Beyond Vape & Smoke

Came in a few weeks ago looking for a specific battery. They said they didnt have it, but said they would order since I asked. Called to see if they ever ordered it and they did! I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly staff.

This has been my local vape shop for many years. They have a wide range in products now not just vape. Tons of 420 vaporizers, disposables, glass for wax and flower, edibles, CBD, Kratom and more. If by chance they do not have what you are looking for they can special order products for you too! If you are on a buy they do have clearance items on liquids and devices not the top of the line but hey it’s definitely something to get you buy for sure. Very reputable brands from Smok, Voopoo, Vaporesso, Geek Vape and many more. The customer service is great I’ve never seen a staff that has so much knowledge in their products. Any questions I have on new or old products they have the answers for it. One thing that’s new that they didn’t have in the past is Order online and Pick up in store. Happy they have this feature now especially when I need that quick pick up and in a rush to get somewhere. lolAnywho definitely worth check out if you are in the area or just passing bye. First time here, had a great experience. Farley did a rebuild for me and was great and recommending some juices. Complimentary build when you spend $20+ is a nice selling point. They have an actual build station where you can sit down. Very clean and organized inside. Only downside is that I wish they had more juices. What they have is good quality stuff though. Ill definitely be back.

Came in for some Hellbeast coils, got a 5 pk of those and the suggested dessert vape the VERY courteous attendant grabbed for me. I would also recommend it! Its CloudVaporys Carolina Cookies Cloud Patrol, 80ml at 6mg, all ina ll it was 40 some odd dollars, dont forget to tip!!

Ive been here twice and I keep forgetting the guys name but he always hell us with questions we have or when recommending vapes. Great customer service. The only question I have is why are prices on their website and in store different? I would assume getting a better deal in store than on the site. Also if the variety in vapes was the same as online it would be great.

Chill vibe, loved the decor and atmosphere. They have a good selection of products, the guy helped us right away and gave recommendations on vapes we might like. Will be back for all my vape supplys.

Love this shop. Cant recall my guy with long hairs name but he is dope. Always I formative and helpful. Plus he always on it with the upsells. Dude a gem for real. I wish I had salesmen/women like him back when I was managing sales.

This spot is honestly awesome, and they have A TON OF DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF JUICES....SALT AND REGULAR! They also had a cool little vape bar, and they were super helpful in assisting me with finding something that was just right. Went in to just get one type of juice, and ended up leaving with four! Haha...prices were good, and they had a buy 3 get 1 free on every single juice in the shop so that definitely persuaded me to get more of them of course. Thanks for the help guys and Ill definitely be back for more!

Had an awesome experience. The store manager I think his name was Jeremy help me out to find out what I needed. I will definitely will be coming back here because of his service and his knowledge.

They are great at selling you product but close down when it comes to getting customer service. Completely shut me down about a device I purchased less than two months ago, and could not provide me with the adequate information to go through manufacture warranty, instead they kept trying to sell me more stuff. I understand return policies but two but less than two months is robbery. Pretty bummed, purchase alot of products from them but I will not be returning ever and just go out of my way to go somewhere else.

I was calling around different shops, looking for a very specific product, and unfortunately they didnt have it here... But... The gentleman Santos that helped me out on the phone was extremely knowledgeable about all vape products, he was patient and really helpful. Amazing customer service skills. Its a shame they didnt have my mod, but i will definitely be shopping here for all my other vape products from now on.

This place was definitely cool has a nice atmosphere good pricing and fast customer service. Knowledgeable staff in regards to the product which includes batteries mods pod Vapes and juices of every flavor and variety. Definitely ask about their CBD products helps me with my anxiety and pain. Would recommend this place to friends and family and anyone. Honestly I think its the best shop in town.

Best Vape store I know - not quite as cheap as online, maybe, but a great selection, and they have ALWAYS had the sub-ohm coils I need in stock, even when Ive used some pretty unusual tanks. The entire staff is always helpful, with at atmosphere that doesnt make a casual vaper feel like an outsider.

Love the service and so far I am happy with all the products I have purchased there. People are very helpful and friendly, I always recommend people to go there.

I came here to buy a starter kit and some juice after not vaping for 3-4 years. The staff have been patient with me as I learn about how to use and care for my vape haha. Ive gone back a couple of times for (what I thought were) problems, and Ive had no problem getting help. These folks are awesome!

Great staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeremy is a stand out guy and is eager to help you out. Probes on dome items are a bit too high but over all they’re fair.

I received Amazing customer service from GABE. He took his time trying to help me find a juice to replace the Cloud princess that Faded Vapes stopped making a few years ago. I vaped for 6 years till they stopped making it and now 3 years later I really need to find a juice that can make me feel like I use too and stop smoking cigarettes again Gabe thanks so much for your assistance in trying to help me find something to try I liked.

Beyond Vape is that well rounded vape store you cant trust. Moving from Seattle to LA they have Beyond Vape in each city - if I need coils or a good vape they know and have what you need. Good group of gentlemen very relaxed and good atmosphere. Of course we all wish ejuice was cheaper but theyre competitive with typical online prices for ejuice. Definitely will be back
