OYO Hotel Decatur I-285 The Perimeter

This was the worst hotel on Glenwood. The room was dirty floors were filthy. I had to go downstairs and get a remote just to turn on the TV that kept turning off. And the personnel wanted me to return the remote so someone else can use it. Totally not worth not even a penny. I would seriously second guess if youre thinking of booking a cheap hotel like this. Horrible living circumstances.

There was an issue with the first room, but the girl at the front desk was very accommodating and they upgraded the room and all. The hotel is good for a quick stay.

I was here tonight I feel the owner and workers got ppl that plot on ppl that rob them and do bad things, I just feel a bad vibe..this is here for proof ..I seen ppl standing outside my door listening in smh not worried lm well armed and protected but thats just weird. But if anyone gets a key somehow to walk on my room ...this place will get shut to the ground and prosecuted ...JS

I stayed in 203. Not my first time being here. If you’re an adrenaline junkie, and seek danger then come here 🙂 The security here is really good 👍🏾 there’s a literal man walking around with an AR 15. The party favors are always nearby and you have entertainment through the environment.

Tv remote can’t change volume, someone stole very expensive equipment off of my work truck. Drug dealers live there so there are plenty of junkies walking around all day and night. From arguments, banging on doors and walls, fights, and the police having to constantly be called up there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

This is the worst place anyone can stay. Please don’t go to this hotel. My room was completely dirty, the sheets were dirty and with hair, the smell of cigarettes was extremely strong and I had to sleep with a mask and wash my clothes. The mirrors and bathroom were dirty and the app through which I hired the hotel, contacted the reception to make the cancellation without success. The parking lot full of garbage and cigarettes on the floor. My room was 211.

The hotel I was in is not well maintained.The sheets were clean, but there was no coffee maker, and towels were minimal. No closet.

Room 107 had LITERAL BULLET HOLES IN THE DOOR! There was blood on the floor still. An absolute atrocity. I don’t mind shady folks because I mind my business, but we had folks trying to fight right outside the door. We were afraid to leave the room until it got quiet again. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I’ll be contacting the health department about this property. Don’t risk anything trying to stay here. Pay the extra money.

The sheets were dirty look like somebody had just checked out & they gave me the next unavailable room than wen I went to front desk shawty had a attitude bout giving me more sheets I am glenwood done stayed on every block frm up to Belvedere frm the middle part derrill all the back down to larkspur terr I think I should at least get better quality of service…

They always take care of me no matter the problem and make sure what ever is needed for the room is taken care of

This was certainly an unforgettable visit. I will never forget the stench that greeted us as we opened the door to our room. One look in the bathroom and we both decided we would not be taking a shower in the rusty tub. I went to brush my teeth and as the water went down the drain it splashed my legs as it hit the the floor below the sink! The baseboard in the bathroom was hanging off the wall revealing what I can only assume was mold. The layer of dirt by the toilet paper made me question which decade it was last cleaned in. The mattress felt like it was bought at a thrift store after being used elsewhere for many years and when I checked under the bed, I saw the “box spring” was sort of wrapped in plastic. Probably not a bad thing based on the dead bugs on the floor. The only way this was a “non-smoking room was because we were not smoking in it. Our clothes smelled so bad when we left that the nauseating stench lingered all the next day. We will never ever forget this visit, because we plan to never ever stay at one again. The only thing raising this rating from a zero is the pleasant host in the front desk. We couldn’t get out fast enough in the morning and the only reason we stayed that night is because it was late and we had nowhere else to go. However, we would like our money back.

So sadly I had to at least one star. Was literally there for 5 minutes. After we checked into the hotel and parked we were greeted by a couple of working ladies on the way to the room. A bunch of really sketchy people in the parking lot. When we entered the room it was absolutely horrible. Not even close to the pictures on here. The whole room was disgusting. The bathroom was unusable. Didnt even have toilet paper. We legit turned around and left. It was terrifying getting back to the car. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Quite literally the worst hotel room Ive ever had the displeasure of staying in. we checked out early and ended up getting a different hotel because we couldnt fathom staying another night.- pretty sure this hotel violates many health/safety codes (our smoke detector was out of the wall and instead found it in the dresser drawer!!!)- there was clear signs of extensive water damage in the bathroom and sink area (which poses a great threat and presence for mold). The bathroom door wouldnt close shut at all, let alone lock.- dust, dust everywhere.- there was gum stuck to the beds headboard... Literally visible clear as day right there.- the room reeked of cigarettes (which explains why the smoke detector was taken off the wall...)- it was loud with lots of disturbances in the middle of the night while trying to sleep.Honestly this room gave my friend and I lots of anxiety. Im not even sure if the comforters or anything were washed.... The pillow cover still smelled like someone elses hair (I know that sounds rather specific but... If you know you know). Im just shocked that the owners would deem that the room is appropriate to rent out. Dont think they even looked around besides making the bed before our arrival.I just feel extremely irritated with our experience and I hope they use these reviews to actually make changes.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This was the absolute worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had in my entire life. When I enter the room, there were still urine present on the toilet seat, and the floor was not swept. I did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot, and I immediately wiped everything down with Lysol wipes. I saw two roaches on two separate occasions. When I requested room service to have the room cleaned, the same poor job was done. The housekeeping was simply poor! When I first arrive there was debris behind the toilet. Further, the fixtures are old and the sink faucet was placed so far near the back of the f the sink that I couldn’t wash my hands without bending them backwards towards me. Additionally, The environment was unsafe. I heard seven gunshots my first night staying there, and there were numerous drug addicts and other unsavory characters roaming the premises at night. Additionally, they cannot guarantee a safe parking for their patrons. The parking lot states “Hotel not responsible for damaged vehicles and break-ins”, meaning that they will provide no means to protect your vehicle in case one of the night crack fiends decides to break in. WHERE ELSE SHOULD I PARK. Finally, the ac and head unit is old, and clearly contains mold and dust residue. I woke up hacking due to my allergies. Friendly staff, but shoddy location, shoddy service, and an overall bad experience. Trust me, if you have an extra $30 per night to spend For a better hotel - SPEND IT.

Hotel was decent. Hotel staff we very friendly.

The only nice thing about the hotel was the new floors and TV. First they cancelled my reservation while enroute. They online description and pictures were not of the actuall place or rooms. There was dirt and grime all over the doors. There was bodily fluids on the walls dried and stained. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. The pillows were atleast 10 years old and flat. The towels and rags were the same. The only microwave was in the lobby and the lobby was shut down to visitors. I also found a roach in the bathroom.

This was a very nice place to live and also safe clean quick ases to the expressway

I reserved a room here and the pictures do not show the reality of the place, even though the staff was nice enough to cancel “without fees” I am still waiting on the refund of the money that I had to pay for the night, it’s being a month now. SECOND, the rooms smell like cigarette and are supposed to be “smoke free”. Why I am giving this bad review? Because we use reviews in order to reserve a room, I read the reviews and they were excellent, but the reality is that the place is run down and in order to help others I needed to say the truth, on the other hand, the staff is really nice.

This truly unacceptable, and they charge $80. Im not happy at all. The water in the shower was so cold it wouldnt even get hot bad service. $80 is a lot of money to waste on

Im so happy you decided to book with us and enjoyed it. Were all about serving our guests, and creating memories for kids...and of course having us do your laundry free is pretty fun for the grownups too.

The people that work here are the worst part about this place. THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER! Even the owners are rude! Everyone that stays here will tell you that. A bunch of trash lives upstairs, they’ve been living in this motel for awhile now. Mostly the stayers are people that live here. They charge everyone different rates. Dirty towels, dirty blankets. Multiple huge roaches. When I complained about dirty towels, they told me I could not get anymore! Lol. You’re safer and have much better service on Fulton industrial. This place acts like you owe them something!!!

Well , i stayed here because work brought me to Atlanta , I was delayed , and this was only 3 miles from where i was .I read the reviews , and to be honest , as always took it with a grain of salt , but with caution . Well the reviews were not fair from what i saw . whatever activity someone else may have seen , imagined , or made up , I myself had a very pleasant stay .The room was clean , the air conditioner worked well , the TV had plenty of channels , and WIFI was strong . The owners were very nice , as well as the staff , the only problem i see is the location isnt the best , but what are the owners supposed to do about that ? they are making a go of it in a difficult time and area , nobody bothered me there , but if someone wants to pick and find fault with everything , they will . no matter what , i myself would and will stay here again , and commend the owners and staff for their friendly , kind treatment , and relaxing stay.

The room was clean but the pics are fake and the other reviews have to be fake also.. because the bedding does not match pics nor anything else in the room. No fridge or microwave. They do have Roku TV which is great. It is quiet. People mind their business and for the area it’s as good as you’ll get. They tried to charge me a crazy price I called and complained and they gave me a discount.

This place is a scam; the positive reviews here are absolutely fake. The room—dirty, dilapidated, and reeking of cigarettes—was nothing like the pictures. People were yelling at each other in the parking lot. We walked out of the room and told the front desk we would not be staying. Trying to deal with their “customer service” phone line to get our money back was a nightmare.Please, please stay somewhere else.

The sink was dirty and there were no wash clothes in the room. The gentleman on the phone making the reservation and the gentleman at the front desk did an excellent job.I will be staying at you establishment in the near future, I just hope it that the rooms would be excellent as well.Thank you for your service.

NO. Just NO. Do not subject yourself to this. The stagnant smell of cigarette smoke was just unbearable. In not one, but two rooms. After the smell of first one knocked me down I requested another; it was the same. It was 11pm, I was exhausted from driving but had to find another place to stay the night. I was told I would be refunded by money, but you know that did not happen. Calling OYO customer service just infuriated the manager on duty to the point he wouldnt even look me in the eye as I was trying to talk to him him the lobby. I will not get into the other issues I had with this place to keep it as short as possible. Ive stayed in some shady, unkempt places, both rural and urban, but this one by far was the worst.

Very dirty.... it doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Very dull.. the bathroom was disgusting. The tub was dirty. The room smelled. The sheets didn’t smell clean. The person at the front desk was nice tho. I paid 75$ for one night and it wasn’t worth my stay.

I really don’t want to leave a rating bc I want to keep this place to myself! The owner is great, friendly and caring. I think I may be one of the first people in this newly renovated room. If not, they really keep the rooms clean (cleaning everyday)! New beds, flooring, furniture - the whole 9! All I’d like to ask, is that future stayers... please be mindful of the time, money and energy this young man has invested into this property. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

As soon as I get to the room is terrible is not the same as the picture online this hotel is a scam big scam they said no smoke but my room smell weeds very strong the owner don’t take care of it and make excuses the bathroom not good the bathroom door is broken the wall has whole and the doors has hole the hotel very dirty they don’t clean the hotel. Location is terrible, room smell like someone just cooked drugs in it. Sheets, towels dirty. Tub was filthy, floor had wax or blood stains. I felt unsafe men were walking around selling stuff and followed me to my room. I did not stay I returned the key .

Check in was quick and staff friendly. The grounds are beautiful...here in a large city yet you feel tucked away in all the greenery. The room is comfortable, well appointed. Bed, linens and pillows really nice. We slept well. Ate a snack at the hotel restaurant. Food was fresh and tasty... service good to. Took hotel trolley to Downtown City Walk. So easy and quick.

We stayed for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in we received exceptional service which continued for our entire stay. Location couldnt get any better. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable and huge. The breakfast lady was wonderful and the breakfast was simple but all we needed. All in the entire hotel is not fancy but I loved it! Highly recommended

No receipt. Just really rude. We also have him on video showing the way he talked to us. Simply because we had a compliant and didnt want to stay? This is an unexpected oasis and my go to for affordable hotels in Atlanta! Dont let the neighborhood make you shy about staying. Staff is friendly, accommodating, straightforward and keep the site safe. Rooms are consistently spotless and smell clean as soon as you walk in. Never had a noisy night. DO NOT PAY MORE FOR LESS!I stayed here when I had to move during the COVID quarantine and again since. They did right by me. They will do right by you too.

This is the worst accommodation ever, description says 2 hotel but it is nowhere near or deserving of even a 1 star. It is a slum within a slum, with outdated, poorly painted and cared for rooms. Best place to get a respiratory infection, based on the concentrated cigarette smells and poorly sealed doors with gaps that permit the entry of dust, smoke and other unpleasant smells.If you are looking for safety, privacy and comfort, this is not the place. If you do manage to tolerate the smoke smell in the non smoking room, ensure you buy shower shoes to avoid catching feet fungus from the poorly kept shower.OYO you are On Your Own for a exorbitant none refundable fee.

I would give 0 stars if i was able to. i made a reservation here without reading reviews because i needed somewhere to stay quickly and the rooms everywhere else were all booked out. about 3 minutes after making my reservation, i started getting spam calls from new york, puerto rico, and las vegas. (i haven’t gotten a spam call in a long time, and what are the odds i start getting them at midnight immediately after booking this hotel)??? i decided to call the hotel to try to cancel and hopefully receive a refund since the pictures were misleading, and i was very uncomfortable staying here alone. i was yelled at by the male receptionist and asked why i booked in the first place if the hotel made me uncomfortable. not the best way to treat your customers. i rode by the hotel just to see what it was like and i’m so glad i decided against staying there. the smell of marijuana filled my car more and more as i approached the hotel. there are a lot of illegal activities going on outside of this hotel, and the owner is aware of it. do not stay here. i will be filing a dispute with my credit card company to have this charge dropped as soon as they open up on monday.

Worst hotel ever!!! Roaches and unkept with terrible customer service 😤😤 I was supposed to stay 3 days and left immediately!!!! The rooms do not look like the pictures shown my bathrooms baseboards were peeling and the tub and sink were extremely dirty!! I wouldn’t suggest this for anyone at all and when I told the front desk my room had roaches and I would be leaving early they said “okay” NEVER AGAIN!! Tv was also very old with limited channels and it wasnt HD at all and no wifi I have images and video too

If no stars was an option that is what Id select that. Smh came in and turned on light and things started crawling. And there was a moth nest. I checked out after less than 2 hours and checked out. Told the lady there were bugs ans wanted to check out and wanted a refund. She said ok I left when I followed up they said I didnt complain when I checked out so they would not refund me. Did the online chat they said they would investigate. And contact me in 24/48 hours didnt happen . Called them they said they didnt know what I was talking about. Just dont do it. Its cheap but not worth it

DONT GO! Bedbugs in 3 rooms we used! Cigarette Burns in the sheets and stains. Dirty and disgusting. Pungent smell and horrible area! Beware! They don’t seem concerned about the infestation either. They need to be reported!

We booked this hotel and when we arrive. They had cancelled our reservation. They claimed that they were fully booked and I would be issued a refund. I contacted Hotels.com who said no refund was issued and contacted the property who then switched their story to they tried to contact me for security deposit and since they couldn’t they gave my room away. This caused a delay in getting refund and during busy time of year 95% of rooms were out in the area. Don’t get scammed by OYO

We were scared to get out of the truck. Two older women traveled to GA for a Christian conference and tried to book a hotel close to avoid driving to Atlanta. They canceled my reservation but didnt return my money.

Manager was helpful! Unless you are looking for a short stay or one night stay! I wouldn’t. Smdh! It took them 7 tries before they could find us a clean room! Two guys were shot and one died on the spot! The city closed almost 90% of the rooms. Because it failed inspection!!! An you won’t get your deposit back! In fact they stole/kept the deposit and wouldn’t return my calls! Horrible place to stay!!!!

Terrible! Nothing was cleaned. Moldy sink and shower. Gunshots outside the door after 30 minutes of arrival. I left.

We were welcomed by the friendliest reception staff ever. Stayed in Room 3 on the ground floor. Superb room with a private terrace. Beautifully décor and excellent cleanliness. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and there was the additional bonus of complimentary afternoon tea buffet each day, also delicious.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The false advertisement is real! As soon as I opened my door to my room it reaked of cigarette smoke and flies sworn out at me. The bath tub is disgusting!!! The sheets have pubic hairs in them and all types of dirt. The sheets are literally brown and the rags and towels are also brown ! Save yourself a trip and do not book here .

You could not get a better location than this for a tourist to Glenwood Rd.Loved this hotel as its top notch without being pretentious. Staff is friendly and helpful throughout; we were able to check in a little early which was much appreciated after a long flight from the UK. We were given a lovely large room on the twentieth floor with fabulous views for our ten nights and it had everything we needed.

Omg...they gave me a key to check out the room before paying. It smelled as if someone had just left smoking cigarettes. It was in a bad neighborhood. Needed major upgrades for the prices they asked for. I went a few miles away and found a room much better for $5more that i felt safe in.

Room wasnt clean upon arrival. Took over an hour to clean. Remote for TV didnt work and repair man never returned. There were loud tenants hanging out late hours of the night and the property was filthy.

Such a great location! The rooms are well stocked, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The views of the city are spectacular. The staff is well trained and accommodating. When we are in town we will definitely stay again!!

We saw the photos and the reviews on the internet and everything seemed fine, but when we got to the place we werent able to stay there, the room was horrible and dirty, apart from the people in the other rooms they were scary, it looked like a hotel for sale of drug, when we went to cancel they did not refund any of the money we had paid, this hotel is a hoax and a scam! be very careful

Excellent spot when you want quite time.. I stayed almost 2 weeks. They come and clean every day. You aint gonna see people standing in the parking lot talking at night making noise. Great Stuff. If I have to I will stay there again

The beds are horrible. I guess after they remodeled they opted for the cheapest mattresses they can find. The type of gas are the type of people who cant keep nice things. A non-smoking Motel and every room smells like tobacco. It sticks to your clothes and you have to rewash even your clean ones.

We stayed at the GA for three days at the end of October. We were a bit nervous about this reservation as this hotel is a bit aged. However, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the accommodations. The suite was clean and beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is of course its most appealing characteristic.

Weve just spent two nights here - the last two nights of our Route 66 road trip, and out of the ten hotels weve stayed in, these have been the most comfortable beds! The worst were at The Tropicana in Las Vegas! I didnt put it in my review as these things are relative and my son actually preferred the beds there, but this bed is like a cloud and the best thing about this hotel!

This is a fantastic boutique hotel - lovely old building but with modern interior design and facilities / amenities. In perfect location in Glenwood Rd - next to central in historical district within short walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. And during our stay, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea.,

We enjoyed our short stay in Glenwood Rd tremendously. The Hotel Decatur I-285 the Perimeter is centrally located in the old city close to the main attractions. The hotel was recently renovated, but it kept all of the classical architecture features in place. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Fatima. When we come back to Glenwood Rd we will select this hotel again.

I never stayed at the hotel . I checked in pay $86 for one night plus $40 cash for early check in . I left to drop my uhaul off because the parking lot is so small came back 4 hrs later and went into the room . The cigarette smell by itself was enough to make me vomit then there was roaches of which I have photos of and I immediately went to the front office for refund . They are refusing to refund the $86 i paid saying i stayed there when I didn’t . This is the worst hotel do not stay there your health will be compromised . Customer service only passes the blame to hotel and the hotel is ignoring me and my calls . I will post pics since there are playing games .

We could not have asked for more during our six-night stay!! The reason I chose this hotel in the first place was that it in the Centre of the historical quarter of Hotel Decatur with loads of bars and restaurants just outside of the hotel. It also had a small swimming place on the roof with the most magnificent of views. Choosing a city break with Mrs. M, a perfectionist that I have been married to for 36 years is the greatest of challenges.

The room is probably the best prices you gone get in the near Atlanta area but as far as the room they are fine. You get what you pay for but they need to do something about the bugs. You gone be sharing all your clothes out before you leave.

Beautiful decor, well placed and easy to walk to centre for Glenwood rd. Next to Decatur with many restaurants. Very friendly reception staff who can book tours for you. Rooms are small but well equipped - a large coffee machine available (with instructions on how to use it!), but no small kettle for those of us who like a cup of tea in the morning.

Please do not stay here it is horrible. The rooms smell like sex,weed and cigarettes There were cobweb everywhere. This place is so disgusting and the manager doesnt care about your experience.

Excellent location! Excellent surrounding and right next to the shops, Walk of Fame and the Chinese Theatre. Accessible for visiting other key locations. We got the metro line to visit Universal (one stop away) and The Dodgers’ Stadium (7 stops if I remember rightly). We also took the hop on hop off bus from that area. It took us to Rodeo Drive, The Farmers Market, Santa Monica Pier and Beverly Centre..

We have been using the Decatur I-285 the Perimeter for many years now as our guest room. Its family-friendly, but it is also perfect for friends and family without children. A couple of times, we tried other area hotels when the Decatur I-285 the Perimeter was booked, but I have learned to plan ahead and secure the room here when possible. Never a problem: the rooms are comfortable and homey!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Place is very nasty, in bad area, smell of cigarettes. Prices too high for this low budget excuse for a hotel! No ice or buckets, no microwave, and no iron! Id rather sleep in my car next time, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

This hotel was disgusting and had roaches. I tried to get my money back before checking in and was told to call customer service which told me no refunds. After I checked in I saw a sign that stated no refunds after check in which is very contradictory. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The glowing reviews for this charming small hotel are fully deserved. Hotel Decatur is a gem in the old town of Hotel Decatur of stylish stone walls, dark woods, glass chandeliers, and elegant pale furniture. Breakfasts - cheeses, hams, breads, fruits, and a hot choice- and complimentary afternoon teas are selected from a small pantry room and eaten in small light filled covered courtyards.

UNPROFESSIONAL is an understatement dealing with this location. The front desk clerk, Ellis, was not helpful at all. My family and I traveled 14 hours only to have an hour debate regarding rates. There was a miscommunication between the booking agency and Oyo but the front desk clerk, Ellis, took his frustrations out on my family. Although they had issues, Oyo refused to make ANY accommodations for us. This experience was horrible!!! Please save your money and don’t waste your time!!!!!

Found this hotel last minute and was impressed with the rooms and staff. The rooms were clean and I love the fact the floors were not carpeted. Only stayed forr 1 night but I would come back.

Lowe’s is in the strip of Glenwood Rd. So many amenities to write but beautiful clean and full of stores and entertainment. Have the Dolby Theater and so much more nearby within the complex. Enjoyed my stay

DONT GO HERE. This place is TERRIBLE and this company is a scam.1.) Its sketchy as all get out.2.) The customer service is terrible.3.) I had a Covid-19 related problem and tried to cancel / get a refund and they took every bit of my money. Talked to several customer service reps, waited on the phone for a real person for 45+ mins, and came to NO solution4.) The lack of human empathy honestly blows my mind. I will NEVER stay at another OYO again. Whatever you do, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Bad location, dirty rooms with pot smells, I could not stay in that hotel and prefered to sleep in my car and not to sleep in this hotel

I have not stayed, but looking at the recent reviews, quite a few are fake and the hotel has responded to them as if they are real. If you dont want to be put in danger by fake reviews that are endorsed by the hotel owner, I would not stay here.

It could have been cleaned out a lil better

This is by far the worst hotels that I have visited. I was lucky that the reservation was messed up and hotwire arranged a hotel in dunwood. I would not be stayed If the reservation was not messed up too . Shady area and weed smoke everywhere . Not safe place

Do not waste your money or time coming here. I was fooled by the pictures and good reviews, but the room was nasty. I had to leave to find another hotel for my 2 night stay in Atlanta. Bad hotel in a bad part of town.

This place is awful. Bad customer service. After booking and paying for a room there, they didnt have anything available and was treated in a very rude manner. Do not recommend anyone to stay there.

This motel was not clean had a bad element around the motel . We canceled this stay & found other lodging. Not a good place to stay & the price was high for what you get.

Stayed a night with 3 people for $100. Awful place, it smelled strongly of cigarettes, towels also had a bad smell. Would never come back. I don’t recommend.

Nasty towels and rage smelled like smoke clean sheets. No microwave. Cost to much no iron, no closet no phone wier so I could not call front desk for help at all. The room should have been$40

Horrible, it was a hotel from a Horror movie . They had holes in the wall , bathroom door of the hinges and walls was dirty in bathroom and in room . 197 for two night . This was by far the worst hotel to experience. Drunk people everywhere. The place feels terrible. No star hotel!!!!!!!!!!

The 1st Room we looked at was not perfect ; so they gave us 2 great rooms to replace it. That is because we were a party of 3 traveling. And we needed 2beds. 😎👍

This place is horribleIts a trap/where house. I paid for my room 2 weeks in advance and they canceled my reservation to give to someone else so when I flew in from another state I was out of money and a room.

Best hotel on glenwood. You can tell that the owner/manager really cares for his customers. He is always kind and proffessional. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend.

Location is Ghetto but nothing out the normal for Glenwood Rd.

Terrible hotel (motel) rooms are poor and location attracted bad people. Didn’t even stay there, I wasn’t comfortable. Nice management.

You get what you pay for I stayed for a week and it was okay the room was clean they let me inspect my room before putting down the 100 dollar deposit that is refunded back to you in 3 to 7 business days and the front desk people was very friendly and approachable and theyre alot of restaurants and Marta near by and my room had a very small refrigerator that actually worked 😂but you could Microwave your food at the front desk because no cooking in the rooms this hotel is a 2 star so dont expect too much that little size box is the actual mini refrigerator and check in is at 3pm and check out is 10am .

The vast majority of reviews since becoming an OYO property are obvious shill reviews as many of these same reviewers submitted similar fake reviews of other OYO branded properties (as well as for other businesses).

When we arrived the smell that received us was of marijuana, the hotel in the photos looked very good but when entering the room it was horrible the change of the old and dirty that everything looked, I felt cheated apart from canceling my stay there because it gave me Im scared just thinking about sleeping in that room and they didnt return a part of the money I paid.

Rooms are filthy, stink, and filled with roaches. place doesnt refund either. dont even bother.

This Hotel is very Nasty 🤢 When I arrived I’ve seen roaches and blood 🩸 all on the Shower curtain pillow cases had stains in it and trash under the bed this is not a hotel you would want to stay in

This place is top notch for the area, the owner Mr Ken is on top of it, this is the safest hotel, theres no running in and out there is no loud BS, I highly recommend this place if you can get a booking, Oh the price is ridiculously reasonable, must try and really clean

My experience was horrible!!! Poor customer service, room wasnt what the website describe, I asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund. I would never recommend this location and I would never return.

Checked in, went to room, laid bags down, sat on bed, took a moment to look around, saw a roach coming from refrigerator, got up, grab bags, and tried to check out to be refunded, needless to say, didn’t get a refund, I don’t recommend and won’t be back.
