Illuminati is just the coolest smoke shop to go to in Columbia because its not a just a smoke shop, its a community. Its conveniently located to Shandon, Rosewood, Garners Ferry, And Forest Acres. Its also on the way back towards 5 points from target. Theres parking right out front and its only hard to back out of the spots if youre a bad driver. The store itself has the best product for whatever you need, along with the second best, and beautifully crafted pieces that are better than what you need. The store is locally engaged with customers and vendors and the environment feels like youre walking into your friends house. The staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the available products that you are looking for and everything is well organized and easy to find. But what really makes the difference is the experience that the empowered provide when you come to the store. Shout out to Andrew and BIG SHOUTOUT to Logan who both have that indescribable x Factor quality that just makes one a winner.

This place is hands down the most welcoming store I had ever been in. From the vast knowledge of literally EVERY product on shelf to the hospitality. Illuminati has forever changed my standard for what the overall experience of a shop should be.So glad they opened a 2nd store in Camden too!!

The Best of the Best. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly. The atmosphere they create is quite welcoming. They price match but already have the best prices around. If you have never been here, you might want to give it a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Im so mad I passed by this place, thinking it was just a glass gallery, for soooo long!! Will be my go-to place for all my smoking/vaping/glass needs! Went there today and on top of pipes you would normally expect (except the quality is better), they have hand-blown pendants(Cutest I have ever seen! They had a few ramen bowls!? And they had great price ranges!), CROC CHARMS, and beautiful marbles! They even have local glassblowers! They also had hilarious novelty cards I will be going back for! The employees?? The best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Knowledge and kind! I didnt get the girls name but she guided me through the store and answered any and every single question I asked her, with a smile on her face! So refreshing😊 Highly encourage everyone to check it out!!

What can i say? Hands down, best customer service Ive seen out of a head shop EVER! When i say ever im representing 1974. So ever is a long time. Thats who they are. Its not a one-time thing. They are a high-end shop, meaning they carry the BEST quality in quartz, glass, and electronic equipment. Also, a large selection of other products. This is not i got good service review. This is for people searching for the best in american made quartz and glass. And their product knowledge is through the roof. When you talk to them, you will understand what i mean. I purchased Highly Educated and One trick pony. You wont find their selection ANYWHERE else except another high-end shop. And there are not any anywhere close to Columia. 100 miles, either direction guaranteed. Again, the young woman and dude who helped me can answer ANY quartz or glass questions you may have. Lol, just read Ebs review. Who says not another high-end shop 300 miles in either direction. I said the same in my post. It is very hard to find high-end shops.

To only have been in the community since 2016, and to be at the level this group is, quality product, customer service, product knowledge- I honestly dont know of a better niche specific shop for atleast a 3 digit number of miles. This group really knows their stuff, and isnt in the game of selling gimmick unlicensed, or outright counterfeit products. Spend your money elsewhere, and youll likely end up with disappointment- that seems to be others going gimmick- importing cheap clones, and then claiming the market is flooded and they didnt know... Do your homework- this is both an excellent place to start, and end up! You will not find a more engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly staff anywhere in the southeast- atleast I havent yet, and not because of a lack of trying! Especially if youre looking for anything Puffco, this groups got you and everyone you know covered, their selection and stock is second to none!

The store itself is clean and arranged in a practical manner. Customer service is hands down the best I have ever come across in any smoke shop. Prices are fair and the staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help and you can tell the opinions are from first hand experience. I didnt know which vaporizers were the best for my budget, but Logan helped me find one that was not only well below my budget but also matched the quality of those that were more expensive. Illuminati is my 💯 go to store for literally all my smoking needs I drive from Charleston just to shop with them….absolutely one of the best shops on the east coast and I do believe the best shop in the state by far. They have a huge variety of everything from studio quality glass all the way to exotic snacks and drinks! Wow! Definitely one of the top tier shops in Columbia. A large selection of everything, and I always stop by to grab incense (Summer days is AMAZING). They do deals just about everyday, but Id honestly pay top dollar for alot of the craft glass they carry. Andrew is super sweet and his staff are great with answering any questions you may have. Best vape shop in town by a wide margin, and the best people work there.

We came in to buy a water pipe after shopping at two other stores and had a great experience. Their selection of pieces was much larger and diverse than the other shops we tried, and Logan was incredibly helpful and even offered to fill each piece with water to show us how they operate. Prices are very reasonable and we were surprised that a piece we didnt think we could afford was actually in our price range, and we ended up going home with it. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone we know!

Super great shop with the sweetest staff! Always helpful whenever you have questions, and never make you feel stupid. For sure the spot to go to in Cola for all of your cbd, waterpipe, and hand pipe needs! They have everything you could need and more. The staff also never lets you walk out missing something! No need to worry about getting all the way home with a set up but you forgot to by one key piece they always got your back.

Havent been disappointed yet. They sell quality glass and US locally blown not over priced like other stores around. Always very knowledgeable and helpful, just ask. When you go make sure to ask for Bri (Bree) shes always on top of things and knows her stuff.

Im editing my 5 star review that I gave this store a couple of months back to just one star. I just came into the store on Sunday at 1:30 not another customer in the store the 2 gentlemen behind the counter not only did nothing to help me but suggested that I leave, search for the products I was asking about somewhere else. OK Ive only spent about $2000 in this storm last 6 months but I dont look like a college kid or a stoner Im over 40 Well established in my community and have a great job so Im probably not what theyre used to seeing. I will take their suggestion and look to spend my money someplace else
