Renew Mind and Body Wellness

I have seen Jamie for a few massages now and shes great! She is friendly and I really enjoy her work. She uses just the right amount of pressure so that its not too soft but not too hard for my muscles. I do aerial fitness and was in need of someone to help work out some shoulder pain that I was having, which Jamie helped eliminate in only two sessions. I will definitely continue seeing her!

Renew is a place to really calm your mind and body. I enjoy the hydromassage chair when Im in a hurry. Kelsey has done wonders for my sciatic pain. She works well with you and gives advice on what to do outside of your massage time to help with the pain. Floating is another way to really decompress. I just love everything about Renew Mind and Body Wellness and the people are friendly and very helpful to work with. Give it a try!!!!

My first experience with the float therapy was great. The receptionist was so friendly and very nice. The second time around was not so great, there seemed to be that the receptionist was out and the job fell on whomever was around. The float room did not seem as clean and as i was leaving i seen someones chewed gum on the floor next to my float room door. I then questioned the cleanliness of my towels, robe and water. Then the person checking me out did not give me my discount, she did not care whether i wanted to book another appointment as well. I was a little disapponted to say the least on my last visit.

Ive tried most of the services offered and Renew and cannot recommend this place any higher. Its really a one-stop shop. From talking with Heide, to decompressing in a float and amazing massages with Jamie (and on and on). I am a better person every time I leave :) . Go check them out!!

I love this place. I get a massage regularly and have recently started doing floats, which are amazing. Both relieve my stress and muscle soreness. I highly recommend Renew. Ive also done their foot detox.

Nathan is truly amazing. Hes so detailed and attentive. He doesnt leave a knot unworked. Ive never in my life had a massage that fantastic.This is the place to go. And the man to see!!!!!

Renew Mind and Body Wellness is a Gem of a find! I had never heard of some of the services offered and have never been disappointed with the ones I tried (foot detox, infrared sauna, & salt float). I always look forward to a relaxing massage with Kelsey!

I came in, barely able to walk because of too many hours on my feet at work. I walked out, feeling so refreshed and renewed! I needed a deep tissue massage and I couldn’t of been happier!! Nathan was amazing!

My husband and I went for the float today. It was amazing!! Very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely go back.

I booked a 60 minute float via ClassPass. There was a scheduling error and so one of the proprietors reached out directly, they were very courteous and were able to get me in at a time that still worked for me. The facility itself was very pleasant: meticulously clean, good vibes, safe and friendly. The float room was luxurious and relaxing. I had only floated in a freestanding pod before. This place has entire rooms, it almost feels like stepping into a big wall safe which is really cool. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, answering all my questions and walking me through what to expect. Overall I really enjoyed the float and plan to come back in a few months to do it again.A tip: even if you dont think you need petroleum jelly, if you have any dry patches of skin, use it!

A wonderful place to relax! Did my first float here and going back for another. I work in the medical field and this is just what I needed after a long week at work!Jen that works the front desk is so nice and informative! Atmosphere is awesome, welcoming and peaceful!

Sooo amazing!! Was my first time floating and it was everything I was thinking it would be plus some. I brought my 8-year-old daughter with me and we did a mom daughter float. She thought it was so cool.The room was clean, they offer all that you need to float plus the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to rinse off afterwards. AND a room to blow dry your hair. I cannot recommend Renew Mind and Body Wellness enough. Cant wait to try out their sauna and foot detox.

This was my first experience doing a float session, but highly recommend. Very clean and relaxing. (pictures below are after I got out) Receptionist was super helpful with tips and tricks :) Want to go back again very soon!

The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the front desk receptionist Jenni is so kind and super helpful. I checked online and everything was full so I called. She squeezed me in anyway! I recommend this place to everyone I know.

I tried the float tanks here right before Christmas to help relieve a bit of stress and calm my nerves and let me tell you - it was just the thing I needed. I left completely relaxed, clear headed and re-energized. I can’t wait to try these again!Also - I highly recommend a massage from Brandi. She’s a miracle worker!

When you enter this facility you feel like you’re visiting your family. Everyone is so friendly there. Brandi does my massages and she’s fabulous! The floats are wonderful. Everyone should try them!

Renew Mind and Body Wellness is a hidden gem in Columbia, Illinois. The facility as well as the services offered are stellar. I would high recommend participating in a sound bath as well as a float. I cannot say enough good things about this wellness center!
