Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A friend and I were visiting Columbia from out of town and she had been admiring my vape since i bought it, so we decided to stop and get her one. Super friendly in assisting her purchase the right vape for her. And the part we were most excited about was getting a custom oil for her vape. They have several flavors and will mix it right there for you. By the end of it, i was actually more jealous of what she got.

Still the best selection in town! Was on a tight budget and the employee helped me find the perfect juice for my price range. Still friendlier and more knowledgeable than the majority of vape stores in the tricounty area with the best selection.

Decent stock of hardware. Great selection of juices. Friendly staff. Tables, couches, and personal space are on site for comfort while trying out new juices and mods. They could use an extra cashier from time to time when they get busy, but overall they offer a great shopping and vice sharing experience.

Great selection and even greater customer service. Vaping equipment can be sorta complicated and these folks have a great attitude and plenty of patience. Trey, in particular, is simply an incredible front of the house guy, and finds every opportunity to provide thoughtful, meaningful, and sincere service every single time.

Ive been a loyal customer for almost two years now and the main reason why I keep coming back is because they provide the best service in town. They know me by my first name and always sell me quality products that are best suited for me. Ive never had a bad experience here and I doubt I ever will. Go in and talk to Andy, Shannon, or John and be treated like a friend and then a customer.

Knowledgeable employees. The girl that helped me during my visit was super friendly and helped me decide which e-juice to purchase by explaining the specials, etc. I bought the largest size bottle of their in house juice for a discount of 50% because I purchased a vape pen. Even the other customers were helpful & friendly! Great place.

Love the atmosphere and this place has a great asset they may not know about ...... An employee named Shannon! She truly makes this store complete with her friendly but real humorous all around good attitude! Definitely will go back when I am in town visiting!

These guys are always helpful, but I showed up today, after hours, as everyone was leaving. Not only did the gentleman who helped me invite me back in and fill my order, he also thanked ME and gave me a discount. Amazing.

I absolutely love the crew and environment in this shop- They are incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. My wife is extremely hard to find a good flavor ejuice for, and these guys spent upwards of an hour helping her out. As long as I can, I will not shop anywhere else for my vape supplies.

Best vape shop in Columbia hands down. They have a large variety of mods, tanks, rdas, and of course juice. Prices are great and they often have sales on their products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help you. The Harbison location is also fantastic.

My husband and I came in looking for juice and a mod. The service was terrible. We came in right when they opened and there where no customers in the store and 2 men where standing behind the counter. My husband immediately said hi to them and we walked over to the juice. Everything went silent.. we got no help.. no one asked if we needed help. We moved over to the mods to look at them through the glass.. no assistance whatsoever. I didnt want to ask to see them since i figured i wouldnt get any information about them from these 2 guys. We just choose a juice and a tank. We tried to ask about the sale.. but didnt get much the info. The only interaction we had is when we asked for the product to be taken out of the glass and when we paid. We choose a premium juice and it was given to us without a box, it was really dark, it was torn open, and it was leaking. I dont know how this guy didnt notice... it leaked on the counter and on our tank box we were buying. He switched it out for us. But in our eyes that should have never been sold to a customer paying premium price. After we got home we noticed we have an opened case for the kanger tank sub tank mini. We are missing a coil, and a screw missing on the rba. I cant believe i paid for this. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. We been to many vapor stores all around for years, and this is definitely on the bottom of my list. Customer service is the key to returning customers. There are so much competition around that sell the same juice, so i dont see a reason or need to return to this store.Yes i called the store since i needed the new kanger tank. I wasnt expecting a quick response and a resolution. I appreciate the good customer service throught this review.Disappointed in my trip back to the store. Their customer service is just horrible how they speak to customers. Yall had a chance to revamp yourself but your selection of employees are awful. The first thing they say to me is oh your the one that wrote the review.. nothing about sorry about your experience, let me help you out. And the guy gives me my tank and says so we are square now.. that was just strange.I dont recommened anyone coming to this store. In fact i recommend going to kure.. the people are nice and helpful and theh have a neat section on juices that you can tweak and make yourself.

Customer service is off the chart! I had an issue and the resolution of my issue was beyond any expectation! Quality of products is exceptional. I have never experienced customer service like this. The taste of the fluids are beyond anything I have experienced.

I cannot say enough how awesome my experience at this shop was, Ive been a vape enthusiast for years and have been to many many different shops throughout my time and this was hands down the best.If youre lucky enough to get Andy as your helper it will only get better. He took the time to not only explain one of the newest technologies (temperature control and nickle coils) but explained it in such a way that even a first time user could have understood. Then, to add to the awesomeness he took even more time to build an almost perfect nickle coil for my new Mutation X S.Hats off to Mad Vapes and their incredible employees.

Not a lot to choose from and pretty overpriced. I paid over $35 for a bottle of juice and 1 coil. I dont like the way they insist you try the juice flavors which is to drop juice on your finger and lick it. No one else does this and its not very helpful tasting and vaping are completely different. No other shop does this sample method.

Best Vape Shop in Columbia! The people who work here are friendly, knowledgable, and care about your individual vaping needs. The atmosphere is awesome, theres a nice area to chill and Vape and all their ejuices are available for sample complete with batteries and mouth pieces that they provide. We were more than happy to spend our money there, kudos to Brett & Andy, who just made loyal customers out of us.

Good selection on juice, but house brand and other national brands.They also have a digital menu and a wide selection of the newest mods and tanks.As always the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Ive been considering quitting smoking and since I work in the area I decided to check this place out, immediately was made to feel uncomfortable with all the stares I got from one of the workers there, aside from the creepy flirting and awkward hand touching from the manager (think his name was Danny or Andy) it seemed like a cool place. Too bad I was so uncomfortable I had to leave

Love this store...so glad they got away from the madvapes name. I actually stopped going to the vape shop in my area cause they arent as good as this place! Great juice selection, and its not full of dudes trying to impress you with their massive vape clouds every 15 seconds. The people are practical and knowledgeable about vaping needs.

This is Hands Down the best Vape store experience especially if you are a novice to vaping. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything vape and they take the time to sit down with you if there are no customers of course and explain and answer every question you may have about vaping without pressuring you to buy a thing. I highly recommend this shop rather you are a rookie or a veteran vape they will take care of you. Customer service is second to none.

My favorite vape shop in my local area!would have given 5 stars but I went there on my 19th birthday to switch from tanks to RDAS. I didnt get my usual preferred employee Andy. Instead I got some rude guy who wouldnt help me with anything. Wouldnt show me how to use an RDA nor. How to wick it. If my mod wasnt regulated.... it could have exploded. Other than that experience they are the best local vape shop! I come in every week and they rewick my coils in my rdas for free. Also they have dope E juice flavors to chose from, and you can make your own E juice there! 👍💨

I spent my first year of vaping going to vape shops all over Columbia, West Columbia and Lexington, to varying degrees of satisfaction. One day I was heading into Five Points to go to one of the shops I used to frequent when much to my surprise and delight there was a big new Madvapes sign. Well I turned right around, found a parking meterd space that was free (like it was meant to be), stepped foot into Madvapes and have not been to another vape shop since. From friendly, helpful staff to a big selection of gear and juice, theres no reason to go anywhere else! Its now officially my favorite way to spend my lunch hour. The only downside is the effect on my wallet.

With all the competition I’m surprised they still have the attitude of 1990s headshop owners that enjoyed patronizing and being dismissive of anyone who isn’t a professional smoker. Will not visit again. Did not seem interested in helping me and I’m not fussy. This is my second google review ever.

Im new to the area and I was looking for a new vape shop. I came across Columbia Vape and it had everything I needed. I was very happy with the service and selections. They have my business from here on out.

I typically go to planet vape near my house but a friend suggested Mad Vapes in 5 points and boy am I glad I stopped by. Andy and Chris took excellent care of me and found me everything I needed, set it up, and explained alot of things about my vape I didnt know about. The way they let u sample their juice selection is amazing too. You can sample any flavor with your own battery and mouth piece without having the pressure of someone standing over you. Highly recommend to anyone that vapes in the Midlands.

Prices were kinda high. I prefer Lure Vaporiom in the Vista. The guys there are great and so friendly.

Staff is great, selections are as well but prices are outrageous compared to elsewhere for same items(online/other cities)
