I had a wonderful PT experience! Kepler went above and beyond to help me with my back issues. The entire staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and the DelWebb Community. I would also recommend to my family if they lived here!

Very impressive physical therapy and professional.When I arrived I had just had a total hip replacement and pain and had a cane as time went on with the help of my therapist Kepler I now am walking without a cane, and no fear of falling. I have regained my strength through the exercises Kepler had me doing on regular appointments. He is super patient and wants your outlook to be effective and beneficial. Kepler has been so beneficial in my recovery! Many thanks to my physical therapist Kepler. What an asset he is to Advent health. I am now motivated to continue my exercise program he left me with for continued success at home.

The profissionais are excellent. I had many but normally I was seen by Raul, Kepler and the assistants. They are very patient and had different way to help me to get the exercise done. ✅ I love ❤️ to have all my medical records with Advent Health. I feel more comfortable and loved. Seriously one of the best pt places I have been to. Ashely is very professional and detailed and only because I’m an extremely picky person I like the same person. I been having issues with certain body movements that now I’m improving on controlling thanks to her. This is a very safe, professional place and I don’t even mind driving 45 minutes to get there because I know it’s honestly the best care, I just wish I did it sooner.

Raul Ocasio And Matt were outstanding PT instructors that helped me greatly. Their friendliness and professional wisdom help me get through my PT sessions and maximize my visits. Their expertise Help me in my fast recovery for my frozen shoulder. I Highly recommend both of them.

3 months of PT went by so fast. The staff made every visit enjoyable and informative. So glad I was able to complete the program in time to start another fitness program at a nearby gym. They got me ready to get to the next level.

I was seen by physical therapy after spinal surgery and received outstanding care.i would like to recognize :lJustin who was kind and gentle whenever he saw me, I was so frightened I was going to be in pain.Raul was funny and showed me a couple of ways to do things I hadn’t thought of.Woolley is very knowledgeable and taught me that I was making a lot of progress, with more to come even after discharge.I will definitely come back if need be.

I worked with Matthew and Raoul most often. They were so nice, and helpful. The facility has quite an array of equipment. This therapy substantially helped my hip issue. Will recommend to anyone in need of therapy.

I came to Advent Health Sports Medicine and Rehab after having arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery along with removing bone spurs. I am very pleased to say that my range of motion has greatly improved and my strength is on the rise. I have been able to resume my HIIT classes 4-5 days a week. I am not yet 100% which is to be expected. With continued work, look forward to the day that I will forget which shoulder was injured. AHSMR has me fully on my way and I am forever grateful! I would be remiss if I did not mention the absolutely fantastic therapists! They really care about their patients!

Few, FEW medical places you go and they actually HEAL you. I came in a few months ago barely able to move my left arm because of an injury to my shoulder, and this team, with therapy and adjustments alone totally healed my shoulder. I have NO pain and its FULLY functional. I am very pleased and highly recommend it. I want to thank the whole staff of this clinic, but particularly the following employees: Raul, Kepler, Justin, Jonathan, Amanda and Brijal. Lots of great people here but these are the names I remember. They totally know what they are doing and they do their job with expertise, patience and compassion and for that I will be forever grateful. More than techs, I consider them my friends now. Highly, highly recommended.

I was referred to the AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab for Physical Therapy And I want to start by saying that the Team in this place are all super nice and made me feel welcome. My direct therapist was Raul. He is very patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I appreciate his time and recommendations he did for my recovery. If I could give 5 stars directly to Raul I will.

Having engaged in rehab sessions at various facilities, I feel extremely confident in rating this facility and its warm staff highly.I had the pleasure of working with Valerie and Masha who pushed me beyond what I thought my capabilities were following reconstructive elbow and carpal tunnel surgeries.What I was most impressed with was their balance of in-depth knowledge and exquisite bed side manner.Thank you for making me functional once more.

I had a stroke in November of 2022 and was sent here to do physical therapy. I got the chance to work with William from the first day, and from the beginning he was very honest about what the plan would look like and involved me in making my own goals. He shared with me a lot of knowledge and research about the process and motivated me to keep working hard every session. Will kept each session creative and unique with different challenges so I didn’t do the same things every time. I went from walking lopsided with a walker, to walking with a cane, and then to walking without a cane at all over the course of 10 weeks. William also modified sessions to accommodate some of my history with back pain and sciatica. The entire staff is friendly and will remember your name even if they’ve never worked with you! I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience going to physical therapy for my knee pain. The facility was clean, they ran on time, and there was always ample parking. My therapist was Raul who was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. I am so grateful for his expertise and my time well spent in his care. I strongly recommend Raul and this facility for anyone needing physical therapy in the area.

As someone who has been to many physical therapy facilities due to a shoulder surgery, this has been by far the best. This is now my second go around with Advent health at the Davenport location and I could not be happier. Starting from reception all the way to the PT staff and aids they truly are amazing! I’ve worked with just about all of the staff there throughout my treatment and they truly care! They all provide such a welcoming environment and show genuine interest in your progress! They also have amazing team chemistry which says a lot! Christine and Kay up front are always delighted to see me. Whether I’m working with Celeste, Gil, Jessica, or Henry I’m always confident they are well seasoned! Stacie did an amazing job with my evaluation because I’ve now gone for 4w 2x a week and I’m feeling much better. And their aid Ashley is such a delight! We work together every session and I believe she is the cherry on top! Great team, great knowledge, overall AMAZING experience!

This was the second time that I had therapy at the sports health medicine center. My Handler was me Kepler he was very helpful in determining what I needed to do in order to rebuild my core muscles. He was a pleasure to work with as well as the other therapist in the work out area. I for one will give a big shoutout to everyone who works there. If ever there is a need I will return for help. Every staff member was very attentive, caring and friendly which makes a world of difference in the overall care of a patient. I want to specifically call out my two therapists Mahsa Asgati and Valerie Tinidad for the excellent care they provided to me. They both challenged me and provided creative PT methods that work! This is the third time I have been here for therapy in something like 6 or 7 years. They have always done good by me but my insurance has severely limited what I can actually accomplish. I always end up with a lot of exercises to do after therapy is over and each time there are new things. Its great that they recommend getting a gym membership but then dont recommend a way to pay for that membership for someone who struggles to survive on disability. Its not something that anyone stops to consider unless they have actually been in that position themselves.On this run there is a therapist along with a person who is finalizing their training working with me. Each day I do what they tell me to do and do my best to work with them for what I can handle. When I come back from a next visit we talk about pain and issues I might have had on the following day from the last visit. They make adjustments as necessary and we continue. Im only a few sessions in this time and will be back twice a week for 8 weeks before there is an evaluation. The downside is that I dont have all the equipment they have so some of the things they teach me I dont get to do unless Im there.All the people Ive ever met working here have been friendly and professional.

Before I came, I had constant knee and lower back pain. I couldnt walk around the park or take care of chores at my house without pain. I worked with the physical therapy team and now Im walking around the park and my neighborhood multiple times a week, I can stand and sit for longer periods of time without hurting. I can wash dishes and get up from the floor without problems. I graduated today but will still continue to do my home exercises so that those pains dont come back. The team has helped me so much and Im so grateful that they have helped give my life back.

It was a pleasure to have chosen this group of therapists. From the front desk staff to the therapists, they were all very friendly and very attentive to my needs. The therapy equipment was very organized and clean, I felt very safe. Thank you very much and much success to everyone.

I want to thank the Hearth of Florida rehabilitation Center for all its professionalism. All the employees at the reception receive you with great pleasure and very helpful. Thanks to Jill, Jessica, Henry and the 2 students who treated me and did for me all the corresponding so that my recovery was a success. It was 15 days well intense, much delivery by my therapists and a very special treatment, there was always a lot of cleanliness in all the equipment that I also liked very much, for me are the best, thanks to you Im standing. I mean, the other therapists were very cordial with all the patients. I really liked to see how they went out to look for patients who came alone with a lot of love and dedication. My primary reason i went here was for back problems! The Physical Therapists that worked on me were very caring. They always were working along with you. I have to say because of how good this rehab is, i feel so much better! The best rehab i have ever been too.

I was there for 2 months with Kepler and Raoul and had a great experience !! My back has improved with no pain !! They also gave me exercises to do while in therapy and for after care !!! These guys are really great, i went into it without being able to move my arm at all, after my therapy was completed i have meade so much progress. I want to say a special thankyou to Kepler and Raul, they really care about their patients and you can tell they are passionate about what they do.

Very friendly and professional staff. I wasn’t expecting to feel better after 6 weeks, but I am now pain free. My Siatica pain might come back again, but now I know what to do if it does.

Prior to having knee replacement surgery I had physical therapy at our local therapy facility. I found it difficult doing the exercises without bumping into other folks doing their exercises. A few of the therapists were more interested in their computers and chatting then keeping this client moving along. After my surgery, I decided to give Heart of Florida a try and am so happy I did. It has a friendly atmosphere with lots of windows overlooking beautiful oak trees. The therapists are friendly, work well together and stay with their one client the whole time youre there. Its organized well and a pleasant place to rehab. Thanks to Stacey, Celeste, Kathi and Hank, my knee and I are friends again!!!

Very grateful for the expertise of the entire Rehab staff: They actively listened to me and kept my therapy challenging but realistic. I reached my goals, but even better - I learned a lot about staying active! Thanks to all but especially to Kepler; he is a true professional.

I had 3 therapist, Jill, Jess, and Hank. They pushed me to meet my goal. Not using a cane since knee surgery on Nov. 28. I was not progressing to my satisfaction, when I went there for the first time. With their help Im getting better. The cane is still around, but not as much. Jill saw me for the last time Thursday. She gave me great feedback on my condition a d how much it has improved. Thank you all for doing a great job.

Jill the manager was Amazing! Her customer service is stellar! She goes above and beyond! She even helped my 94 year old father on her lunch break! She even helped look for his lost phone and walk us to out vehicle!

From the first moment I entered the facility, Lillian, Kay, and Kayla made me feel at home. They were also very helpful in setting up my appointments with the therapists I preferred. My experience with Heart of Florida Regional Center Rehab Services was great. Jill is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met and ifshe cant answer a question she will do research until she finds the answers. After knee surgery, I went to this site for 7 sessions of Physical Therapy to strengthen my knee and restore mobility. Within those 7 sessions, Kathy and Hank maintained a sense of humor and encouragement that helped me get back both strength and mobility, as well as lessen the knee pain. We used their machines along with assigned exercises I could perform at home. I have now completed their therapy sessions and am ready to get back to walking and life, as normal. Thanks!!!

I went to HOF Rehab for PT post ankle surgery. Everyone that I came in contact with at HOF Rehab was professional, friendly and caring. When I initially called to schedule an appointment, I was given one for the very next day. I want to thank everyone involved. I would also like to especially thank Kathy for all that she did to make the PT plan successful. Thanks also to Hank, who was part of the team.

Great therapists who spend one on one time with you and provide great explanations of therapy. Would definitely recommend.

I have been to HOF rehab center after an extensive back surgery. I have worked with several of the therapists and they have all been wonderful. They try to push you to do better but they are always asking if there is pain or if you need to rest. I have had physical therapy several times st different places and HOF has top notch equipment and again top notch therapists. When I hear that someone needs therapy, I always recommend HOF.

The entire team was super fantastic! Jill, Jessica, Hank, Chris, and Celeste did a great job. They were knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun to work with. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed in the future!

I hate the fact I have to do PT, but in all honesty, theres no place else Id rather do it. Everyone here is extremely professional and friendly. From day one theyve been sure to remember my name and make sure that Im working to get better. All concerns are taken into consideration and I feel heard when I bring something to their attention. 100% recommend this place.

4 months of Physical Therapy there and no positive results . Incompetent staff in the front and their therapist are quitting. Even my doctor said to leave that place due to their incompetence and no communications with him.

Very clean and orderly but....I told Stacey the.foan she had me working on was hurting my knees. She said that I would be working on that every time. I had to stop going when my doctor said if she does not have another avenue don’t go back. Now I am in pain with my knees and one knee has a frayed meniscus. Under Dr. Messieh’s care now. What a bummer!

I have obtained the best rehabilitation care and service in this place, the equipment they have is super complete, the treatment always means returning happy to each therapy session that is individual and 100% effective, I am a health personnel licensed in Mexican nursing and I can broadly give many relevant points in favor of said institution. The costs are affordable even despite not having health insurance and the follow-up they carry out directly with each patient is very well structured and careful. I have evolved noticeably in each session and I fully appreciate being part of this institution as a patient. If you have any questions or extra points, you can call and you will get an answer to each of your questions.
