Wild Side Smoke Shop

I kinda knew that I was going to like this place by the reception I received just for wandering in there. I was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Mary.This coming April 20th , I will celebrate my 50th anniversary with Mary Jane. In a half century I have been in at least 500 smoke shops and these folks come in second place only behind the incredible smoke shop in Denver that has a gallery of peices that was valued at over a million dollars (all not for sale.thats tough to beat.)Which in my opinion is the Best this side of the Mississippi River ✌️

I was hoping to become a customer but after calling this shop today to ask if they carried a certain brand of something, I definitely don’t think I will be going there anytime soon. I spoke with a girl and after asking if they carried the brand I was looking for, she asked “nicotine or THC” to which I responded politely “it’s a disposable ecig brand” (Not realizing I guess they also make disposable THC ecigs? My bad.) and she sharply repeated herself in such a degrading tone “I said NICOTINE or THC?”. Surprised with her change of tone, I simply replied “Nicotine” and she says very rudely and sarcastically “THANK you” followed by a clearly annoyed sigh, as if I was a kid that wasn’t following directions. My apologies for potentially being a tad naive to the product options, but nothing warranted being talked to like I was child and with such harsh disrespect. Next time, let it go to voicemail.

Ive always been satisfied with this vape shop, but recently I got a bad one that lasted only a few puffs. I didnt try it in time to get a refund or exchange. This was definitely a bad product and maybe a counterfeit.

Every time I come here all the employees are fantastically nice, educated and welcoming.I love the shop because its clean well-lit, good music and stocked with the things I like. Im bad with names but every person Ive seen there so far has been awesome.

I love this vape shop. Great prices. Big selection. And customer service is great. Shane is always a great help when I come in and knows his stuff. This whole place is a vibe and the music is always on point. Really happy I switched vape shops and started coming here. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
