First time going to the store and all I have to say was that was the best customer service I’ve ever received at a smoke shop, A gentleman by the name of Michael help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very educated about everything in the store and even made suggestions to help me find what I was looking for so good to the point where I bought something I didn’t intend on buying. When I first walked in, but after Michael explained to me, what the product was, I decided that that was a way better choice I used to go to a different smoke shop and I don’t want to name the name but you definitely got a new returning customer

Best smoke shop in Daytona possibly the world. The staff is top notch 10 out of 10 would recommend Everytime.

Dont recommend this store for vape purchase.Gas stations are selling any brand 2 for 35 tax included while they are selling the 1 vape for 30$ tax included

Louis the gentleman working at night has exceptional customer service skills and goes above and beyond what is expected of your average shop clerk.This was my first time in this store and Louie instantly treated me like family.Louie is exactly the type of worker companies like this need and the owners of this establishment should hold Louie in high regard for his exceptional service.Louie the legend or screwy Louie you are the absolute goat.100/05 stars and beyond!!

My most favorite smoke shop, I love the atmosphere here! They never disappoint me, and always so friendly and welcoming. I have a smoke shop closer to me and my husband and I will drive to this one instead because of the customer service.

Jaguar is my go to shop 100%. I started coming here back in August for the races and they gave me and my coworkers great prices for vapes glass and everything we needed. Fun and friendly environment, right next to grow healthy for everything we needed after our dispensary purchases. With 13 stores in Florida and amazing employees, I will always suggest going to Jaguar. Also if you’re on the north side of Daytona, check out the north Ridgewood store “700 Ridgewood Ave, Daytona Beach, Fl 32117”. The rewards card works at all locations of Jaguar with probably the best system I’ve ever used, every dollar is a point and it’s only 100 points for $10 off, not to mention they stack, I’ve personally saved up $300 in rewards and used them at once for a water pipe. How can you go wrong with that??? In conclusion Jaguar is definitely the place to go, if they don’t got it they’ll order it for you or tell you where you can get it if you need it immediately!

First time I went: Long dark hair guy behind the counter went off on a tangent about a company sending him multi color/rainbow lanyards for Pride month. He was more than willing to continue going on about calling and talking to said other company about how they can not to send them Pride supporting products as they don’t support that. Dude legit looked and acted like he was cracked out.Shame on me for going back will go somewhere else no matter what moving forward.
