Went in to make a purchase, guy working greeted me, I greeted him back, went over to look at the shisha, which they NEVER have my flavor in, he asked me if I was looking for shisha while sitting behind the counter doing something else, I responded maybe, but I guess he didnt hear me since I was bending down looking at the shisha and he was sitting behind the countertop because as he proceeded to sit there and continue to do whatever he was doing he mumbled under his breath something about how wild it is that customers who come in and dont say anything, but then want to ask for an item like I wouldnt hear his rude comment under his breath, so I chose to take my business elsewhere.

It was my first time in the store (well a smoke shop period). The clerk (melanated man with locs) was so patient with me. He answered all my questions and schooled me on the best bongs. I got the cutest 😍 little Pikachu bongs and a few other items. He was very helpful and well versed in all the products in the store. I will be going back and recommend it to anyone.

One of the best smoke shops I came across. Great customer service! They hired real employees who care about making the customer happy. I visit this store like every other, and all the employees make sure they make me feel welcomed EVERYTIME I come through.

I am avid smoker; Sometimes I may need a cheap glass piece, sometimes I may need a new torch and will be needing a new bong soon, it is very nice having this store around, it has most everything you will need in a smokeshop for you to have a chill day.

Use to rock with this place but its iffy of the energy you get when you walk in there. One day everyone cool and the next its ill vibes. I was told to not come back twice in a joking manner when I just asked a simple question about their product. Definitely taking heed to that and wont come back. Wish the company the best but they should be more selective of who they hire because not everyone radiates good energy. FACTS

Customer service is questionable....very slow service...unclear who is supposed to be helping customers as there was no hello.. how may I help you....heck their wasnt even eye contact. When I purchased my device it tasted terrible like something was wrong as I purchase the same vapes regularly. When I asked to have it replaced I was completely ignored ....the employees yelled for who ever boss man was and he never appeared. I left...no return...no exchange....not satisfied...wont be going back there!!!!

I had the opportunity to stop in on opening day! You can tell this is a new shop! They have the coolest bongs/vapes/bags/and so much more. May favorite is the incense pyramid! Everything is placed strategically for easy viewing. I found the prices to be more than reasonable. My new favorite GO TO place! Its worth the stop especially if you are going to Concord Mills Mall or Charlotte Motor Speedway!

My experience was fair.......only thing I dont like is the way they treat certain people and I definitely will not be going back there. Its all about Respect when you so called trying to open and run a business. But other than that its an ok spot to go to

I went into this place the other day and did not care to much for the experience. I want to start off by saying the dark windows where I cant see in or see out of is a little sketchy. Second the gambling machines in the front of the store was not a good look either. To get in this places parking lot is a hassle. I literally had to pull through a gas station parking lot, and you cant get to it off the main road. To me its just another head shop with No knowledge, and select products. I dont care for a 10% discount for a fake review find yall a better vape shop please.
