JUST SMOKE

The atmosphere is all Id ever want in a smoke/vape shop. They always give me all the answers for all of my questions I have when I go in. They always have my vape juice in when I go in. I highly recommend this store. You will not be disappointed!!

This place is off the chain and I’m going to have a great time after walking into this place. They sell pretty much everything a smoke shop should and tons of things I wasn’t expecting. Don’t miss out and stop by!

This place is overcharging who they can when they can. Make sure you ask for a price check in Springtown because any other town in Parker County they won’t abide by. They only price check wise county on every other occasion. As well I have to explain this every time I’m in the store. They should honestly just lower their prices to match the surrounding counties. People should NOT have to ask for a “price check” when you are just gouging the prices to begin with.

I started going to this location the first day they opened a few years ago. Jessica and Khalid are fantastic! They are immensely patient with the continuous onslaught of questions I have about new products as well as the rapid fire info I spew about my passions. They help me find what product works best for me, especially Jessica. She walks me through each product I am looking at, so I understand and feel comfortable before I purchase. Yes, the products are good and yes, the prices are decent; but its the wonderful experiences that I have had with Khlaid and Jessica that will keep me as a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Whats up with the chics at this store? Its like they are in a s@^t mood. Im sorry you dont feel like working today, but I need some help. The associate who helped me last didnt know what she was doing and popped a piece off my coil, making it no good. Hey, thats like a $5 coil. Not going back, theres another vape store where the people are super nice and helpful. By the way, I buy a new mod monthly.

I go to the store for about 6 months I enjoy the quality services I recommend people who vape come over there they got beautiful posters and they got outstanding oil and filters in modules

The posters that are being hung in the window for all to see are extremely inappropriate. I called and spoke to a female manager who said she would turn them around yesterday to only be displayed inside of the store. She did, but today there are more facing outside. I would love to speak to the owner about this issue. I think a great compromise is having them solely for your customers who enter the store and not for children passing by.

Bought 2 vapes $64 one puffed twice returned 3 days later they stand by their products obviously and that’s not cool. I have spent lots of money their and they treated me like trash. Really sucks the girls are great that work there though

Prices are outrageous, and the girl with the glasses, gauges, and colored hair is awful. Not only is she rude, but she overcharged my card. The music she was playing also was completely inappropriate for customers. She was condescending as well as rude. I have never Experienced such treatment from any vape shop until I came to this one. Either fix this or you’ve lost my business .

Shelf says one price, cashier adds a couple bucks to the total to see if you notice. Yes, I noticed. She pretended it was an accident. Think how much $$$ she makes per day ripping people off. WATCH YOURSELF SHOPPING HERE. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. Also, the young women working there arent very friendly, which isnt a big deal, but dont be rude AND try to scam people. Pick a struggle.Wont. Go. Back.

Over priced, and nonstop drama discussed in the store from Cassie. Fire her and get a new person. She’s rude to customers, always disappears to smoke in front of the store, and discusses inappropriate things that shouldn’t be said in front of customers.
