The owner was very helpful explaing how things work since it was my 1st set up. He asked questions about what I knew and what I expected to get out of the new set up. I will tell my family and friends about this location because the owner was very knowledgeable!A.j was helpful too he was the friend of the ownwr. Both guys were great qnd helpful. The store is welcoming and clean.

Was my favorite place until today, when I went to get some stuff, guy there was too busy with other customer didn’t even bother to look at us for 15-20 minutes.Bad customer service.

2nd time I came they should be open at 11 but no, when u check them online they show open but in reality no at all

Great selection of Hookahs and Sheesh. Owner was extremely helpful in buying a new hookah and provided a lot of info on the different models.They almost always have what Im looking for and have great looking accessories for your hookah.

Bought a shika v3 found the perfect combination. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Wish they were negotiable on the hookahs. Other than that im very pleased with my product and expierence.

Love, love, LOVE this store! Its clean and they have a wide selection to choose from. The owner is super nice and helpful, and my experience is always pleasant everytime I shop there. I HIGHLY recommend!

We have only been here 3 times in 4 years (not from around that area) and it doesnt matter whos behind the counter we get amazing service. They always have a wide selection with flavors, name brands and coals. If you want a store that truly specializes in hookah and not just another smoke shop there isnt a better place that Ive been to.

Love this store, significant amount of hookah tobacco and herbal shisha brands from everywhere in the world. Prices are fine too. They have the majority of charcoal brands out there of all different types and styles. They have a good selection of premium hookahs of all different types of styles and brands. They have a decent selection of your typical accessories too The staff is cool and welcoming the moment you step thru the door. My biggest pet peeve is that theres glass cases seperating you from the hookah tobacco and even if you have decent eye sight its difficult to see what brands and flavors your looking at. Especially the back corner where you stand about 10 feet from those brands and is impossible to see them at all. However none of that truly matters because the staff will be standing right there and will be more then happy to tell you if you ask which ones there is of course. Some brands have a little card on they give to the store that tells you about the flavors they have and if he has one for that brand if you ask him to see if hell get it for you. For a price reference, my favorite brand to get there is Mazya which only goes for 2.99 for a 50 gram box, so the prices are nice. He has a lot of the major brands and some not so major ones too. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to many hookah shops around Columbus and by far the best one is Hookah Rush. I will continue to purchase everything I need from you guys and tell all my friends this is where they need to be purchasing their supplies from. This place is awesome! Staff knows their stuff, great prices, awesome staff. They treat you like an old friend as soon as you walk in the door. The only place I buy from anymore :) whoever posted the 1 star went into a completely different place than everyone else. Go hookah rush!

Worst place in the nation. I have been to so many hookah shops, most of them are decent respectable businesses. This place is horrible. Hookah are grossly overpriced. They look old and dirty, some even had dead bugs. Staff are inexperienced, uneducated (in hookah products), and rude. Dont buy anything here. Go to high up down the street; it is much cleaner and staff are respectably. The cashier is racist towards Arabs.

The staff was really helpful and had a wide variety of shisha. There was one flavor I asked for that they didnt have, and they immediately put in an order for it. Best experience Ive had with a shop in Columbus.

The best hookah ratail store in ohio, by far. Very detailed selection of shisha to choose from. Not to mention the selection of brands and actual hookahs is massive. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for hookah related products. Just to add the staff know a ton about the whole process from pipes to bowls even the packing process.

Great hookah specialty store. They keep a great stock of hookah and hookah accessories. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, if your into hookah this is the best place to go, dont waste your time with smoke shops.

Love going here. Theres always a rotating stock of shisha flavours and every once in a while, if youre lucky, you can sit and smoke with the staff and sample flavours. Super affordable, super friendly, and always something new to find and love.

Good selection. Friendly and knowledge staff. Actually focuses on hookahs instead of using them as a front to sell bongs. Not that I have anything against bongs, I just want hookah supplies and shisha.

Im a regular customer for this shop, but i faced a worst experience as owner cheated us by selling a hookah pot that doesnt work properly and he is not exchanging with other product and looted us by cooking up and telling stories to buy other additional parts of different brands.

They have a good variety, but run out of P3 so fast. I come here for shisha, by word of mouth from a friend. Definitely do plan to continue coming.

This place has quiet an expensive range of hookah pots. And the best part is the staff is so oblivious to a lot of things you ask them. Basically disinterested staff or whoever there was today.
