J MASSAGE

Do not go here. Not only did I receive a poor massage, one that was formulaic and phoned in, but when I gave a tip, that was 20%, the manager looked at the receipt and said that it wasn’t much. I suggested they do a better job next time and left.A really poor experience.

Very pleasant experience. Even though it was almost the end of their day my masseuse was very thorough and I left very relaxed. I have had some less than ideal experiences at massage/physical therapy businesses. No problems here whatsoever. Very professional and immaculately clean. I will return

Found this place on a google search for my mom. Prior to us arriving I called and asked about CBD oil, which they said they did have. When we got there all they told us was that we needed to pay first, didn’t ask us to sign or ask us any questions about my mom, the type of massage we wanted nothing. I even pointed to the clipboard which was there but the lady just kept asking me how long I wanted the massage for and that I needed to pay. The lady massaging my mom never asked my mom anything about the pressure of the massage or where/ what she wanted her to concentrate more on. When I asked about the CBD oil she thought I was asking about a CD player instead of oil, which they don’t have. I attempted several times to communicate with the lady performing the massage. At some point she brought in a hot towel and proceeded to use it. She also didn’t use any oil to massage the arms. Overall it was the language barrier that was part of the issue if I’m being honest. Nobody was at the front desk to answer my questions or help me. The building was hot inside. & The worst part, my mom came out with burns I’m assuming were from the hot towel. Seeing as this was the only place we have been to since and based on my mom being paralyzed from the waist down and the burns being on her lower half. We should’ve left but we really wanted to give them a chance and thought it would get better, but it just got worse. Would NEVER go back or recommend this place to anybody.

Of all the massages, I highly recommend for both quality and price. Forget chain establishments and treat yourself.

Massage was great however they double charged my card and do not speak enough English to understand how they messed up and not fixing it.
