I have been going to Nest Generation Chiropractic for about 4 weeks now and Dr. Hewett, Jelly & Sherice have been fantastic. I have been ending each visit with a 30 minute back massage by Alayna and have been so relaxed I felt like a wet noodle. Just fantastic. I would highly recommend Next Generation Chiropractic & Wellness.

Dr. Audra is absolutely wonderful! We relocated here to Orlando for my son 25 on the Autism Spectrum to work at Magic Kingdom. Dr. Hewett has been a lifesaver!!!As someone who has lived with chronic back pain for decades, I always went between lying on a softball or popping pain meds.Dr. Hewett has helped me to spinal health, and a drastic reduction in pain.They have an in-house massage therapist who is absolutely wonderful.The front office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.I give the highest recommendation to Dr. Hewett and her team.

Every time I walk into this office, they make you feel like your family from the girls at the front desk to the Doctor Who does the treatment on your back she’s always making sure you feel comfortable and not in pain. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Audra Hewett is incredibly skilled and extremely impressive. She has extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and immediately pinpoint the root cause of my joint pains. Being recently transplanted from Colorado, undergoing the actual moving process and then creating a sports related back injury, I needed to find a Chiropractor. This one turns out to be close-by my home and my wife had used them in the recent past, so I made my appointment.The check-in process starts online with forms, completed prior to arrival. Once there, you provide the receptionist with your info and proceed to take a seat in a massage chair in the lobby. From there, the doctor will meet you in an exam room and proceed to give you a thorough once over. This was honestly the most time any chiropractor has ever spent examining me and asking me questions.Once your issues are identified, she goes to work, with both old fashioned manipulation techniques and with drop table and activator instrument to get to all the separate locations. Following this, you are taken to the massage therapist for some attention. In my case, this ended up being some time with a TENS unit hooked up to my lower back.The staff here was very friendly and professional and I felt like my situation mattered to them. They provided a level of care that I felt was pretty satisfactory. I did think the prices might have been a bit higher than expected, but that may be because Im new to chiropractic usage in Florida.

Had an amazing experience at Next Generation Chiropractic and Wellness. This is a lot more than a chiropractic office! The equipment is top of the line and includes the newest innovations in healing technologies, including red light therapy, ultrasound therapy, biomat infrared therapy, dry needling, massage, spinal decompression and a lot more.Dr. Audra is very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming and makes you feel really comfortable throughout the treatment! My back pain is completely gone and I felt a major blockage release from my mid-thoracic section. The whole experience felt very guided and the care and energy with which she approaches your healing leaves a lasting impact! First time going to a chiropractor and dont know why I did not go sooner. Dr Hewett is amazing very through when explaining everything that is being done.I always feel better walking out then when I walked in. The staff is always happy and friendly. You walk in and they use your first name so you dont just feel like another patient or numbered like some doctors offices are.Highly recomend to anyone who is in need of chiropractic.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Since the first moment I stepped in, Jessica took amazing care of me. Sherice was also super kind and made me feel comfortable. Chiropractor is kind, gentle and responsive and I liked her very much, but not her staff. Her office wrote a letter telling me not to return as I was a fall risk. Left me in pain without resources. Massage therapist assisted with treatments and appeared to lack experience.

I went to see Dr Audra while visiting Orlando and my lower back and hip area were giving me severe pain and discomfort. My body was bent and twisted and I was struggling to walk because of the pain. She took me in to her office on a last minute call and I began going through her unique and thorough procedure. I walked out 45 minutes later a new person. Yes I was still a little sore and sensitive but 99% better. She is usually closed on Friday to patients but she took me in anyway for a follow up. The second visit was just as remarkable only I improved even more. Dr Audra is excellent and equally charming. She has an assistant that is equally charming and efficient. I recommend them very highly.

I would give Dr. Audra Hewett 10 stars if there was the option. Very professional team there. I had a pinched nerve from my right side neck, shoulder all the way down to my right thumb (tingling). Dr. Hewett worked her magic. I went from excruciating pain when I came in to tremendous relief after the first treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Hewett and her amazing team!

Great chiropractor and great massage therapist. Office is comfortable and clean with welcoming staff. Love that the chairs in the waiting room are massage chairs! That’s a nice touch. Also, the massage therapist, James, gives the best massage I’ve ever had in the United States and I’ve received them all over the world. Next Generation is now my new home for chiropractic and massage therapy needs! They did not disappoint!!!

I have recently started going to Next Generation Chiropractic and wellness. Being new to the area it was important for me to keep up my adjustments. After a couple of googles I found Dr. Hewitts practice. She is awesome and really takes the time to listen to your complaints and needs.

My wife is a established patient of Dr. Hewett and we are just so happy we found this office. After multiple other “chiropractors” we were just constantly disappointed . They never even touched my wife to help with her pain and injury. They used a tool and then moved her on her way. Dr. Hewett actually touches you and helps you heal. My wife has actually had a 80% pain improvement. After having the prior treatments and going to Next Generation we 100% are loyal patients. Not to mention the customer service is amazing. The office Manager goes over and beyond for the patients. Melissa is amazing and truly shows she cares about everyone that walks in those doors. Can’t speak any higher of these two woman. If you are not sure about calling don’t be and call now.

My Dads back went out on him over the weekend and we flew out here to Florida for vacation on Monday. I called to set up an appointment and they were very polite and clean and flexible and scheduled us in for the time that worked for us. Came in and filled out some simple information and were taken straight back. We weren’t rushed and Dr. Hewett took her time and explained the whole process as she went through it and was very careful with everything she did. He could walk straighter and much faster before we even left the room. Very impressed with the friendly service and the surreal atmosphere that greets you when you walk in. Come here. Prices are very reasonable and we were thrilled with start to finish of it all. She cares about her patients and it shows.

I have needed to go to a Chiropractor for a long while and was recommended to Dr. Hewett. My initial thought was their adjustment pricing was high ($100 each) but they do provide packages that make it very affordable (I got 12 sessions for $500 and they don’t expire. They do not take many insurances but you can submit your claim to your insurance for a reimbursement. Dr. Hewett is calm and gives you a great sense of comfort. She really takes the time to evaluate your body’s concerns and adjusts accordingly. Even after the first appointment, I feel more flexibility.Melissa, her Practice Manager is so welcoming and makes you feel like an old friend from the moment you walk through the door.

Consistent, Quality Care! Dr. Hewett and her amazing team are very genuine in their concern to provide relief. This office is also always innovating new ways to provide new ways to promote wellness. What can I say other then this practice is absolutely the best. I travel quite frequently around the world and have seen many practitioners both locally and abroad and must say this place is amazing. I came in after travelling on a 7 hour flight with very acute, lower back nerve pain and muscle spams, which literally had me crawling on my hands and knees into the reception room. I was immediately met with sympathy and compassion. While I lay on the floor agonizing in pain and feeling significantly embarrassed about the current state i was in , all staff were completely empathetic and started working on me immediately. Dr. Hewett was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the current situation I was in. We did a series of treatments from manual manipulation, electrical stimulation, decompression/traction, laser to hot and cold treatments. While I did not expect immediate relief, after day 2, I was able to walk walk into the office on my own which was far from crawling on my hands and knees. I owe everyone in the office a significant amount of gratitude and would recommend Next Generation Chiropractic & Wellness to anyone who lives in the area or is travelling for work requiring a tune up or addressing acute issues.

I reached out to your office manager and emailed your office numerous times. I received no response, NOTHING!!!Finally, a few weeks ago, I heard back from one of your former employees. She notified me that when Covid-19 forced your office to close its doors. your entire staff was fired.I exhausted every possible contact source to resolve this privately. Finally. I had no other recourse, but to leave an honest review. Immediately after doing so, YOU, REACHED OUT TO ME!I have no desire to harm any business, new established, or otherwise. The purpose of a review is to explain our personal experience to help the public make an informed decision. This is what I have done.Instead of fighting so hard to get negative reviews removed. A professional works harder to improve and gain more positive reviews. I do hope my experience is uncommon, but only you know the answer to that question.This has gone on long enough! I upgraded my review to 2 stars. My comments are honest and truthful. Ive spent way too much time and energy on this issue. I dont need this stress. As far as Im concerned, This matter is closed. I was required to agree to a claim settlement when cashing the check. Dr. Hewitt placed the blame for my poor experience on her previous staff. They were all fired following clinic closure due to Covid-19. I really wish she would have taken ownership of the problems and been a leader to her team.She is young and just beginning her practice so Im hoping her leadership ability will grow with experience.After reading her pleas for review revision, Im pretty confident any other negative reviews were handled in the same way.My advice- If you feel you have been unfairly billed, leave an honest review and She will contact you to arrange a deal.*********************************************I was really excited to try this Chiropractor based on the reviews. They claimed to take many major insurance companies so I gave them a try. On my first appointment. I learned that my insurance company was not one they would submit to. BUT. I was ASSURED, all I needed to do was file their super bill (A fictitious bill with the package cost divided into random dates of service) and Insurance would reimburse me.It took months to receive the super bill and by that time I had purchased a 2nd package deal in order to continue care.I submitted the super bills to my insurance company and both were denied. I appealed and they were denied again.I arrived for one appointment and the door was locked because a rainstorm had flooded the building. I never received a call canceling my appointment.A previous appointment, Dr. Hewitt was very busy and she asked her office assistant to perform a laser treatment on me. I was very anxious as it was more painful than usual, she was unsure how to use the equipment. And I had to request the safety glasses Im usually given.Then Covid-19 hit and I was never able to use my second package already paid for.My shoulder pain continues. A different speculated diagnoses was given at each visitAfter numerous emails over several months, to Next Gen requesting reimbursement, with no replies, I am forced to leave this review in the hopes of sparing someone else from losing out of $955 due to false promises of reimbursement and pain relief.

I went for my first visit today with lower back pain. Met with Dr. Hewett and she got me back to feeling brand new. I already booked my next appointment! Dr. Hewett and her staff are extremely nice and caring, and I’m glad I decided to go for treatment!

Glad I called first to get info and found out right away how unprofessional this office is. Don’t know who answered because they spoke so fast you could not understand them. Then the conversation turned weird (there was someone else listening in or something) or very loud near them.There was chuckling and the conversation was very unprofessional, almost like they were talking to someone else as I was asking questions about massage. No info give I had to pull it out of them, maybe they don’t need new clients??? It was as if I was bothering them.Beware, the prices online do not match the real prices, the person that seemed like they were laughing at me blamed covid or something like that (covid caused the price change) for the website not being updated.Also I was told they do not accept any insurance so I don’t know why it’s listed that they do. They can give you a bill and you can hope your insurance will pay.
