I’ve been to a few ME locations, but this was by far my best experience yet. William was great and the front desk staff was amazing too. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful that I bought a membership.
I have been a member at this location for a few years now, and the reason I keep coming back is because of Jayde. She is the bomb! The ladies at the front are always nice. I do recognize the improvements they have made and are continuing to make at this location.
This is the best Massage Envy ever. It is so clean and nice. Jayde gives a wonderful and very relaxing massage. I felt so good and rejuvenated. Rachel and Vallerie are so kind and very accommodating. Front desk is always great, kind and extremely helpful.
Front desk was nice. Not gonna lie I didn’t know it was possible for a massage to be that bad though. Fortunately it was free to me otherwise I’d be upset they charged for something that terrible. First time here and maybe it was just the person I had but wouldn’t recommend.
OH MY GOSH!They need to call this place blessed hands. Their work and management is IMPECCABLE! I’ve had several massages from different places in the past but this place, Massage Envy West Village…..baby it does not get better than this! Whether you’re talking with GeorgeAnn at the front desk or receiving a heavenly massage from Garcetta, you will ALWAYS be in good hands. I’m telling you, once you go and experience a professional yet relaxing massage from Garcetta and GeorgeAnn is greeting you at the front desk, I promise you’ll never go anywhere else!
I loved my personal experience here. You definitely feel welcomed in. If you’re in the area you gotta come and check them out… #Excellent&StillBecomingEvenBetter🏆🙏🏽🤝🏽
Valerie is consistently wonderful as well as the other greeters. Another benefit to this location is the therapist cover all needs for a variety of clients.
This is the first time I am leaving a poor review because at this point it may be the only thing I can do. People, please just stay away from this location. I cant speak for other locations, but I was conned into a subcription lured in by a promotion in which 3 staff members told me I could cancel anytime without a fee or any issues. The subscription is not worth what you pay, in my opinion. If you go here just dont sign anything. These people lie and tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign up for the costly subscription. ME is indepedently ran and owned, so whatever the business owner says, goes, unfortunatly. There will be no corperate office to help you. I called different locations and they were hhappy to help me cancel the subcription, only they couldnt because each ME is independently ran and owned. What they did was unfair and they know it and I would strongly discourage people from going here, honestly. Also, I didnt apprecite how the business owner or mangaer handled the situation. Its very bad for buisness. Please let people know they are locked in for a year if they sign the subscription and it cannot be canccled even though the contract cleary states that it can be in certain situations. Thats all you have to do. Please make sure your staff members state that beforehand. After my membership is done, I will cancel with quickness. If I had the time and energy i would just pursue legal action, but I guess this time I will take a loss.
Let me tell y’all something, the attitude that I have experienced from both workers and the manager have been piss poor. They know what they’re doing as far as this “membership” goes and all I was asking is that they not pull from my account until I have the finances to pay. People hung up in my face, kept giving me excuses and I think it’s tacky as a business to give the people who KEEP IT RUNNING a hard time. I cannot wait until this “1-year membership” is over next year so I can stay far far away from this place. I haven’t gotten a massage from them since May and I will NEVER be back. I will not deal with people who disrespect
I love coming to this massage envy location for my monthly wellness ritual! The facials are incredible, and the therapists are professional and therapeutic. The spa is clean, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Cannot recommend this location enough!
Update: Same lack of effort by management to accommodate a patron. I needed to make a change this morning for a massage in the evening (7pm). I’ve been a member for years and still no help. $65 down the drain. This is a studio I book twice a week and still no help. Will be cancelling my membership shortly.I have been a member of Massage Envy for years and needed to make a one-time change to a same day booking to my appointment. I called first thing in the morning to make the change. This location was unwilling to work with me and decided it was best to lose my business permanently rather than work with a loyal customer.I would argue this is a very very poor choice and will recommend others to use another Massage Envy location. As a note, I have been a member for almost 3 years and have used at least 10 locations without issue. I have only once before had to make a change and another location (in San Diego) worked with me knowing other priorities do occasionally take precedent.Policy is policy, but customer service is a different game. I own and manage a few businesses and know that it is more than appropriate to make a one-time adjustment for a loyal customer as that will seal their business for years to come. This management team is, unfortunately, not thinking about their bottom line.1 star effort.
I was pleased with the attentiveness and consideration displayed by the front desk and therapist I was paired with. They helped me feel comfortable and explained certain things that may not be common knowledge about the practice. Abe was incredibly skilled and thorough with his techniques and ability to adapt to my needs.
LONG DETAILED REVIEW:For background purposes, my husband gifted me a membership with Massage Envy in June 2023, in which my membership location was supposed to be noted and set for the Cedar Hill location. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and was informed I was not scheduled correctly and that the location appointment today was at another location. I understand that this was a mistake by the staff at the Cedar Hill location and not this location. I am also not from Dallas and the confirmation text sent did not have an address, therefore, I used my GPS to go to the Cedar Hill location. Due to this mix up, I immediately contacted the Massage Envy at your store via phone call at 5:02 p.m. and the call lasted 1 min until 5:03 p.m. During this call, I informed the receptionist, Melissa (the name that was given when I called back) what happened, therefore, I would unfortunately be late to my appointment. I inquired if I could keep my appointment for the remaining 30 minute window and she said yes, therefore, I kept the appointment and let her know I would be there in 30 minutes which would be around the 5:30 p.m. timeframe.Upon arrival at 5:28 p.m. I realized that your location does not have a parking lot. I immediately called and contacted the receptionist again at 5:29 p.m. and inquired about parking. She informed me that there was a parking garage nearby or I could park in the CVS parking lot. She also reported that she would have to ask the massage therapist if she would be willing to keep my appointment because I was still trying to find parking. I told Melissa that I would be upset and definitely make a complaint if my appointment was cancelled due to me having to find parking and with me explaining what happened before arriving at this location.I walked into the establishment at approximately 5:35-5:37 (Im sorry I do not have the exact time as I was rushing to get in) I was informed I could not be seen. Melissa stated that the massage therapist had another appointment after mine. I stated that I still had time for my hour appointment. Two other staff members explained that I needed five minutes to undress, five minutes for something else and that my actual massage is only 50 minutes. I began questioning why I was not informed that this could happen. I was not informed that there was a possibility of me NOT being seen after 5:30 p.m. on the phone. I requested the number for me to make a complaint about this experience. I also asked if there was a way for me to have this membership taken and my husband refunded as this is the second time I have not been given full and accurate information from customer service rep with Massage Envy in general. I expressed my frustration very clearly to the staff and notified them I was upset about this situation.Melissa began over talking me while I was speaking and we began to go back and forth in the store at that point. I told her to stop explaining her side to me and to just give me the number so I file a complaint and leave. Melissa then shouted, Well I cannot help you because Im trying to explain it. I told her, again, I informed her on the phone that I was 30 minutes away which was AFTER 5:00 p.m. This would round my arrival to approximately 5:32 p.m. My arrival was at 5:28 p.m, in which I called at 5:29 p.m. after realizing there was no parking lot. This possibility should have been explained on the phone. She denied that this logic was correct during the back and forth. I was not informed about parking, which added on time for me to park AND walk to the door as well. The facts are that I was not completely informed on the chance I was taking coming to this location. When I expressed my frustration and lack of information provided, I was treated like it did not matter by staff. This is not acceptable to me. All of this despite trying to be as proactive as possible by keeping staff informed on what was going on. TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. Might be done with Massage Envy all together after this.
Ive been a loyal customer of Massage Envy since 2019, navigating through challenges, including the unfortunate period of COVID-19 closures. During that time, they continued to collect subscription fees even though their services were inaccessible. This situation, coupled with their potential receipt of SBA funds, raised questions about their commitment to customer welfare. When the lockdown ended and they reopened their doors, I finally decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, the process was not without its frustrations. Refunds for the closure period were denied, even though their services were unavailable. Instead, they suggested using accumulated credits before canceling. This approach, while intended to be customer-friendly, was hindered by the limited availability of skilled therapists.A significant issue arose when I was informed about a free add-on for this month. However, my experience showed that this offer wasnt as straightforward as it seemed. Despite the verbal promise of it being complimentary, I later discovered that I had been charged for it. It was only through the receipt they sent me – a document I hadnt received in the past – that I learned of the additional charge. This lack of upfront communication, coupled with the absence of receipts, raised concerns about the integrity of their billing process. This incident is emblematic of a larger problem – the divergence of their offered experience from the reality. The pressure to upsell services and the uncomfortable expectation of tips after each session has left the once-enjoyable experience feeling tainted. What was once a haven for relaxation has taken on shades of tactics used by nail salons, detracting from the overall enjoyment. As Ive consistently adhered to using services within my credit limits, the recent free add-on incident was a disappointing departure from my preferred experience. This further eroded my trust in the brand, and it underscored the need for transparency and clarity in their dealings.
This location is horrible. I have had a membership for over two years. It is extremely hard to book an appointment at this location and usually they book you about 1-2 weeks out. My masseuse Tony, cancelled 5 of my scheduled appointments, as others mentioned is common at this location. When you miss an appointment they charge you full price, when the masseuse cancels they offer you nothing but to rebook 1-2 weeks out from the cancelled appointment. As some one with severe back pain, I eventually complained after the 5th canceled appointment. The location manager Carrie was extremely rude and hung up the phone in my face, while I was actively having a miscarriage and I had to walk to the location to get the district managers Breena’s information after I was hung up on. I was then retailed against by Tony and he cancelled all of my booked appointments for the rest year that the District Manager Breena scheduled me for with him through December 2022. He then told them to put a note in my chart not to book me with him. I am applauded at the treatment I have received from this location. DO NOT BOOK HERE! The treatment you receive is not work the membership price you pay!
Fraudulent. Scam. Predatory Contract. Bad Business Practices. Rude Customer Service.Do not use their services or sign up for a membership.Massage Envy will coerce you into a signing a very rigid 12-month agreement that is almost impossible to cancel. They provide misleading, incomplete information to pressure you into signing an agreement that contains terms you were not made aware of or terms that are inconsistent with the information you were initially provided. When we tried to cancel the membership subscription, the front desk representative denied our request for cancellation and was hostile and dismissive. In attempt to conceal their unfair business practices, the employee dismissed and challenged each of our concerns by rewriting history and creating a twisted game of ‘he said/she said’. The customer service was unpleasant, harsh, and uncooperative. We were explicitly provided information that contradicts what is in the contract, but Massage Envy hides behind the guise of transparency and fairness by reminding you at every opportunity that “you signed the agreement…”. They neglect and misrepresent all other circumstances. Not only do they coerce and mislead you into signing a predatory contract, the services provided (massages) are mediocre at best and the appointments we scheduled were cancelled.Highly recommend staying away from this business, and if they try to swindle you into signing an agreement - RUN.
Everyone is really nice at this location, and Nikkie and Garcetta are AMAZING massage therapists!!
This place has been an absolute nightmare. My wife signed up for a subscription and when she realized how hard it was to get appointments that worked for her she tried to cancel. She was initially told she could cancel any time, but when we asked again, we were told we had to wait a year. I then tried to to communicate that we were told we could cancel anytime to someone at the desk. It took weeks of calling to get a manager to respond to me. There is then a long paperwork process to cancel instead of just being able to say “I’d like to cancel”. And then even when that was done, they billed me for an extra month after cancellation. Their subscription program is an absolute scam and I recommend everyone stays away from it.
I have been a loyal client for four years (or so). Due to COVID I have accumulated an abundance number of massage credits, as I didn’t realize I could freeze my account during that season. There maybe 40 (or so massages) in my account. I’ve requested for the manager to contact me on at least FIVE different occasions and I have yet to hear from him/her. I’ve requested to have credits transferred to a hand full of family members so that I don’t lose them. NO ONE has returned my calls. It is disheartening and very disappointing that Massage Envy Uptown treats long term customers in this manner. The only great part about this place is my massage therapist Jade, aside from that stay away from these particular location. I may have to seek legal counsel on this matter.
If I could provide zero stars I would. My review is specific to this Massage Envy location (Uptown-Dallas). I have been a member since 2016 (not originating at this location). They make it nearly impossible to utilize your membership. I have booked 7 appointments at this location, 4 of which were cancelled without notification. The excuses provided were frustrating and without resolution. Staffing issues exist everywhere nowadays but simply calling and communicating to the customer the changes to their appointment is the bare minimum. When I book an appointment, I am blocking out my schedule and reserving that time away from other things. This business does not respect their customer’s time or money. There is a no excuse each time, “system glitch” “staff schedule changes” “services no longer offered”. Bottom line, communicate. The store manager Chad, refused to provide me the contact information to the franchise manager or to anyone outside of this store. I do not trust this location to handle my membership or money. They have single handedly ruined my experience with Massage Envy.
I should have looked at past reviews prior to signing an agreement. The massages were mediocre (I had two) and the customer service was terrible. When calling to confirm my appointments, I was left on hold for 10minutes or longer. When I arrived to the location, they had accidentally cancelled my appointment (this happened to me 3 times). The manager, Courtney, offered free massage for the inconveniences. I confirmed this appointment 3 times, after receiving 3 different notifications. When I arrived, I was told that they accidentally cancelled my appointment. The team was sweet but they’re clueless. If you want to receive a good massage with competent staff, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION...
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP!The staff is well trained at pushing the membership program. When I explained I travel quite often for work and dont feel I would get the use, they assured me it would still fit my lifestyle because I could accrue credits and use them when I return if they were not used that month.I agreed to try it, and just as I knew, I was traveling. I just returned yesterday with supposedly 9 credits - I called to book an appointment and they are just now telling me the credits must be used within a time frame, or they can charge me and unlock a portion of them...Question: Then what is the point of paying monthly instead of individual need basis? The representative stated she was just as confused as I was?! But in the end, no resolution was offered....in result, they lost a customer. It seems like a good deal....but its NOT worth it. It just cost me $260 membership credit fee + $65 for the massage....for 1-60 minute massage and 0 credits.
Great customer service. I have been a member for a few months and I got a huge coupon booklet that I’m still working through. Lots of stuff to try out and the therapists are all amazing and cater to your needs.
I had a great massage today with Hope. She asked me what I needed her to work on and she listened very carefully. She did exactly what I needed. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel like a million dollars 😀
Two reasons for the bad review. One, its impossible to get a good time slot, and they always cancel anyway. The website is awful, the staffing is awful. Two, if you make the mistake of signing a contract, thinking youre getting a discount and a free monthly session, dont. You cant get an appointment anyway, and its really hard to cancel the contract, youll get conflicting instructions from the staff, you have to sign documents, its a nightmare. And if you accumulated credits (as you will have, because you cant get in), those credits evaporate the minute you cancel, despite the document clearly stating you have 60 days to use them or transfer them to another member. Its incredibly frustrating, and youll never get your moneys worth.
I love the manager and the frontdesk in this location. Very friendly and great customer service!
This is a scam. DO NOT get the membership. Get a massage, sure, but not the membership. You will be unable to cancel. Had to go through a lot of hoops to get the membership cancelled. The email response to the cancellation request went straight to junk so I almost missed it.This institution should be shut down for malpractice. Predatory nonsense.
Linda is the most incredible massage therapist I’ve ever met in my entire life. If you’re not asking for Linda I don’t know what you’re doing. I will never go to anyone else.
Got my membership in February, they are really good 💯😊
Cleanliness 5/5Professionalism 5/5Recommend for a friend 5/5I received a massage certificate for graduation and I decided to book with Kyle. I have felt a lot better since snd plan to return to get another massage. Tip: where your hair down so you can also get the scalp massage lol.
Not going to lie, I was not too sure about booking an appointment at this location due to previous bad reviews. But I’m glad to say that our experience went great! We had a couples massage and as we walked through the door we were greeted right away. We were informed of the process and were helped when checking in. Staff made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had with no hesitation.Massage therapist Erick and Jessica introduced themselves and asked of any massage requests we had. Will definitely return for future massage sessions.
I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at this location but unfortunately had a death in my family and it totally slipped my mind. I saw later that night that I was charged $55 for a massage I did not get! I called and was talked to a very rude female who said she was the jr manager and was not going to refund my money even though I was in tears and telling her about what happened. I was NOT told about the cancellation policy AT ALL! She says I was but I would NEVER book at a place with a cancellation policy that says Ill be charged ANYTHING because unfortunately things happen and you cant control events. I asked to have a manager call me because I did leave a message there Saturday night telling them what happened and its now Monday and still no call.
Im a member from another location and was super impressed at the facility, the customer service and the massage I received. There is a little issue with how google maps presents the location, though. I literally couldnt find where it was located. When I called and asked for help, the manager AND the front desk person both came out to look for me--walking about three blocks until they did so. Talk about customer service! When I travel to Dallas again on business (which I do fairly often) I will definitely visit this Massage Envy again. Oh, and the facility was clean and relaxing as well. A+ rating, in my book.
Front desk is untrained and unprofessional. Charged me after making me call another location to book and reserve in the first place. Then couldnt see my book when I arrived. Didnt set up my massage properly or ask me the type of pressure I wanted.Massage was good but pressure is important. Overall experience is very poor, especially with the front staff literally not having a clue what they are doing and transferring me only 6x to book one massage! That all seems like they are little untrained and there is lack of communication in the office. This is supposed to be a spa where I come to relax not do all the booking for myself; so stressful in the end! NOT WORTH IT! Dont go here; other massage evnys have such better staff and knowledge of what hospitality is! (Or even how to work the computer system)
Poor customer service.I called the day of my massage to ask if I could push my massage appointment to a later time that day. They responded that it would be no problem, as long as I come no more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. Upon arriving, they told me that my massage would then be 30 minutes shorter but I will have to pay full price.
Expected to be able to leave a less than one star; One star is way too generous. There are a slew of better places in the area. Would not honor more than 11 hours of massage time that I paid for in advance. Several massages were shorter than scheduled. Management won’t return phone calls. Save yourself the trouble. I would recommend Craigslist higher....
I’ve been a member for 3 years and this was the worst experience ever. While receiving a massage from the young man he ended up falling asleep for the last 20-30min of my massage. I was so upset because he knew he fell asleep by the way he stormed out the room at the end. I told the receptionist but she acted as if she didn’t care. So disappointed massage envy west village! And no one has been in contact with me at all about it!
I had my very first facial and I cant wait to return!Ms. Sharon was very patient with me as I had alot of questions. She also gave some very helpful skin care advice.
Ive been going there for ten years. Their monthly plans are a good value. They turn over their masseuses quite a bit. If you find one you like, book them until they leave. Message Envys policies are a little customer hostile. I built up an excess of credits in my monthly plan and they are very restrictive in pausing your account.
I joined at another location- but it didnt feel relaxing at all, just very business oriented. However, this location in Uptown is awesome. Everyone at the front desk has a smile. You wait in a calm and tranquil semi-dark room that allows you to make that transition from life to not a care in the world (though I wish people wouldnt use their cell phones in there). I know bliss is just minutes away. Ive seen two different massuse in that location and both were excellent. My only regret is not being able to go more often. Thanks for a great location.
The massage was great. But they do not uphold the promotions mentioned on their website or on the flyers they hand out. When asked they only replied “we don’t know why those promotions and prices don’t apply to our location, sorry”. Ended up paying double the price I thought I would.Definitely not going back to the Uptown (McKinney Av) location...
We did a couples massage. Very relaxing environment. We showed up late to our appointment because we could not find the building (we are from out of town) and they wouldnt answer the phones so our hour appointment ended up lasting 30 minutes. Staff was nice. Definitely would do it again.
I reached out to my Massage Envy location regarding them charging me the past 3 months monthly during a time they were closed for business without any email or notice of any kind. I had already had 9 massages built up on my account and they continue to charge me. They will not offer any creative solutions instead my only options are to continue to pay monthly to do a freeze plus. At a time when I am financially not making any money due to the Covid situation, this location is very not understanding.
I called to schedule an appointment this morning (12/8) and I was assisted by a young lady named Jade (I believe or Jada). I informed her that this would be my first time visiting a Massage Envy location and that I would be paying with a gift card that I was given (for my wedding). I gave her some basic information (name, credit card, and type of massage) and confirmed my appointment time with her for 11:30 cst.Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff and offered water which I kindly accepted and then things took a turn for the worse. Jade proceeded to inform me that my MT’s name was Don (male). I politely replied by stating that I had a preference for a female (also Iread negative reviews on this particular MT). I was told that I should have stated this over the phone by the Manager Tyler Hunt (very rude). His exact words were, “Typically customers tell us their preference when they call.” Which I later discovered was incorrect (I called the location on Lovers and they told me they ALWAYS confirm customer preference over the phone to prevent any miscommunication.)My issue is that I was never once asked if I had a preference over the phone and in my limited experience with other companies they always asked me before hand. Consequently I was charged a penalty fee of $19 dollars and I believe this is unfair. Thankfully the location on Lovers was accommodating and offered to schedule me right away! This is not a knock on Massage Envy as a whole, but solely on the West Village location. I’m sure they have really great MTs, but unfortunately I was not able to make it to that point. Be cautious!
Its easy. If this is your first time at a place like this, dont worry. They schedule reminder calls, followup with you to see if you have any questions before the massage and you get there, sign some paperwork and wait for your therapist. You tell your therapist all your symptoms, strip and boom, you wake up hopefully feeling better than when you walked in.
Management is great!!! I love Abe he is an amazing therapist, my favorite!!!! And Joslyn is the best esti up there! Love this location!!!
Front desk staff was lovely. Massage was not. Not real pressure, so kind of like a petting zoo featuring, Me, the lubed up manitee.Side note, not a fan of the attempted upsell to a package... especially after a bad massage.CONTINUED:After receiving my review, I was contacted by the manager, Tyler to remedy disservice. I was delighted by the speed in which he contacted me... Then he tried to sell me another massage experience. Laughable. 3 stars just turned to 1. 👍
I have been trying to get my membership moved to this location (as I moved to Dallas from out of town) for THREE MONTHS. I have called this location 7+ times, and gone by in person twice to try and get this resolved. I am frequently told I will be called back and that does not happen. If an when I am called back (twice out of seven times) they have not been able to resolve my issue. My home location has been great and been very communicative and helpful in trying to get this transferred but the West Village location has been exceptionally challenging. I have now gone THREE MONTHS without being able to get this resolved. Very frustrated and disappointed.
MT declined my service today cause of my skin being red. Im a fair skin redhead, who has sensitive skin. I get body waxing done every 3-4 weeks, which causes some ingrown hair. Being a ginger its not uncommon for my fair skin to turn red quickly. Also, I dont appreciate the MT diagnosing me and telling me i have a full body rash, when I went home and looked in the mirror there was no discoloration and as I assumed a few red spots from ingrown hairs. This location has a good FD team, however, back of house is a different story. Its also something I booked a 90 min and the MT can only do 60 mins; They dont pickup on-time; They dont check in on pressure or temp of table; I know State of Texas doesnt require the MTs to wash there hands except to have hand sanitizer in the room, however, did he use that before touching my body...no - the list goes on. Im so happy that I didnt renew my membership - I guess Ill forgo the credits cause its worth the run around. I have a picture of my back if management would like to see.
I would give this place more of a 3.5. I bring my mom once a month. The staff is great for the most part. The massages have helped with an injury; however, the staff can be very pushy when trying to get you to purchase an extra service or item even after repeatedly saying NO and that can be very frustrating.
I recently moved to Dallas and have been in search of a new massage therapist. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at the quality of my massage with Donne. I came in hoping for a therapeutic neck/shoulder/back massage to realign my muscles and work out knots between my shoulder blades. There were many times when I felt my bones being pressed against more than my muscles. It was painful. The therapist was able to hit a few trigger points, but other than that.....missed the mark on my problem areas. I am used to therapists that are well trained in muscle anatomy and can truly feel out problem areas without me even explaining it. This location would be good for a swedish massage or other low pressure services, however truly therapeutic massages are not their forte based on my experience. If the later is what you seek...I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere for an independent therapist who specializes in therapeutic massage and can better tailor a session to specific needs.
Went in with a free voucher. Received a massage from Sanya, great firm massage. I had a lot of tension in my neck and back. Sanya was able to relieve it all. Front desk was super laid back and courteous. Made me feel welcomed.
Don’t understand the bad reviews. I have been coming here for a year and every time is great! Francisco for facials is amazing! The massage staff are professional and respectful. Hard pressure, clean place, and add ons! Love this place
Booked a 60 minute massage it lasted about 45 minutes. Massage therapist didn’t listen to what areas I wanted to focus on. Terrible massage. Complained to front desk and they were unapologetic.
Jada and Mikala were so sweet! It seemed to have been a lot going on but they took their time with me and made sure i was taking care of. The sweetest girls!
I use Massage Envy mostly in Vegas. I got a 1 1/2 massage from Jade at this Dallas location. It is the cleanest of the few I have frequented. Very upscale actually. Jade was superb! Highly recommended.
It is so great to have Massage Envy practically in every state that I visit. In Dallas visiting my daughter. Great massage at ME in Uptown. Highly recommend.
Jocelyn was great for the 60min facial!
Im getting older and my recovery time from training takes much longer now. I went here to get a sports massage to help my recovery. Ive been to other place before, more expensive/ellite/whatever, but I received the best sports massage ever from this place.
What a joke, called for massage to be scheduled, show up on a Sunday and the massage was NOT scheduled. Thanks for waisting my time on Massage Envy. Showed the front desk I called and offered no resolve.
If I could give this location a 0 star review I would. The price point of this organization is not worth the poor customer service you will receive.
So i schedule 3 appointment for today for myself, my husband and my brother for my birthday which is today their appointment was at 12:30 my was for 1:00 I get in there at 12:50 my brother is still waiting and then they call me to tell me the person that was doing my massage call off sick and then told me they call and text me yesterday which was a lie cause I wouldve canceled all the appointment so my husband and my brother is enjoying a massage while I sit in the car waiting on them on my birthday how unprofessional is that and expected me to reschedule there I will never come back to this location.
90 minute massage started 10 minutes late. Was supposed to be a firm massage and it turned out to be just a simple rubdown.
Great place for a massage! West Village massage envy is the best! Cedar Hill massage envy is totally different. The front desk clerks are rude and disrespectful!
The BEST massage EVER by the talented Chalissa. I live in MD and came to Dallas and I am so glad I did. I want have her come to MD FULL TIME
This place steals your money every time I try to book a massage therapist with a female it would get canceled and they would push it back to week I cant get a massage 5 days a week I can only do it on the weekends and I would schedule it out in advance and then it would get canceled Im locked into a monthly plan and so Im just losing free massages well free meaning I paid a lot of money for it please go somewhere else if you need a massage
This is a terribly placed location. Rude staff up front and extremely difficult to find parking had to park three blocks away and walk due to it being surrounded by one ways.
Cherika is heavenly!**update**Shes no longer here. This location barely answers their phone and arent very professional.
Misty is Awesome and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a deep tissue massage, if you can get a spot. thank you sooo much for the repair i needed.
