Nice little hair salon. Parking can sometimes be challenging, but just drive around the shopping center and youll be able to find a spot. The staff are very friendly and do an excellent job!

Catherine Palmer has been doing my hair for the last 6 yrs. Everything about her is just AMAZING! Its very hard to find someone who can do curly hair! She has done everything from dying, highlighting, styling and cutting my hair. I went to her when I decided to cut my hair short. She made me feel at ease. She cut about 10 inches off!! My whole family gets haircuts from Catherine, so happy we found her!!

Catherine is a rockstar! She is so patient, kind and understands exactly what you want. I went for the first time and quite honestly was nervous, but after speaking with her I was confident she would do an amazing job, and she did! Love my haircut & highlights! She is brilliant!

After 16 years with Desiree, who was absolutely amazing every single time, she had to move on. I was devastated as I’ve trusted no one else with my hair. Catherine Palmer came to JM and was highly recommended. Even though I was nervous about a new person taming my mane, I gave Catherine a shot and she did a FABULOUS job; I absolutely love these new highlights and have received so many compliments! Had made an appointment with Madeline for a Groupon and additional root touch up. She messaged me 2 days back to double check what I wanted and to move my appointment and I happily obliged. Then today I came to the salon and texted her as I arrived. I waited patiently for 30 minutes and then reminded her I was her 1 pm appointment and she said huh and told me one second. She did not respond or acknowledge and kept doing a client’s hair. I waited another 15 minutes. Mind you it’s now 45 minutes and I ask her then are you gonna be a while and if so I will have to cancel my appointment. She then asks me what I wanted and then says another 15 minutes. I said I have a sick child at home. I waited 45 minutes and I can’t wait another 15 minutes for you to start. She asked me to go ahead and cancel and had zero regret that she messed up and didn’t put me on her calendar. Never coming again!!!

I got a wash and blow dry and hair style a couple of days ago to go to my friend’s wedding and they did a really good job. I got some curls which looked really nice and stayed intact the whole night and even the next day. The lady did an amazing job washing my hair and styling it, I enjoyed my experience. I recommend this salon and the price was reasonable.

I have no words to explain how pleased I am with Josef’s service. He and his wife were amazing from minute one. Not only they provide a personalized service before during and after you book an appointment with them but they also go above and beyond every minute of the process. I had to get highlights for the first time ever.. so i was nervous didnt know what to expect.. i had been assisted by DANI ..the moment i walkd in the salon Dani was so friendly and kind she made me feel so much comfortable.. and she did my highlights so amazing.. like she did them so well that it was far from my expectations.... n i was just so excited with the new look she gave me ... if ur ever going to Justin Michaels salon Ask for Dani .. Amazing women.. very friendly very sweet.

Had a great cut by Joseph Jabsi. I called for a last minute appt and he could accommodate me. Joseph was fun and easy to talk to. I told him what i was looking for and he also gave me his ideas. He could tell i am not the type to spend time on my hair, so he gave me one that was no maintenance! 😅 He suggested some products, but was not pushy. I look forward to seeing him again in a few months.

When you visit Justin Michael’s salon you have to see Joe Jabsi! Because I’ve been seeing him for 20 years, I know that he was the star of many international hair shows, events reserved only for stylists with skills like his. He is highly educated in his craft, and an educator as well, this will shine through during your very thorough consultation as he will guide you in what will look best for you.So, it comes down to this…if you want to look amazing with the best cut/color/highlights you’ve ever had, Joe is a must!!

Joe Jabsi is an absolute star and the best hairstylist! Along his adorable spouse, they knew what they were doing. My first visit to this location was wonderful. I will be back for sure!

I waa very disappointed this time .. my first hair color was done at this place my second hair color was done at this place and my 3rd hair color was done at this place .. unfortunately im not happy about the highlights that were done this time .. i came from really far across states to get them done since i used to live in the neighborhood n was on a visit.. and paid close to $200 for highlights for just partially hair just the middle of my head and i have to go somewhere else to get them fixed … next time i will definitely not be coming back .. hate to lose a salon that just did its magic for you and always walked out with the biggest smile ever ..

Great experience ! Very professional and very accommodating about time as well as requirements.Mine is untouched hair and Jo gave me a great haircut, taught me a lot about hair as well as styling and gave me these amazing highlights!!
