The owner was so nice. Friendly. Quiet and had the Geek Bar I like.

My first impression was great and was happy i found them but that changed the day I purchased 2 disposable puff plus, one was leaking out. Went back the next day and the guy would not exchange it because I didnt open it before left the day of purchase. Went to the vape store I usually go by Walmart next to Verizon and told them of my experience and they exchange the vape that I purchased from another store without hesitation. Now that customer service. Even though it further its worth the trip. Why loose a customer over $11. Not everyone one sit in a vape store to smoke so who would think to open it there. So disappointing.TO STORE REPLY: AT NO TIME DID THE YOUNG MAN SAY I NEED TO OPEN TO CONFIRM. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE SO I DIDNT THINK TO CHECK. LISTEN LEARN. BUT I WILL FOLLOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR REPLY IS NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just went in for the first time the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable the store was very clean and the juice I purchased was good the price was higher then what I am use to but quality and goid customer service is worth a few extra dollars in my opinion I would recommend this store

I get very anxious when I walk into vape stores because I’m not too knowledgeable. I walked in here and had a great, relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and grateful for your business. They don’t try to up sell you on anything and help you figure out exactly what you want. 10/10 would recommend. The interior is very nice and clean too. Not cluttered and all over the place like other shops I’ve been in. I’ll definitely be supporting this local business again.

4 stars because the store doesnt look anything at all like the pictures. Other than that, good store, nice staff, nice selection of gummies. Most the products they have seem to be trusted brands so if youre looking for reliable this would be the place to go.

I shop there regularly. The guys know me and my dad. Anyone of them behind the counter are very professional and will be happy to inform you on all their products in detail. Great pricing! always our goto spot!

This is tied for first place in vape shops around concord,nc. The other shop tied for first is their Harrisburg store. The staff and owner is extremely helpful with everything I needed. They explained everything to me in a way anybody could understand. They have a great selection of devices,tank and juice. The prices are the absolute best prices in the area. Very cool vibe when you walk in and talk to these guys. Definitely check these guys out, they will go far in this business with how they treat their customers and take care of them.

Always super friendly. This is a smaller shop but hey are actively updating their product line to make sure they have what you are looking for. Every time Ive gone in they make sure in satisfied with the product before leaving and have happily replaced several disposables that did not meet expectations.

Buyer beware of this one. Sold a product that fell apart on first charge. Also completely lied about it’s origin. He does not back up his stuff! You can see below this guy is a flat out plain and simple lire. NONE of what he said is true, I never said anything he claimed.

Whether it be CBD or Vape Liquid it is The Best.You get what You Pay for Here and You can Rest Assured that it is the Best Around. Visited Friendly Vaper yesterday. I was anxious because no one had answered phone for days and I was waiting for coils to come in. Prior to my previous review, I want to say it all went well. They have a customer for life. Great place

Hands Down best vape shop in there area. Larry was outstanding & very knowledgeable. Told him what I was looking for in a device & he hit it out the park with his selection for me. The Smok Nord kit is beyond perfect for me. Blows exceptional clouds for such a small device which is exactly what I was looking for. There juice selection was amazing as well along with great prices. Told Larry what mixture of flavors I was looking for & once again he hit it out the park with hooking me up with Twisted Fruit Strawberry/Watermelon. Very laidback Veteran owned establishment which makes it even better. I will definitely be back to spend more money. If you vape & don’t visit this place then your missing out fo’sho.

This place hasnt been there long but they just earn themselves a regular customer because they helped my wife out getting her setup on vaping with the mod that is best for her needs and helps find the right juice that you are looking for and also if you like a juice that they dont have they will try to bring that line in as soon as possible along qith new equipment.
