guy at the counter had a strong used car salesman vibe and I didnt get the impression he really knew what he was talking about. Or maybe he just thought I was an idiot. I kind of am, but thats beside the point...In the future Ill go to the branch on Conley Rd because the people there are much more genuine.

Love the variety, flavors, and nicotine levels for my vape. Sometimes my favorites arent in stock but this gives me the chance to try other house blends that I end up liking. Employees are super nice and helpful with suggestions of other flavors once they find out what you like. They will call other stores to see if they have something you need!! Great customer service!!!

Katie was pretty helpful in explaining some items to me after I’ve been away from mods in 3 years. So glad to come back and get away from disposable pod systems.

This store was great. The employees were helpful in finding a new vape and deciding on different flavored juices. The place was clean and well maintained. They had many options and new what they were talking about. The prices were fair and the people were really nice. Would recommend to friends.

Staff friendly, but not very helpful. I went in unsure of preference, as I am new to vaping. The gentleman told me I should figure out what I want and come back when I know, rather than trying to go over flavors or distinguishing the differences in types of vape juices.

The most important thing you need to know is the sample bar available here. They give you a nice hygienic disposable mouth piece so you can sample most of the flavors (50+) and get an idea of what the different juices taste like. The staff here are always beyond experts on everything from all the variety of mods and tanks to maintainance and safety. They have done an awesome and mega friendly job with me from holding my hand while I bought my first vape to guiding me toward my latest purchase of an Aegis X which has surpassed all my expectations. They take an intimidating thing and make it super easy and fun, it helped me quit smoking and I would recommend them to everyone

Im a newbie when it comes to vaping and had only been to Vapor Maven. After breaking my 1st and 2 mod I began my hunt for the 3rd. I wanted to see what else was out there so I visited Aqueous Vapor Friday evening. The bearded gentleman working there and several customers were extremely friendly and helpful. Although, I didnt purchase my mod from Aqueous because they just dont have the inventory and are very pricey I did purchase my latest fave juice Pacha Mama Fuji Apple Strawberry Nectarine. I appreciated being able to sample the juices beforehand and conversate with the customers about their favorite flavors. I will def visit Aqueous again if for nothing other than good conversation and blowing big clouds. Thanks for the experience guys!

Ive been ordering online since the Covid-19 pandemic and honestly Im very happy with the service Ive received. On one of my orders, I got a Cali Bar that came broken, and they replaced it immediately and I got it in the mail the next day. Very good service and ready to help. I would recommend the online services to anybody. Thanks Aqueous!!

Good store, good prices & very knowledgeable, helpful staff. Decent hardware selection with plenty of good juices and guys that will let you pick there brains on ohms law, coil building, safety, informed advice on what the best devices are & even working on & fixing ur current device. Love em, awesome store!

I had a great expeirence. i was allowed to hit tha vape in front of the cashier. I blessed him wit a tornado and some o’s - but then I startted coffing and he wouldn’t get me a refreshment or pat me on the back. I was a little put out / p**ped off but it’s ok. I bought a lot of vape and vapor at this place. My gf is not digging how I’m coming in and talking to her boyfriend though. I guess he work a here. Loved it

The guys and gals over at Aqueous are the bees knees. All of them have helped me so much in understanding builds and what to buy. Id recommend someone specific but theyre all awesome. Ted, Jessie, Jared, Charlie, and Kelton have all helped me a ton and are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for advice, and theyve got a pretty good juice selection as well!

Absolutely the best vape in town, Knowledgeable staff who are willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and make you feel welcome. The selection is very large and they have testers for you to try so you dont order something you wont like. Their rewards system is top notch, and there are constant sales! I cant say enough about this location, Highly recommend!!

Definitely boys club. After hearing one staff talk about a girl who is “ugly but an easy lay” or something along those lines, I stopped going here. Not all staff are jerks (one was very apologetic) but the culture is obviously a bit gross at Aqueous. More female employees would help. I am glad I switched to Como Vapor- they have better selection anyway.

The guys at this store are super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Pretty much all the things you hope to find as far as staff. Plus, they have a huge selection of products. They were able to help me with finding a liquid that works perfectly for my vaporizer. I wouldnt go anywhere else but here!

Helpful and chill! The guys there were knowledgeable, the atmosphere in there is chill, and I got a great deal through Add Sheet! They had premium brands and their own more-affordable house blends with lots of 0 mg options! I highly recommend 0 mg vape for anyone quitting smoking (or suffering random cravings, like me) and Aqueous Vapor is a great place to get started!!

I, personally, do not smoke ANYTHING! My roommate vapes. He quit smoking due to my asthma. He used to buy his stuff online. He can not do that anymore, so we started local shopping, which I prefer, for his vaping needs. We went several places.Aqueous Vapor had great people working at the time we went in. Very knowledgeable on the products. The first of thier stores we went to sent us to the Business Loop store for a larger variety of what my room mate wanted. Both stores are great, as are thier peoples! We found what he wanted at a great price. He was very happy.

When you are trying to quite smoking you need as much stress free life style as you can get. Shopping at Aqueous Vapor is one way to achieve that. When you walk into the store it is an open area without the clutter of aisles. I feel it is much easy to find what you are looking for that way plus see new and different products. The store is clean and of course smells great. the staff is very, very knowledgeable on the products, but will listen to your likes before making recommendations. If you are new to the vapor world this is the only place I would recommend you to go.

Been all around the country but this is my favorite vape shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also keep their juice line updated I love going in and seeing new juices almost every month it seems.

This was the first time I had ever invested in vaping products. The staff there explained the products and showed me the best products to use to stop using cigarettes. Very knowledgeable staff and great place to go if you are wanting to stop smoking or chewing.

Knowledgeable staff. Amway get great recommendations on flavors. Was having issues with a tank they helped me get new coils. He even cleaned my tank and filled it for me.

I went in when they first opened their store on business loop and bought a few things and was not happy with the quality of the products. It wasnt until Midwest Vapor Lounge opened that i was truly impressed with a vapor store large store great customer service. Always informative and helpful.

I went to Aqueous for the 1st time 2 weeks ago. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. I knew NOTHING about vaping or devices and they explained everything from A to Z. By the time I left I was comfortable with my I Stick Pico in every aspect. I got a great deal and so far I am loving it. Today I dropped my device on a brick floor and the force of the impact unthreaded my atomizer and it wouldnt connect and register that it was assembled correctly. I couldnt even unscrew the atomizer because of my severe arthritis so I took it into the shop and he took it apart and straightened everything out and sent me on my way. I cant express how relieved I was that I wouldnt have to buy a whole new device!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This will be the only vape shop i ever patronize!!Highly recommend.

My first time there was this past Sunday. I was helped by Josh and Nathan who both were very helpful. I went in cause my vaporizer broke and Nathan was quick to look at it and try to fix. It ended up not being fixable. So now at this point, I needed to buy a new vaporizer. I always order all my vaping stuff online except for 6mg juice which I get at local stores sometimes. Because arch city closed down, I went to Aqueous. Josh and Nathan recommended the ijoy vaporizer and thats what I got. It was pricy at over $100 but I needed something the same day and could not wait 3 days if I were to order it offline for cheaper. I am happy I went into Aqueous and now I know my new place to get juices. I would have liked a free bottle of juice with such a large purchase but thats okay. I will most certainly go back to Aqueous next time I need juice. I am very well stocked on cleito atomizer as I ironically order 30 of them the day before my vap unit stopped working. I was also happy to know my tanks will work with the new vaporizer I bought at Aqueous.

People here are pretty cool for the most part. Prices are a little high compared to those found on the internet, but being able to taste your juice before you buy, supporting a local business and not having to wait on shipping makes it worth it.

2/15/21.. been goin to this store for over a yr talked with a guy named cameron.. lazy!!! no customer service whats so ever!! Tried asking him questions acted like he didnt even want to talk so I left.

Only place I go to get my pods and juice in como. Great people and seemingly fair prices. I would recommend the Fresh Pressed if you like sweet flavored salt nics
