Whether you are new to vaping or a professional, Amy the shop owner will take care or you. She is very friendly and will do whatever she can to make sure you leave a happy customer.The shop is stocked well constantly and also offers a great selection of flavor. There seems to be a consistent flow of mods, so there is always something new. I used to be a patron to at a different local shop but Up in Smoke Vapor won my business after my first visit, because this place is so welcoming and friendly.

This place is easily the best vape store in Columbus, if not all of Ohio. Great selection, amazing people, TWO great locations. The atmosphere at both locations are unique and inviting. No experienced user pressure, and they want to get you what youre looking for, not what is most expensive. They do everything they can to ensure you leave a happy customer. Definitely recommend whether youre quitting smoking or chasing clouds!! Couldnt recommend a better store!

This is the best vapor shop I have ever been in!! Very nice and classy setting. The owner is super friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and will definitely be coming back. Not to mention the products are top notch. Some of the best tasting liquids I have tried! Highly recommend

The owner (I want to say Amy; sorry, Im horrible with names) was super friendly and helpful. We found this shop via google, but it was harder to find. Im glad we did though. Everything was priced about what you would expect, with a few deals going on. Although my girl and I live an hour away, we will definitely be back. Great conversation and great shop.

I visited this shop on Saturday. Tate was awesome. He explained to me how the vapors have helped hundreds quit smoking. He helped me pick out the right equipment and flavor. I was impressed by the customer service. He even called me a few days later to check out my purchase. Other businesses could learn from there customer service ethics. Thank you, Tate.

Absolutely amazing experience. I stopped in while I was traveling for a business trip. The owner allowed me to rebuild in the store and gave me a percentage rate because I was a new customer. The atmospher of this place is relaxing and does not pressure into sales like a lot of vape shops Ive gone to in the past.The owners are very knowledgeable and took a lot of time allowing me to try multiple flavors and juices.You have definitely gotten a long term customer!! Amy you are golden girl!I’ve been to several Vape shops And they’re all business plus all the stores have no character they have a very commercialized cold environment.With that being said your shop is the absolute opposite! It is so warm and cozy very welcoming in a relaxed atmosphere. Great place to get all your products and just hang out with other customers who are vaping Now that is a cool thing. Love Up I’m Smoke!

I finally made time and stopped into the shop this week. Im so happy I did. Tate made me feel right at home. He is a wealth of knowledge, who genuinely enjoys educating his customers and guiding you through all of the choices. Will certainly go back and look forward to the future visits.

Decided to check this place out today, was a bit hard to find but once you get in the shop your met with a warm welcome and nice atmosphere. Was helped by the owner who was super cool and gave me a few discounts for my first visit. Give this place a try, the owners here are passionate about vaping and are very friendly

My wife and I went to the upper arlington store in order to get some equipment and help with quitting smoking. Tate was awesome with his knowledge and even have a great discount for first time customers. He gave great advice and helped without being the typical pushy sales person. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Came in with no idea what juice I was looking for and was offered multiple taste testers after describing what I like. Spot on recommendations and couldnt be happier with the flavor I picked up (fogboss godfather btw..) Neat location and store. Good prices. Definitely gonna think twice about driving farther to the vapor station now!

Walked in purely out of coincidence, and had an exceptional experience. The very attractive gentleman that helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.Certainly piqued our oral fixation, and the samples got the juices flowing. Would go back and see him anytime, or even hang out after hours.

Wonderful staff, unique shop with experts on the art of vaping. This is not some college kid ran establishment; these are seasoned experts in the field of vaping. I always get individual attention and help with all of my questions.

I love this cape shop the prople are great the juices are phenomenal. Just the best part I think are the devices they have slot of devices and tanks that the other vape shops dont. Oh and did I mention the people!! Go see amy and tate and you will want to come back ovrr snd over again!!

Went here awhile ago with my fiancé and had to leave quickly as I was running late for an appointment. Really wish I went back, the woman that was there was extremely sweet and the flavors they had were AMAZING.
