I have been going to Ashley T at healing touch consistently going on almost 3 years now- she is kind and professional. Ashley is very mindful of giving a personalized experience and takes all of the clients needs into consideration prior to each appointment to give the best massage experience possible. Having her as my massage therapist has been priceless- she got me through tx and accommodated my medical needs along the way ,providing comfort and pain relief via massage therapy when other measures just didn’t quite cut it -she is magical! I always leave feeling relaxed and relieved of pain-feeling extra fabulous the next day is definitely just an extra perk to her services! The studio itself is what one would hope for in a massage studio -it is modern,clean,quiet and has a warm/ relaxing vibe. Ashley is a 10/10 -would highly recommend! I saw Ava for a relaxing facial a few weeks ago and I have gotten a few massages from Gloria and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! Ava’s demeanor is both calming and gentle, and it is evident that she has a great deal of knowledge and confidence in what she does. Gloria is so easygoing, she will put you at ease immediately and she does a great job communicating to ensure that you receive exactly the massage that you need! This was my first time and I am on my road to recovery from a serious injury. In particular I was looking for reflexology and a specialist dealing with fascia. I used Google to search and this beautiful place was one of a few that popped up.I went to the website and read everything I could including the cancelation policy, which is very much needed for an appointment driven business such as theirs. Immediately I was impressed because I had my pick of therapist. But Brittany checked all my boxes plus there was an available appointment same day. Needless to say, I snagged that appointment!Brittany took time to ask me questions, listen to my concerns and explain her methods. Thank you Brittany and I have already booked my next appointment. I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and today my feet were absolutely swollen and sore. Was able to make a same day appointment for reflexology on hands and feet. The table was comfortable, the darkroom with the ambient lighting and music was great! Hannah was great and very sweet as well! I would definitely return!!

Britney is a fantastic massage therapist! She listens to you and works on what areas are bothering you. She will apply deep pressure if you want to relieve those areas of tension! I have become a regular customer!

I had a long week & on Friday night decided I wanted to receive a massage last minute on a Saturday, I didn’t think I’d be able to get in anywhere. After calling without an answer; they called back almost immediately and found a time open for us to book the next morning at 11 AM. I had an amazing massage with Gloria! She took the time to make sure she was getting my problem spots that bothered me most & also made the entire hour very comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

Ive needed a massage for over a year and never think to book in advance... Im always last minute. I stumbled onto The Healing Touch online, which has many therapists (8 I think) and offers online booking! I was able to get an appt the same day, and on a Saturday no less! I was a bit taken aback when I met my therapist Hannah. She seemed young and shy and I figured she was a newbie. I couldnt have been more wrong. She listened to what I needed and worked over my tight IT band. I havent found a therapist in many years that massages with enough pressure for my taste, but Hannah did. It was deep and therapeutic and so relaxing. Ive already scheduled another. Highly recommend.

Had a massage with Brittany two days ago. It was fantastic! My neck and shoulders were very sore and she used deep pressure to work on the trigger points. Healing Touch has a comforting atmosphere and my therapist was very professional. I will definitely be back!

First experience with Primi and received the best facial I think I’ve had. So calming and she made sure to address all of my concerns. The environment of the whole business was very relaxing. Massage will be next on my list. HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful atmosphere and great massages, but beware of the unforgiving cancellation policy.I had multiple prenatal massages last year that were absolutely amazing so I was excited to return this year for my first massage post-baby. Unfortunately, my sitter came down with a stomach bug and couldnt come to work, meaning I had to cancel my treatment. In accordance with the stated policy, I was charged the full amount of service. On the one hand, I understand that they can no longer fill that spot. On the other hand, Id been flexible with Justice in the past on rescheduling and was disappointed but the brusque professionalism with zero compassion or flexibility. It seems like not a big deal, but what if someone was in a car wreck? According to policy youd be charged the full amount of service and be considered a no-show because someone rammed into in the parking lot outside the building.All that to say...the massages are excellent, but the harsh cancellation policy has me rethinking if Ill return.

My massage was amazing! Laurence was my massage therapist and he was excellent at providing deep pressure and using stretching to work the knots and stress out. The massage included little add-on’s Ive never received elsewhere such as hot towels, bio freeze, a face massage, and a weighted eye mask. Very relaxing and relieving, definitely recommend!

Wow, first massage and I enjoyed it here! From when I first walked in to leaving.You will walk in to a relaxing lobby and leave feeling like a million bucks. LuLu had those magic hands and I felt a little weird at first like I should be talking her ear off but I was lost in the relaxing tunes and heated comfy massage table that was very unexpected. Only had a 30 min massage but it was worth every minute. Between the biofreeze and hot towels, I think if I had went over 30 minutes it would have been lights out for me. My back muscles feel great and know I will sleep great tonight. Will definitely be back soon.

I haven’t had a deep tissue massage in over ten years. But that changed today after I woke up in my hotel with a throbbing pain on my left rhomboid muscle. I felt a spasm every time I turned a certain way. I’m in town for my tour that brought us to the Tailgate and Tallboys in Clinton. So there was no way I was going to be able to stand around for 12 hours with that type of pain. Big shoutout to Lulu for doing an amazing job. It was so awesome I booked a follow up for Friday morning.

Lulu always does amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and is so nice! She has helped tremendously with my back problems!

Our couples massage was great! Gloria and April did a wonderful job of balancing relief of sore muscles with relaxation. The room was comfortable and inviting. The weekend and evening availability is awesome! We can’t wait to come back for our next massage!

We visited The Healing Touch Massage Studio and Lawrence was my masseuse. I filled out a form prior to showing up and requested for a deep massage focusing on my upper body and lower back. When I say Lawrence went deeeeeep, he worked the stress out of me literally.I got the 90 minute couples massage on Valentine’s Day and at $240 it was worth every minute and penny! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time explaining everything and the bio freeze finish topped off the entire experience!I recommend anyone looking to get a massage to book yours ASAP. Justice Jacobs and her staff are truly amazing and if you’re wondering I’m already booked for next month’s stress relieving deep tissue massage with none other than, you guessed it, Lawrence! I’ve been seeing Justice, (or one of her therapists) since the beginning. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. And Sunday hours are a huge plus.

Showed up 10 minutes early, was immediately taken in for the appointment. Had some scheduling issues (on our end not the business) and they were extremely accommodating. Everything was discussed before hand, comfort and relaxation were the number one priorities by these professionals. The ambiance was very nice. Absolutely hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Laurence was very professional, kind and intuitive. Scheduling was a breeze as you can make appointments online. I was so happy to see a 6:00 appointment available today! From the moment I entered, it was greeted with beautiful calming energy of the spa. Soft lighting, calm music, aesthetically very zen and welcoming. There is a little spot by the door to take off your shoes and a comfortable couch while you wait. Also water available. I saw some beautiful crystals, body care items, and candles for sale that I will be sure to check out next time. Laurence was right on time and when I went in the massage room, he asked me for specifics in addition to the online paperwork, of how he could assist me today. There was a beautiful large mandala tapestry with peaceful red lighting. When I laid down on the massage table, it was the most plush massage table I’ve ever laid on. Sooooo comfortable. Laurence started with an amazing scalp massage and for the next 90 minutes I was gifted with relief. I have fibromyalgia and I personally need a deeper pressure, but also avoiding certain areas. He provided the perfect blend and also incorporated some deep stretches which I greatly appreciated. I feel very blessed to have found Laurence. They have gained a very loyal customer today. Thank you for the amazing experience and for the relief I felt.

I had a great prenatal massage earlier this week with Brittney Jones. Highly recommend and Ill be returning. Brittney was attentive to the areas I listed as having discomfort and gave me relief. Relaxing atmosphere too.

I get massages often due to the line of work I am in and I will say Justice was the best massage I’ve had! She was not shy or hesitant to work on the places that I feel most massage therapists generally skim over, i.e. my behind, my heels. Not only did Justice apply the perfect amount of pressure, which I prefer firm pressure, but she also had the perfect touches to her service. The warm towel wrap on my feet while being massaged, the head covering while I was face down so not to get oil in my hair, and the bio freeze rubbed on my back at the end. All amazing touches! Thank you, Justice! Again, you are truly talented at what you do! I will definitely see you again if/when I am back in Iowa again.

Im no stranger to massages and Justice did not disappoint! Best massage Ive ever had! I do a lot of self massage and foam rolling on my own time and my quads and hamstrings especially relaxed and immediately had improved blood flow. I was so relaxed the moment I laid down on the heated table and had a warm towel wrapped around my feet and thats nothing compared to the actual massage. Every appointment starts off by addressing which areas need more attention and determining what level of pressure is right for you- which it is always perfect! Her massages are unique in that she puts warm/hot moist towels on your feet and a cool pack over your eyes. That combined with the heated massage table and relaxing music the whole experience is so tranquil. Plus she is so friendly and professional!

90 minutes of pure bliss. I sit all day hunched over my computer for 60hr work weeks. My mid and upper back are cover in knots, I can’t reach myself. She has this wonder technique, where after she stretches them, steady pressure is applied and I feel like they’re melting. I always have the most trouble falling asleep so I waited until the morning after to post a review. Last night was perfect, I woke up in the same position I slept in without my back aching. I should mention I did the hot stone massage which was a delight itself. Most Asian spas leave them on pressure points and don’t incorporate them into the massage itselfJustice did.

Justice Jacobs definitely has healing hands. For months I went to a chiropractor for an injury and followed theirhome care instructions; I wasted hundreds of dollars.
