I Love this smoke shop. 💙💜 Bryan has excellent customer service. 🤙🏻Very helpful. Went in to buy some vape juice, 💨💨 bought one with salts and wasnt a huge fan once I got home and changed the juice. Went back, they dont accept returns, which is understandable. So I went with pink Starburst. Im totally satisfied. 😃 Recommend it if youre looking for one that isnt too weak nor too strong. 😝

Wont honor a brand new burnt disposable vape even when you open it in store. What a trash business. Stay away from this place. Go to Bahama Mama up the road and they will go above and beyond for you if you get a defective product. Im reporting this place to the better business bureau.

The second you walk in the door, they greet you. They’re all very kind and you can have a conversation with them. I highly recommend cozy great vape store.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Do not buy any vape juice here! If they sell you expired juice, they will not make right by it. Youre stuck with expired juice!

This place is amazing!! I went in on a knee scooter due to a foot amputation and not only was the owner hospitable with holding the door he was also so knowledgeable of his products from a to z. I had trouble with the vape product I bought so I went back the next day and his wife opened the store.....not only did she help me from the car she ran back and forth until a product worked and was my flavor!That store itself has EVERYTHING you need, seriously. Products galore!!Big thank you to the owners... you guys are awesome!!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. They carry a great range of products across the whole vape/smoke spectrum with consistently fair pricing, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff are definitely a huge bonus that keeps me coming back. The shop is always clean, neat and comfortable to visit. Cozy has found a forever customer in me!

Wanted a specific disposable that has sold out really quick. JT called 2 other stores to see if it was in stock. Then called the owner to have him bring a box of them later that day, which he followed through with so I could have that disposable. Thats really good customer service. Most of their products are legit. Their prices are very fair. I highly recommend this location.

They will sell bad Vapes and burnt vapes and will not give a refund or exchange. There is a full-time employee there that I have bought vapes from and never had a bad experience but after today I will not shop here again. Keep in mind I opened the box inside the store so they could see and still said it’s my problem..

I loved coming to this place, they have great options for vapes and whatever you need. Micheal was great and gave me some recommendations that I went with and was really happy about the experience. I moved further away from the store but still come because of how great the customer service is.

Sold me fake vapes and owner yelled at me over the phone. I asked for my money back. Owner told me he knows the owner of Esco Bars. This place is horrible and I really cant understand how they are still open. The poor girl behind the counter didnt even know what to do so she called the owner and he told her to put him on speakerphone so he could tell me how disrespectful it was to call his vapes fake!

Easily my fav smoke shop. The staff is super friendly, I always feel welcomed when I go in. They always have the latest cigarillos and devices for prices that don’t break the bank. Definitely recommend!

I just went In to purchase a replacement coil, I go in and ask the girl behind the counter if she could point me in the right direction so she brings me a coil and I asked if it was the right size because in all honesty I wasn’t sure usually they can tell by looking at my Teslacig. Well it was way to small so I go right back in and ask for the right size and we’re pretty much told we can get a refund for one of them because one I open. Well first I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted the right size coil . So I left there with no coil and $7 put my pocket

They offered 25% discount on next purchase as compensation on a vape that the sales person made aware an hour after the purchase that its not working, suggested to expose it to a warm source , massage it , blow on it from the back, nothing worked , also, I mentioned That my working schedule is tight and ill come after few days for it to be fixed , I called yesterday to let him know I’ll be coming, to find another sales man who told me that only they can give me 25 percent discount on another purchase!

This is a great new vape shop in the area. They have tons of devices and vape juice and coils oh, pretty much anything you need. I love this place because they are both open late and keep a lot of salt Nic juices in stock at all times. They have a lot of other stuff too including smoking devices, smell good stuff, pain relief, and much more. The staff have all been great to me, and I love going in there. Cuz you smoke Vape Shop gets 5 out of 5 stars all day for me.

I bought a puff bar plus and it didnt work. I told the lady working and shes had the IDGF attitude! She would not refund me or switch me for another vape. Her boss called to ask whats going on and not once dide she ask him if she could switch it out or refund me. I was like you didnt even ask him shes like he would just say no anyways. Didnt even try. Im from out of town and went out of my way to find this place just to be out $14 and no vape. If you want to get screwed over go shop there!

Shocked Beside myself finally,such a relief knowledgeable, personal-able service ended my two month quest for a juice i could not find anywhere else.Everybody if they treat ya right here consider tipping them if you can Im sure these guys get tired of standing on their feet all day and rattling off knowledge all day.Anyway well worth an extra 5-10 minutes out of the way also every kind of apperatus necessary for your good times why go anywhere else?)
