Nice employees. The only problem is they NEVER, since February have 2% nicotine on any flavor other than today and mint flavor. I like all the people that work there though

My experience was not good. The employee there was not knowledgeable about their products. I chose a SMOK Nord C Pod thinking that SMOK is a quality brand. It stopped working in 2 weeks. Doing some research, I found a lot of people were having the same problem as I was with the Nord C. The store would not stand behind the product in any way, shape or form - wouldnt even make an effort to help. I prefer South Side Vape in Delray.

Best vape shop around! It all started with a vape I bought for $40 in my old shop that I broke and bought a new one here for $25. They have constant deals on vape juice and a reward system that has gotten me back hundreds of dollars to spend here from my years of coming here. They also have a decent selection of glass and quartz, also at good prices. The store is super clean and organized and even better since the renovation. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I have no idea what coils my vapes use I just show it to them and shrug and they find it in seconds. Plus they have a kava bar attached that also sells Kratom for great prices, and there’s always good music playing. I’ll be coming here even when I move from Delray, keep it up USA Vape!!

Not only am I from out of town, but also from Canada. The juice that I have access to in my local shop is mostly Canadian and not so bad but there really is no selection. My family and I came down to DelRay for a holiday and I noticed USA Vape right away since it is on the same street as where I am staying. Thinking Id give it a shot, I went in the other evening and Im so happy I did. I need to say that Jules was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the whole vibe in there is very professional and chill. Totally unlike many vape shops Ive been in as the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly - no pressure at all. Their selection of mods/kits is amazing and the prices are totally fair. For me, being from Canada, the prices were actually better than back home, but mainly the selection on hand was impressive. The most exciting thing for me however was the selection of juice. Man. Its like Ive been vaping under a rock by myself this whole time. I ended up grabbing three 100ml bottles and a 60ml bottle all of which I am so pumped about. Flavours that Im so upset I wont be able to replenish for a long time. Im already planning one more trip back to the store to buy way too many more bottles to bring home with me.You vape? Go there, you wont be disappointed (take it from a Canadian eh)

I got there early because I had to go to work. And they were so perfectly on time I was relieved!! The young lady there (on 12/18/23) was so helpful!!

This smoke shop is so cool. Sounds like a juvenile word, but it really is super cool. The store is large and connected to a hookah lounge, which my sister and I will def be going to one of these nights. They have so many items from nicotine vapes and cartridge holders for any type of vape cart you may be using to hookahs,kratom, and various types of Delta products, which Ive never tried before. I just got the nicest cart holder ever as Im clearly behind in keeping up with whats new in the smoke shop world. Ill come back to update on the 2 pre rolled deltas. We shall see what they do 😉 If youre a smoker of any kind, trust me, go take a little trip to the shop. Youll be your own version of Charlie in Willy Wonkas shop.

They are always extremely friendly, they are always very helpful and honest. If I ever had any problem with anything it was always corrected immediately with no questions no questions. A good vape store and honest

Got a huge selection I bought a vape while there and my boss got some pods and juice. The prices were very reasonable and if you like kratom theyre connected to a kava bar.

I was pleasantly surprised at this store. Its broken up into 2 sections with one being a smoking lounge. The young man I spoke with was very pleasant and seemed pretty knowledgeable. He showed me products Ive not seen and had good knowledge about the products. I ended up buying several items from his recommendations. I can see myself going back to this place again for my vaping needs.Update: they have recently expanded and now take up about 1/3 of the building between the two sides. The selection has grown and I am there every week to buy more products. Using the Clover app Ive been able to save points to get decent discounts on the stuff I buy.

They sell knock off Elf Bars, Ive reached out to them and went to store and showed an employee the difference in 2 units, no one has reached out for explanation. make sure you get what you expect when buying there by careful when you buy there

Ive had hit or miss experiences here. Sometimes I go in and its great. Other times not so much. Staff is always nice but lack knowledge of their inventory. A few time Ive gone there in the afternoon only to realize theyve closed an hour early. They do have a very wide selection of things so thats nice

I spent almost $200 dollars on my first trip here and had a problem with a mod after 7 days with it randomly shutting off I brought it in to exchange it for the same product reciept in hand the guy at the counter was very helpful and agreed on the exchange he called the manager and he told him to not exchange the product at all and tried to sell me a battery charger claiming it was wrong to charge the batteries with the USB CHARGING port. Its unbelievable I like the store the staff are great management however possibly needs a change

Great atmosphere!Grab your favorite juice or ask for exactly what you want and they wont dump some old stock juice to you just to get rid of it like some vape stores we wont mention. Grab a relaxing alternative beverage and talk shop as long as you want to stay. No rush to get out and the staff will give their honest opinion for whats the best or what will fit your needs. Im always up for a recommendation and am never let down. The owner is a great guy who is usually available for the more hard core vapors questions.Keep this quiet but they have the best prices on premium juice I can find. Even beat other shops prices who make their own juice. Plus they have every style mod youd ever want or need. Coils n parts too! By far the best in the county n Ive been everywhere.

Place is sweet and attendants are helpful. I went in there (10/12 around 9:15 AM) and bought some salt nic juice and was greeted quickly by a friendly man who worked there. They have a really good selection and their prices didn’t vary from the other vape stores. I strongly recommend and want USA Vape to stick around for awhile. I will return for my pods/juice.

I am in here atleast 4-5 times a week. The staff greets me by name, which is awesome. Everyone is so nice, and helpful, and knowledgeable of their job. I love this place. :)

The quick and friendly service is still the same as it was when it first opened. Me and my mom use to go there to get cigarettes made. The place has really upgraded . And I definitely will be a frequent customer again!!!!Keep up the great work 👍🏿👍🏿

I was experiencing a lot of back pain, the employee recommended I take RE-LAX CBD to help me with this. They sell you broken items. Battery would charge but upon applying the cartridge it wouldnt work. The baby beast I purchased from them constantly leaks no matter how tight i make it or how often I clean it. They also like to lie to their employees and fire them under false pretenses. Overall, if they lie to their employees then they dont care about their customers. They are a bunch of sales people trying to make a profit off the next person.

Best prices in Delray Beach. Best selections on juices and vapes. I will not go anywhere else. After shopping here, i feel like every vape store ive been to in the past has ripped me off. Not to mention knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love this place. One more thing! They have loyalyy rewards!

Honestly I just walked up to the door it was locked. The employee says through the glass we are closed I said to him your google listing says 10pm it’s not even 9:30. He shrugs his shoulders and continues to talk to his friend who he had hanging out in the shop. Not to mention they never have any of my favorite juice in stock and they sell vapes and don’t keep the coils/ pods for them in stock. I suggest taking the trip a few miles towards the beach to a vape store that has inventory and is open the time their listing says.

Make sure you call the store before you go- this is the 2nd time Ive gone off the hours posted online and the people are shutting or locking the doors in front of me, super frustrating. It would be helpful if they posted their hours somewhere.

Younger girl who works there wouldn’t sell me a vape. I’m a 24 year old from out of state. She said my ID was fake just because it was from out of state. I told her my address on the ID and all other questions she asked and she said sorry no. They lost my business forever because of this employee. I hope she gets fired.

Awesome spot with all the goods. Dont get confused by the gay ass kava bar next door. Their doors are close together but theyre total different stores/owners and the kava guys will tell you they dont know where it is...wth is that? Awesome vape store : )
