Great place, good staff, very helpful. They even gave me a sample bag of tobacco. That doesnt happen very often now a days. Prices in line with other smoke shops. You can get in and out quickly.

I went in there for a vape and it took me a while to pick what I wanted. The guy was very patient and showed me a few and the one I ended up getting lasted a long time I want a free tee shirt what do I do to get one??

The only vape shop Ive used in the area. The manager, as well as the other employees, have always been happy to take the time to educate me so I know what Im buying. A few times they have even discouraged a sale because they didnt think the product would be a good fit for me. Ive had my current vape for two years that I purchased through them. I had bought a different vape originally and returned the next day because it tasted grotesque. He went through all the settings and tried it himself. He gagged 😂 then let me exchange it for another vape of the same value. Ive never had a bad experience

Very rude manager. Sold us a product that didn’t work and when we tried to return it, he wouldn’t take it because “if it didn’t work for us, why would he want it back?” We definitely were not planning on buying a defective product, but they seem satisfied with selling one. Luckily, there are other smoke shops in the area that hold themselves to a higher standard.

The man I dealt with today was great, gave me a great discount, a free shirt, and was NICE! Will definitely be switching to this location now.

Bought two vape pens… Asked about exchange/return policy in case of any problems, They said no returns. Magically both pens stop working. If you don’t stand by your products, I won’t stand by giving you my business anymore. Not a good experience, felt rushed and had all employees staring at me like I was a criminal. Won’t be back

DO NOT BUY HYDE PRODUCTS HERE. They are 100% counterfeit. Im surprised theyre getting away with it considering you can check the authenticity online. I only realized when the first one lasted me way less than normal. Then I checked. Dont be fooled by their prices.

Loved it when I first started going there. I thought they had a large selection, which they do, but its only of the smaller vapes that dont last long. Sometimes the ppl working are not super helpful. Not the best but far from the worst

They wont allow my children in the store because they are minors. Makes it hard to go spend money when you are a single mom. Ill go to Smoker Choice. He welcomes my two boys.

Spent 25 bucks on a knockoff elf bar from China. Didnt have my glasses/ read it till I compared it to my existing elf bar of the same flavor.
