Absolutely 1 of my fav smoke shops that I have come across! Unfortunately, Bryan (or Ryan) customer service skills are absolutely terrible. I understand there are certain policies put in place at a business for a reason, but its all about how you handle situations that really matter. Because I have been in retail for some time, you should pick and choose your battles when it comes to customers; somethings just arent worth the trouble.I literally bought a Hemp Doctor vape (Ive bought a lot of them from here) and the one I purchased just TWO DAYS AGO, I noticed was leaking from the bottom, where the charger port is. I had my sister take it back (because this smoke shop is far from where I live/work. I literally travel 20 + minutes JUST for this Hemp Doctor vape) for an EXCHANGE (not a refund) and he didnt budge to even attempt at making this an enjoyable experience for us. Its already bad enough she traveled 20+ minutes just for us to be turned away. He said because he didnt sell it to me, I had to wait until the person who did, came in for his shift (ridiculous) and the best he could do was sell me ANOTHER VAPE FOR HALF OFF even tho I just purchased this $30 vape TWO DAYS AGO. I am pissssed!

I don’t use vape but from my experience of others and my multiple visits to the store there is such a wide variety or anything tobacco and vape here. The customer service is what brings me in to just say hi to the very sweet ladies that work there. They are very knowledgeable of the stores products and inventory. I know if there is something particular you are searching for the girls will do their very best to help you out and accommodate your needs. Store is very clean well kept and definitely got some cute decor to put a smile on your face.

I loved this shop when I first moved to the area. Recently I bought a broken battery so I called the store to ask for a refund or to exchange it. They didnt answer, I messaged them with the chat feature and told them Ive tried calling a couple times and explained my situation, all he replied was to call the store. I once again tried it and nothing, it rang forever but no one answered. Bad customer service. Ill definitely be visiting a new shop from now on.

Yeah this place is legendary. Youll be able to find whatever you need here and its run by awesome people. If youre in a hurry this is probably the best place in the area, easy place to get to and theres always parking. The employees and managers are all super customer service oriented and really want you to leave with not only the best product but also a genuinely good deal. Been going here since it opened and honestly, really like pulling up here tbh. I recommend this vape shop 💯👍

Good little vape shop when the doors are open. Seems like every time I go which is every couple days, the doors are closed or have a sign up saying be back on 5 minutes.

Dope little shop with very friendly employees! Great selection of various smoking products and knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommended above other local smoke shops.
