The Palace Foot & Body Massage

My husband and I visit this amazing place at least 2x a month. We have our people that we really love and it never disappoints. The foot massages are great and I especially like the back massages! Super relaxing and the decor inside is really cool too :-)

This place is wonderful. I was visiting my mom, and I went there twice. The massages are terrific. Ive had the 1 hour foot and the 1 hour full body. I highly recommend both. Larry was the masseuse for both, and he was amazing. If I lived in Delray, I would be there weekly!

My sister and I had foot massages next to each other. The man doing her massage would start laughing in a low tone every few minutes. It was so weird. My guy was belching here and there. He rubbed the front of my shin so hard, I developed a huge bruise on my left leg. When he switched to the right side, he didn’t do the same amount of massage on my right foot. It was totally uneven. Then I hear a women’s voice telling me we were done.They switched people at the very end when pushing down on my thighs. Terrible experience.😔

Chinese lady at the front desk completely crazy will make all kinds of mistakes with your appointments then will blame at you with no respect and in a very unprofessional way be aware she is crazy yesterday was my last day going there because of her I was spending about $ 800 a month... to be treated like garbage by her.She never give me her Mgr or Owner Ph to let them know about what this is doing with great clients...

Today I clearly got cheated there. I went for the third time but I stated Id take an hour this time as the previous times I only took a half hour. I paid in advance at 2.10 pm by credit card so we started about 2.15. At 2.40 Anna tells me my hours up. I told her it wasnt even a half hour yet but she said, No, its been an hour. I then pulled out of my wallet the visa tab which clearly showed the time being 2.10 but she still argued the point, even though I LITERALLY BROUGHT THE RECEIPTS! Buyer beware !

Today was my first experience and I can’t say but wonderful things about the place. Kelly did a fantastic job on the combo masssge …body and feet for an hour. Will definitely return soon.

I feel worse then when I came!! The worse massage and experience I have ever had getting a massage. To be told by the receptionist that their just being lazy is just horrible customer service. I called and asked for deep tissue and literally just had someone rubbing and caressing my body instead of massaging the knots out of my shoulders as I requested. Halfway through the massage, I couldn’t take it anymore. It literally felt like he was tickling me. He was rubbing me so softly it felt very uncomfortable. I expressed my concerns and the manager brought someone else which literally did the same thing there was no consistency with the way either guy Massage they literally could have cared less where they felt my knots. They overlooked them and continue to caress instead of massage. I got up in the middle of my massage paid full price and left. I will never come here again. If you want a real massage, I would advise you find somewhere else to go.

The Palace foot& massage spa is very clean and nice. The rooms are very comfortable.Julie give me a very good massage , she removed my pain in somes muscles. Very professional and a nice Chinese masso.She has strong hands and you really appreciate your massage. I’ll be back every week.

I had a gift certificate , could not believe how awesome that was. I know where I’m going to get all my Christmas presents for my friends. My wife and I visit the one on Okeechobee, which is very good but I like this one better.

90-minutes once or twice per month for about a year now. Always love it - sorry for my snoring if you see me.

This was my first time here. I had a 50 minute foot massage, 10 minute neck rub. Kevin, who apparently is relatively new, gave me an outstanding massage. Kevin checked in with me periodically to make sure the pressure was right for me. It was perfect. The receptionist who checked me out, whose name I regretfully forget (Caucasian woman), was pleasant and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Today was my first time there. I had a 60 min. Massage with Jorge and it was hands down one of the best massages Ive ever had. That hour felt like minutes!! It was amazing! I walked out purchasing a gift certificate for my husband and I both!! So I will definitely be returning!

I have been going here for about a year. If u want a great full.body massage, ask for Linda. I see every other week and this woman truly takes care of my pains. I am so happy I found this place.

A friend referred me to this place for awesome foot massage. I visited with a friend and we got a 1/2 hour body and 1/2 hour foot massage. It was amazing! My neck and shoulders are always tight and ache so I usually want a deep tissue massage to release tension but never really get it. I got a true deep tissue here and they hit the correct pressure points. And because it’s actually affordable, I will be returning in a couple of werks and hope to go regularly. Loved it ❤️ 😃

Loved the service and the price! I booked my sister and myself combo foot and body massages here for the next day. Place was clean, staff efficient and friendly, they wore masks, at our request (immune-compromised family member) and accommodated our last-minute add-in. Great massages by Jorje and Coco. Very good massage, Tom had me and did a great job. Youre to give 20% tip though, its expected regardless... shouldnt be, should be your desicion in regards to the service you receive. In this case I was happy with my massage so no problem to tip as requested.

I love foot massages! This one was close by for my 3 out of town guests.I made appointments for 3 days for them and the first day my one guest said that even though he asked for a hard massage, it was mediocre at best.The second day we had to switch the appointment to later afternoon.We made the changes with the owner himselfWhen we arrived, we were told that no appointment was in the books!The owner forgot to put it in and we would have to wait an hour.No thanks. Thats just poor management.They did give us a gift certificate to come back. For 30 min massage.Even though we had booked for 60 minute massages. Sheesh. Really???

Today I went for a 90 minute combo.(60 min body & 30 min foot) and it was amazing! I have neck & shoulder trigger points, so I did the 60 min body/30 min foot combo vs the standard 30 body/30 foot. This was my choice after speaking with the man at the front desk. There was no attempt to up sell at all. How refreshing is that!?Leo was a wonderful massage therapist. He knew exactly where to work, and applied firm, deep pressure to release my trigger points.90 minutes later I emerged as a new person. After sitting in a hospital chair for a week with a family member I was so stiff and wiped out. This restored me back to feeling great mentally & physically. And, the prices are very reasonable.If you’re debating...pick up the phone and make an appointment. You will be happy you did! I have had many massages before at different spa settings, but this beat them all!

My best and I went to get a massage and its ok good but I wish I had more work done on my hands and feet. My bestfriend had George I had Tom she said hers was wonderful. I want wandeful for next time for you. I didnt get stone on my leg I didnt get hand massage he just pull it. Maybe next time I will ask for George.

Dont usually review but this time had to. Had a combo back and foot massage with Mia... Absolutely fantastic experience and highly highly recommend! Very detailed in both areas with deep tissue and technique. Will be my regular place to visit now. Note: not easy to find a true professional who truly knows the craft...thank you!!

Had a full body massage by JoJo. She was amazing.! Had lower back pain and really focused on it. Relaxful and Theraputic.

Went in for foot massage and it was clean, professional, and a FANTASTIC MASSAGE. My nagging foot pain went away and I can walk again for first time without a compression sleeve. The guy massues knew what he was doing and how much pressure to apply where.

This place should be out of business. They have massage therapists who are unskilled, untrained, and are causing injuries. Not one redeeming thing to say about this place.

Second visit,,,,,,,first pleasure,,,,,,,the man today didnt introduce himself ,,,,,,was rough even through I keep saying he was too violent,,,,,,He did the majority of massage with towel wrapped on his hands,,,,,,,when he used the massage oil ,,,,,,,very little I left with red friciton marks on my arms,, The room temp not comfortable,,,,, He didnt cover my shoulder and honestly want out,,,,,,,,,,,,,got up ,,,,,,,,dressed,,,,,,,,paid their fee,,,,,,,,,,,The manager offered me FREE half hour if I paid for half hour,,, I am older and told the man I had hiztory of fractures,,,,,,,,,,,didnt understand,,,,,was waste of time and money to be misstreated,,,,,,,,,I dont usually post criticism , THIS WAS deserved

It wasnt what i expected for a first timer they didnt even tell me what to do i got a couples massage i wanted to be in the same room and all they had were cubicals seperate ones at that ill be trying somewhere else next time
