What an amazing experience at massage heights Decatur. Summer the Licensed Massage Therapist was amazing the message felt so soothing and relaxing. . The customer service was excellent. Will definitely sign up for membership and Recommend my friends and family .

Fantastic experience! Im not a local, but I decided to get a massage on a whim while I waited for another appointment in the area. The online booking service was straightforward. When I arrived, TJ greeted me warmly and did a short interview to discuss my needs. I was then escorted to my masseuse Jhayra who asked some additional questions and began my session. The ambiance was modern and relaxing and my massage was top-notch. This was my best impulse buy ever. Ill totally come back the next time Im in town.

My experience was revitalizing and revigourating. I totally enjoyed my session. This was my first and definitely not my last. My body feels so good and new. Great massages! I’ve had different massage therapists over the years, and I’ve had mostly positive experiences. I had Jirah today and she used good pressure and was attentive. Worth it for relaxation.My only feedback is my husband had a few of his appointments get mixed up where he scheduled but the person wasn’t there or was significantly delayed.

Me and my partner scheduled a couples massage and they accommodated us. Our masseuse Joseph and Marcia were very professional, lively and friendly. Although we were running 9 minutes late we were able to get our focus points massaged and more. I had a great and relaxing time, and so did my partner. Ive had about 4 or 5 massages here. I got a membership on my first visit because it was so good..I dont remember her name, but she wears a mask. She likes to talk but that was alright with me. Shes gives good pressure. Mr. Joseph did my last massage, and it was unlike any massage Ive ever had. I was face up, not face down, and it was unique to say the least. But it was just as good. Depending on who does the massage u may pay a few dollars more because of the tiers. Joseph is a top tier and the woman was not. The membership give you credits for free massages.

Awesome massage. So glad they called to remind me I had time on the books. I had a 2-hour appointment with Joseph and it was amazing. My right hip flexor was tight and he relaxed it enough that I noticed it instantly. Such a relief!

I’ve been member of Massage Heights Decatur for over 5 years now. The professionalism and service of this practice is truly unmatched. My masseuse Glenna does such a remarkable job every time I go in. She pays careful attention to how my body is feeling before every appointment and engages me with meaningful conversations. Time does fly during my appointments and whether you sign up for the 60 minute or 90 minute sessions, you’re sure to come out rejuvenated.

I’ve been getting massages at Massage Heights for several years to help with stress and lower back pain. The facilities are always clean, the staff is always professional and warm, and the schedule always runs on time. I only see one massage therapist there: Ayanna. She has hands of gold and a personality to match! She is responsive, accommodating, and surprisingly strong (which is good for those of us who like deep tissue massage).

Love this location! Jyra really is amazing (and I’ve tried other therapist here). In all honesty I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the therapists, but Jyra is definitely my favorite. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. She also did an amazing job while I was pregnant, which was fantastic. I’ve have a membership for a few years now and I’m so glad I do. Can’t say enough about my experience here!

I’ve had the membership for about a year now. Chavis was recommended by a friend because I was specifically looking for someone who would not aggravate the injuries and permanent damage that I have from past car accidents. He has been a tremendous help with me having a quality of life again. Prior to my consistency with scheduled appointments, I was in pain every day for years. I tried other therapists at different facilities and I always ended up in more pain than what I started with. Chavis is great! He listens to what you need and works on those problem areas. Always professional and willing to answer questions.I’ve heard the other therapists at this location are great as well, but I don’t know by personal experience.The office staff is awesome also. They are always professional AND friendly.Thank you all for such a pleasant experience. I always look forward to my monthly sessions and drive over an hour sometimes to get there. It is definitely worth it!

I have been coming here for years, I was about to cancel my membership but they are under new management, and its much better. I am not having an issue with my account. Never had an issue with my massages, and this is what had me staying, Chavis is awesome, been with him for years, but TJ and Armenta at the front desk are jewels, friendly, and awesome. Tiered massage system is a double edge sword. It makes scheduling a preferred massage therapist more difficult. In addition the new management culture needs to be careful with catering to clients so it doesnt come off as implicit bias. They still have several of the best and most professional messages therapist installed at this location shoe its definitely worth see if they will make necessary adjustments to ensure a complete balanced experience.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and it’s good. Ive found several therapists I like. The staff is always friendly and professional. The facility is clean. Their membership program is a good deal. The only downside is the parking. Most of the time I have to park across the street. Often there are not handicapped spots. If this is an issue for you, Sundays are a good day to schedule.

Marriage was very polite and assisted in any questions that I needed answered. Glenna did an amazing job in my 90 min massage. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Linda at Massage Heights Decatur has been my go to each and every time over a year or so. She is attentive to your needs and aches. She is personable and a friend. Always a great experience with her and th Decatur location. Nice ambiance and small and cozy.

A friend and I visited the Decatur location back in October. The massage therapist was amazing. The problems started at the check out desk once I was opted into a membership package. Each month my card was billed $79.99 without my signature or consent. I’ve sent emails to request cancellation back in November. That request was completely ignored. January 24th I spoke with the assistant director to request a full refund for the unauthorized charges. It’s been about 20 days and my account has yet to be refunded.I would really love to have my $239.97 back. So I’m writing this review to warn others to guard your card and watch your money because a refund or gift card must not be apart of customer service/satisfaction. Not a relaxing experience at all. Now, let’s see if the director Kasey, can enter my refund. Or will I simply get an apology. I’ll be back to give you all an update. Signed from business owner to another

Sakari was my massage therapist on my last two visits. Shes very professional and kind, her sessions were great and very relaxing. She also do recommendations on areas i need to work on and would do a follow up.

TJ Alvarado the new director is awesome she went above and beyond to fix some issue left by the former director related to my membership cancellation . She made sure to write a detailed email about my available credits and to refund me for the unjustified payement. She did all that in a professional way and with a big smile. Hat off for her kindness, patience , and great customer service . Thank you TJ for being great!

The check out process was unprofessional and I was not impressed that the owner of Massage Heights, Imoh Umoh seemed to be extremely clueless about everything. There was a customer before me quite perturbed that there weren’t any gifts for Mother’s Day. (gift bag or refreshments). I agree there wasn’t any acknowledgement for us mothers at all. He didn’t recap my service nor mention that I was being charged $20 for a hot stone massage. I would have immediately told him that I didn’t have hot stones. After seeing the $40 charge on my bank account, I called the spa twice before receiving a call back from the owner. He stated he didn’t see a hot stone service being charged. Absolute lie because I have a copy of the invoice showing $20 Hot Stone and $20 Tip. The owner never provided his name when he left a message nor when I talked to him. He didn’t apologize and show any type of ownership for their mistake. Instead he lied and offered an unethical resolution. He said he would Zelle me the $20. Why would you Zelle me? He also asked me to send a text showing a screenshot of the $40 transaction on my bank account. Why? I sent the text as requested, no response. The invoice clearly shows the charges. I still have YET to receive a refund. The integrity of the owner is highly tainted and I refuse to be serviced at this spa again. Yes it’s $20 but it’s my money and I every right to want it back and I don’t deserve to be lied to nor ignored. The audacity to increase the membership fee and deliver lack luster service. I’ve had other situations happen at the Decatur location. Unfortunately resulting in me being traumatized to have a male massage therapist ever again. I’m taking my business to the Buckhead location and prayerfully I will have a wonderful experience and feel appreciated as a member. I do want to thank two employees at the Decatur location for their assistance in this matter. To protect them from any type of retaliation or backlash I wont mention their names. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you. I also want to add that I have reached out to corporate to make a complaint. The Decatur location is trash and with a liar for an owner it’s destined for failure and piss poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Been going there for almost a year getting massaged by chavis. He does such an awesome job making me feel comfortable, and remembering my preferences at each appointment. Totally recommend him. The office staff is also super nice and helpful!

Massage was fair, but way too much of an ordeal to get in the room and actually get a massage. I filled out more forms here than I do in a doctors office. Then there was a disconnect between the masseuse and the front desk as to what massage I was getting. I will not be back until these guys scrap all the red tape

I love Massage Heights!!! The employees are very professional and polite. My therapist, Mrs.Linda, was awesome!!! She has some hands that will put you to sleep and is going to massage your entire body. for her when you are getting a massage.

Signed up for my first massage, got a call the day of, the person they had me with was not available and I was asked move appointment days. This was a very easy way to lose a new and possibly repeat customer.

Kristina was really kind and a great therapist. She gave me a complimentary add on because of a mix up with the forms. TJ is the new director and is also very helpful and informative.

Massage Heights in Decatur is a 5 star. The receptionists at the front counter are always so helpful they do there friendly reminders, there prescence is warm and welcoming. CJ my therapist was awesome. I recommend that you get a yearly membership its wonderful because if u cant go each month your credits add up so thats a plus in itself.

Quality of this place has gone significantly down hill since ownership took it over earlier in the year. My wife tried to cancel her subscription on multiple occasions and we still get monthly charges on our credit card.

Ryan at the front desk is always very kind and hospitable. Recommend seeing Joseph for a massage, you can tell hes very knowledgeable and has a great technique.

I had gotten a 90min service in which only my hamstrings, calves, and quads were worked on. Although I did list that majority of my issues are from the lower body, I still had issues with my back and hips. None was worked on, and Im still in pain with the primary issues I complained about.

I haven’t received a massage in months and decided to book one last minute. I called several massage spas and was impressed by the professionalism and availability this Massage Heights location offered. My only disappointment is that I booked a one hour massage but my massage time on the table was roughly 45 minutes. My mom went in about 10/15 minutes before me and I was fully dressed and in the waiting area approximately 20 minutes before she even came out of her massage.

I’ve come here for massages several times, and Joseph is the best therapist I’ve had. I arrived tonight to a quiet lobby and immediately felt like I’d arrived at a retreat.Joseph asked me about my current state and if I had any areas in need of focus. With him, it is never the same massage. He listens to you and then massages based on what you need - this includes what you says and what he figures out as he works. Its not the usual start on your stomach first your arm, then your leg, then your other leg then your other arm now turn massage where you know exactly what is next.He also is best if you can handle a medium/firm pressure, and he’s able to release so much tension.My entire body felt so relaxed when I left today, so my only suggestion for those reading this is to have someone drive you so you can extend the blissful feeling all the way home!Thank you again Joseph and team for an incredible massage and perfect after work retreat experience!

The customer service here has been consistently unreliable to the point of being stressful. When people at the desk make a mistake, somehow I pay the cost of it. I recently ordered a 3-pack of hot stone elevations at the end of an appointment for use at subsequent appointments. When I later attempted to use one, they said the 3-pack was not on my account AND I’d have to pay full price for 1 hot stone because I’d already had the massage. This is my seventh attempt to cancel my membership. I’ve called the front desk, sent emails, and left a voicemail, and somehow there’s never a manager available to process the cancellation. Instead of being a relaxing place for customers, it is increasingly a site of stress.

I give the place three stars because honestly the massages were excellent . Space is nice. The people are super friendly and they have a great front end process for meet and greet. They get three stars because it took them years to take a massage membership off of my credit card. Not months. Not weeks years. So go enjoy this place. They are really awesome. Just dont sign up for any memberships. They will make you go through incredible hoops to remove that membership and no amount of ID validation. Multiple phone calls, multiple visits will actually get them to do anything until you start escalating. Or if you want to remove your membership you could just start yelling. Im sure that would get their attention. Or avoid the whole problem and just dont get a membership.

The front desk receptionist and my massage therapist were very nice but after a massage this morning I can’t turn my head right - my neck started hurting. She might have been too rough on my neck and shoulder muscles, if it’s just some muscle damage, it hopefully should get better in a few days. I would also highly recommend showing up on time - I was 15 minutes late and ended up paying a 90-minute massage price even though it lasted for about an hour. It was ok overall, I think I would be open to trying a few other massage places in town to see if I can find one that offers the relaxing/Swedish massage type that usually works best for me.

Left more stressed than when I arrived. Actually prepared on leaving halfway through but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt plus i paid 80 so im not having it go to waste. The work was not uniform work done on one side was not done on the other, no specific work at all for my targeted areas and way too much hands off, enough to make me wonder what she was doing. Only thing I enjoyed was the fact that they have same day appointments.

WARNING: Do not start a membership with this establishment. They will do everything they can to continue charging you every single month on your membership even after trying to cancel it. I asked to cancel my membership on the 20th only to be told I would be charged on the 30th anyways after having my membership for almost 2 full years; thanking me for being a loyal customer however they’re not loyal to their good customers to the point that they would cancel my membership and still charge me a full $69.99 after I would have my membership cancelled anyways. I have 90 days to use 15+ hours… as a military member ordered across country and currently out of the state for the next few years….. The thanks you get as a loyal customer with this company.

I purchased a Groupon in July to try out a 60 minute massage at the Massage Heights Decatur location. It’s always a bit scary trying to find a good masseuse, especially after moving to a new place! I had a mild back injury and needed some work, so I decided to give Massage Heights a shot. I’m so glad I did! My masseuse, Ayanna, carefully and thoroughly listened to me speak on my trouble areas. During my massage, she let me know which muscle groups were inflamed and even gave a few recommendations on some at-home stretches/massages. She’s super personable and unbelievably wonderful at her job! I even signed up for the 12 month membership solely because I have been neglecting my self care, so I thought it’d be a nice treat to have a monthly massage since I sit all day for work. I just went for my 2nd appointment today, and it was just as great as the first one! I definitely recommend getting the hot stone enhancement if you have extremely inflamed muscles like myself. I’m so glad I took a gamble on buying that Groupon!

Im not sure if this is a black owned establishment but I love seeing an establishment filled with POC, providing great service!!! I got their monthly membership which is worth the money. There arent too many places in the city you can get a 60 min massage for closer to 70 dollars! Also, they have a variety of massage therapists who can do a variety of pressures and massages, youll find exactly what you need!! Highly recommend!!

Disappointed - The service is good and the staff is personable; though they find it difficult to retain the best therapists. Before committing to a monthly fee, you must commit to never falling behind on massages. Ive been a member since 2015; and even though my location closed and they were not fully operational during covid, I decided to maintain my membership. It seemed like the right thing to do at the time. I now have two years of accumulated massage credits that I can only use if I keep buying more each month. I offered to renew my wifes membership if I could transfer some of those to her and they refused. Now shes not interested, I remain disappointed. Im usually a 5 star reviewer, but folks need to know.

I’ve called twice, asked in person twice, and sent a request in writing to cancel the membership and they still have not done it. Meanwhile they’ve charged me for another month. Per their rules, If you do manage to get your membership canceled, you lose the unused massage credits you already paid for. Glenna is professional and attentive. I never feel like Im being rushed in or out. Ive tried a few therapists and shes one of my favorites so far. She takes her time and adjusts pressure as needed. She gives good feedback after the session as well. Linda is another therapist at this location who gives valuable feedback. I need to know how to care for my body and both of these therapists are knowledgeable and give practical advice thats easy to follow.Ive had one complaint in the past and management addressed it immediately. Thats how great customer service looks and that will keep me coming back.

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years now and everything was great until these past 2 months. My last FOUR appointments with Larina got cancelled on the day of my appointment. All 4 times I was given a call 2-3 days before and the appointment was confirmed and then 2-3 hours before my appointments, I get a call with the EXACT SAME excuse saying “she is sick” So extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time! Time to cancel my membership and move to a different franchise. So disappointing!!

Ive been a member for years but hadnt been to the Decatur location. When the location at North Druid Hills closed I finally gave it a try and am glad that I did. Very welcoming staff at the front counter and both of the massage therapist Ive seen, Rodrick and Joseph have been excellent. I recommend the membership, its a great deal price wise and it helps to ensure you take care of yourself on a regular basis. Cant wait for my next session.

Best massage I ever had and I’ve been seeing therapists across the US for 10+ years. As a physical therapist, I’m very particular about having the right amount of pressure and making sure the right muscles are being addressed. Joseph knew exactly what needed to be worked on and always checked the motion to make sure the muscle was released. He was amazing!

Not a Happy Mother’s Day to me, thanks to Massage Heights Decatur. At home with a crying child. Will arrive late. My two options: cancel and pay 50% or drive all the way there and pay full price for half a massage. The girl who answered the phone showed no concern at all and gave me no other option. Even on Mother’s Day she didn’t even try to give me a break. I hope your policy is more important to you than your repeat business. After I said I would just cancel, she hung up on me! So rude! Definitely won’t be back to this location. And when my annual membership is up I’m not renewing it.Update: A couple days later, the same person who spoke to me on the phone called and left an unapologetic message to let me know that they refunded the 50% charge on my CC.

I have a membership here, and go regularly for massages. Overall the staff here is very friendly. The prices are good with the membership. The therapists vary.There is one therapist I love, Joseph. He is very firm, and I have pretty severe pain in my back. He really takes care of it. However, some of the therapists give kind of soft, relaxing massages. That’s also good for some people, but I come in with genuine back issues, and sometimes leave still in pain.If you really need someone who understands muscles, and the human body, I highly recommend Joseph.

I just moved to Decatur and I was looking for a massage therapist anyways when I fell down a flight of stairs and really injured my back. There were so many places to choose from but after reading the reviews and seeing how easy it was to book online - I decided to go with Decatur Heights. I get massages about 4-8 times a year and usually from individuals instead of companies although I have had them at places similar to this before in other cities. The massage I received at Decatur Heights was honestly the best I have ever received in my life. I left the studio absolutely glowing and feeling 100X better than I did when I arrived.They didnt push me at all but I asked them if I could get a monthly membership. Im so happy that I will be able to go back to them at such a good price with my Membership.The building appeared over staffed (YAY! - I hate when places dont have enough staff) and I didnt wait at all.My massage therapist was Khadija and Im not kidding - she is magical. I was so relaxed and really enjoy the parts of the massage where we talked AND when we didnt talk.I am a very satisfied customer and I am excited to go back.

I have really enjoyed my membership over the last several months here. The masseuses do a great job. The only issue occurred recently when a masseuse was out and they said they left me a voicemail but I had no missed calls or voicemails on the day they said they left it and I got both a confirmation text and email confirming my appointment the day before and the day of. The exact same thing happened to the man checking out beside me today. He never received a voicemail and also received the confirmation texts of the appointment. I’m not sure what is wrong with the system because apparently it’s happening to several customers but overall the massages are very quality.

I booked with one person and when I arrived they had changed the person without me knowing. It was an older person who used her elbows for most of the session and the next day my muscles were in pain not sore but I’m pain. They said they were going to have the manager call however she calls from a private number. I don’t answer private calls. I ask for corporate number and no one seems to have the number. Three weeks later and Still no communication but I can’t book with the person I want a message from. I can cancel my membership and spread the word on how horrible your service is! And I’m also requesting a refund of my money back for January! CROOKS

They are definitely on time, and very organized. when my husband and I arrived for our appointment, we were about 10 mins late due to traffic, but they still showed us love the entire time we were there. Everyone was kind and polite. My massager name was Andre and he did a AWESOME✨ job he talked to me about the pressure points that I wanted to have him work on but overall, I will be going back soon and I will be telling my family and friends about Massage Heights. The message itself was good. But Beware. I reserved online and was given a total price of $70. But because I had been a member more than 2 years ago, they didnt honor that price and charged me $130 as a non member. I entered my email and phone online so they knew when I reserved that I was a past member; they waited until checkout to tell me.There are many other places that offer hiqh-quality massages for a lower price. A little consideration would have gone a long way but apparently they have more business than they need. I was considering rejoining but I am going to take my business elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance, I called and scheduled my first massage for 2hrs after an extensive work week. I scheduled the appointment on my birthday so I was eager to go and enjoy something for myself. These people called me 3hrs before my appointment to say that the therapist THEY selected for me over the phone could only do a 1hr massage and I could either cancel appointment or reduce to 1hr. This was a tremendous inconvenience and the appt was canceled. All week to review and correct the matter, then offered me nothing to rectify THEIR mistake, and just huge demonstration of poor customer service before even ever receiving their services once.

The atmosphere was wonderful very peaceful and calming. My therapist was cool. This was my first time getting a massage and I definitely enjoyed it. The stay was friendly and welcoming. Very persuasive with that membership as well lol

The lead Therapist is wonderful. I was in a lot of pain, and couldnt get to my usual person. Her deep tissue gave me some good relief. The staff was nice and welcoming also. If I leave my current therapist, this will be the place.
