My husband went they just put oil on him the lady was disinterested. She was texting on her phone . How can you massage with one hand. Horrible service

I wish I had better experience, but I agree with it many one star reviews. Most places are closed on Sunday so I tried this place. Massage therapist was so mechanical and was answering in single words as if she didnt care to be there! Demanding tips is something I not only find awkward but also outright disgusting! 1. Even though I say I like pressure it was feather light 2. Very monotonous and you can feel the massage therapist has no interest which is evident by clock watching every 5 minutes. 3. She spoke total of three words in a whole 60 minutes and didnt care to ask me what I like 4. I must have missed to read but they just added extra charges for credit card use. 5. Did I say they demanded tips?

My sister and I have been regulars here for quite some time, treating ourselves to massages. After our experience here today, we both decided we will not be coming here again.Our appointment was at 6:00pm and we showed up for a duo massage. We paid up front $210 for 90min massages on top of addons and we even left a starting tip since we liked them so much.When our massages started, both the ladies were talking in another language while massaging us. Nothing wrong with that, but they were disrupting the time we had reserved to relax.Towards the end of the massage while we were on our stomachs, one of the ladies started up a text-to-speech automated voice on her phone asking us to give them MORE of a tip... My sister was asleep on the massage table and this woman actually SHOOK HER AWAKE to ask us to tip them more. We were both very upset about this experience.We will not be returning here again and they have lost two very loyal customers over this experience.I am absolutely not the type of person to write a negative review but this was so terrible that I had to write this one out. I hate that this happened and it was completely avoidable on their end.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage .The facility was clean,relaxing,professional,and we will return!Wendy and Ava were absolutely amazing!We got back on time and all of our expectations were more than met.We left in a state of relaxation!

My husband and I had a couples massage here with the CBD and hot salt stones. We just called before we left the house and they were able to get us immediately in. No scheduling an appointment weeks out. Very relaxing, professional and affordable. We will be back

Wendy was amazing! I will definitely be going again and taking as many friends as I can with me, its everything you want from a big chain but with people who care and can give you more than the chains ( like massage envy ) can offer.

Love this place! The front desk staff is so very nice and the massage therapist Wendy did a phenomenal job! This will now become my regular location, not only because its close to home but the whole experience just helps you relax and unwind.

Im a long distance bicyclist and I noticed THE CBD ASIAN MASSAGE spa was open until 9:30. I had just gotten settled in a hotel and quickly called and hustled on over.Ava did a great massage and then applied the CBD oil after she got me loosened up. I was on cloud 9 after that. Great massage AVA.THANK YOU.

My husband was having terrible back pain. He went and they worked on him and he said they did the best job. He said he was sore but in a good way. He will definitely go back. Well worth it! He said they were very pleasant and professional.

My wife and I had our first experience with them Nov 6th. There was no disappointment. I did not catch their names but we both loved the experience and will definitely return in the future.

The massage wasnt the best but it was ok and they hustle you out your money. You know the relaxed feeling you have after a massage? This wasn’t the case it was more of a for that moment relaxation! And my thing is if you begging take what you get, a tip isn’t what you want it’s whatever is given. I’ll never everrrr refer anyone or return to them again!!!!!!

I wish I could not even leave one star. This was a horrible experience. The woman was so rude, was on her phone, and yelled at me to give her a tip. Then when I gave her a huge tip she asked for $50 more. I tried to talk to her and explain I didn’t have a good experience, but she lied and said she doesn’t speak English anymore. I tried calling and they hung up on me.

I was just googling massages because I was looking for a place that myself and my girlfriend could get a massage and I ran across CBDMassage so we went and yes we will make this a permanent spot. Great service and great massages

Had a couples massage. Both massagers were really great. Deep tissue and cbd oils add ons. Only thing that I didn’t like was they hassle you for a tip after you already spent 200 dollars.

If you have any back or joint paint, any inflammation you should give CDB Massage a try. Best quality and price in all of Conway (they charge per hour what most charge for 30min). Might even be best in Arkansas.

Waste of money horrible!!! They don’t even do real massages she used a towel and pushes on you. Also they cheat you out of the time!
