Maxed Out Vape

The two gentlemen I had met at the store were more than happy to assist me with my purchase and upon calling a few minutes ago Preston who was one of the guys who were working on my first visit to their store was again so very polite and helpful! I reside at the beach in Lewes, de area and I am a disabled person who requires a driver to take me an hour up to three business and when I kindly asked him if I could possibly call tomorrow morning to see if they still have the vape I like but he said shockingly that he has already set them aside! Now customers and potential customers this is what I call beyond the call of duty and besides that there store is fully stocked and as clean as a whistle!

Absolutely love this place. Its more expensive then around but the employees always understand your situation. Had a issue coils kept burning out within a day. He looks at how Im hitting the vape realizes Im hitting it too fast. Then finds out the juice Im using is utter garbage on coils. Gave me tips showed me the best juice to use and what to stay away from. Havent had a issue since.

Love this place! I recently went there and the vape that I got was $5 cheaper than before. So I asked if it was on sale because of the 4th of July? Dude said... nope, our vendor sells them cheaper to us now, so were able to sell them cheaper to you. I thought 🤔 Thats awesome, they couldve made a bigger profit but instead, they chose to help their customers!!👍 Theyre also very down to earth people. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Theyll help you with everything you need vape-wise.I highly recommend this vape shop! 💯

Best vape shop around, hands down! The shop is exceptionally clean, all the staff are ALWAYS kind and friendly and they are knowledgeable about all of their products. No pressure, and they never make you feel rushed if you have questions or problems. They truly listen and want to give you the best experience and products that work for you. I recently had an issue where I broke my glass, it was close to their closing time, but Don stayed late to get me fixed up and on my way. Aaron and Preston know exactly what products I want when I come in on my regular stock up days. They all provide exceptional customer service! Ive been going to this shop for 6 years and they will always have my business! Highly recommend this shop!

For five years I’ve seen this business handle Covid restrictions, handle drive ups when your with kids. They have always had an up to date and unbeatable supply of flavors, brands and products for every need. Not to they are top tier with customer service, from answering every questions, discussing personal life, or kickin it to watch football games on Sundays. Worth the trip! Don’t waste time or money going anywhere else.

The guy at the counter was super friendly and assisted me in getting the e-juices I wanted with 0mg in it (after another shop sold me the e-juices with 3mg and 4.8mg in it when I specifically asked for 0). Way better prices than the other shop I went to. Showed me what flavors they sold of the brand I liked. Out of the 3 vape shops I visited, this was the only place to ask to see my ID-the fact that the other two didnt I found mildly concerning. Will be coming back here soon.

Pretty much the only store I go to for my products. Staff is insanely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you understand how to use your coils, tanks...whatever. Never felt pressured to buy expensive mods and always feel like they have my best interest in mind when I shop there l. Highly recommend. Never had a bad experience

Great customer service! The minute you walk in they greet you. The staff is so nice and kind. They are willing to take the time out to help you with anything. I have been going here since me and my fiancé been together which is five years and I can say this I will not go to no other vape shop but maxed out. My service will continue at maxed out. You can’t beat there prices of everything from vape juice to the actual vape pen itself. And at least with maxed out you know the vape is a good one because Don or Aaron or the other guy I can’t remember his name (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) will suggest one too you that will probably fit your needs and tell you about each one they show you such as there pros and cons of them. The guys there can tell you everything about each product there without hesitation. I highly recommend maxed out vape!!!!

Always such a helpful crew! The main reason I was finally able to get my mom & I to quit smoking cigarettes! We can breathe a lot easier now and their flavor and brand selection is impeccable.

Since I came here I’ve completely quit smoking cigarettes and feel so much better. I’ve been coming for A little over a year now and wont go anywhere else they have a great selection, good prices and the staff are always so welcoming and knowledgeable

Location, Location, Location!! Great location, close to home and work. Great costumer service, whether beginner or expert theres always a helping hand. Knowledgeable in their industry, very few if any questions go unanswered. If theres a chance they dont have an answer on hand, they will go out of their way to find a resolution. Awesome people, very clean shop one if not the best shops around.

Shop has the biggest selection of mods and tanks around. Ive been to 15 or so and no one compares. Maxed out supports local juice makers which is great also. Dont tell the owner but his prices on all mods and tank beat every other store in a 30 mile radius.

My first time shopping here because my regular store that I go to have been out of my coils for over a week. Walked in was greeted right away by the friendly staff that made me feel at home right away. Was helped as soon as I walked in the door within seconds I had the product I needed and was very impressed. This will be my new go to store for my vaping needs. Everytime I go here everyone is really knowledgeable and helpful. Great spot for new vapers and advanced ones. Little shop has a great personality of employees. They also practice battery safety, took in my batteries that needed to be rewrapped and they had no problems taking care of them. Id recommend this vape shop to anyone.

I am new to vaping, but this store came highly recommended by my friends. I was weary about vaping in general, and the owner himself took the time to set up my new vape, and answer all 30 of my questions. When I had issues they were quick to resolve them and put me at ease. Every stop I make back to the shop I’m always greeted well, and receive great customer service by ALL of they employees. Each stop in is at least 20 min as they let me taste and decide on my next adventure in juice. But quick on their toes when I’m in rush. I’ve been to other vape shops where they push products, and don’t give real recommendations, but not this place. They are always honest, and are not all about the money. They truly made me feel comfortable and I will not go anywhere else.

Customer service is on point. Don and Aaron are super knowledgeable. Best juice selection in town. Devices and hardware ranging from beginner to hobbyist. Will be a return customer for years to come.

The guys a pretty great here and are very familiar with the product. Also they have a chill store for people to hang at. If you aren’t sure what you want, they for sure could help you sort it out.

Amazing prices, large selection, knowledgeable staff and easy going atmosphere. Their prices are comparable if not cheaper then online. Other stores act like Im wasting their time but these guys were very helpful and courteous.

I really liked this place for their juice collection. The guy that helped me and my boyfriend was really nice and he knew what he was talking about. All in all it was a great experience I will definitely visit again if I have the chance.

Employee gave me a crazy attitude when I showed him my ID. Refused to serve me because of the way I presented my ID.... insane. EDITI didn’t know vape juice was so serious that I couldn’t even look at the merchandise without having my id scrutinized beforehand... this store’s employees are so uptight they apparently can’t handle someone nonchalantly dropping an id on the counter without telling them to get out of the store. Apparently because I’m here working the firefly festival and had my wristband on, I wasn’t worthy of being a patron. If y’all are taking offense at casual swearing I’m not surprised, your employee acted like a child too.

I quit over 2 years ago thanks to vaporizers and their selection of both equipment and flavors continue to change and grow so customers have tons of choices to help stay off cigarettes. Where do I start , I started going to maxed out when it first opened and immediately loved it management is over the top and really makes the atmosphere great and I enjoy spending down time there they have a very warm welcoming environment and make you wanna come back there not like other shops around the tri state area where all you want to do is get what you want and get out they make it to where you want to come back they have an excellent assortment and have everything you could possible need and there in a great spot for locals I dont have to drive 25 mins to deal with people that dont welcome people I can come to maxed out and loose track of time with how great it is

Ive purchased too battery from max out vape my mod was bad and the battery wasnt fully charged wouldnt keep a charge so they wanted me to purchase too more thats what I not doing wasnt treated fairly I wont go back there.
