There’s only a few good hairstylists and unfortunately my favorite left a long time ago, she was the only one who really knew how to work with my curly hair. the receptionists always have an attitude aka bien creídas. I remember once I came in and the hairstylist said my layers were very crooked and asked who cut them and it was her own coworker!

Normally when they cut my kids hair it takes no more than 5 minutes each and for myself 15 minutes max. But this time it took 1 hour for myself and another hour for both my kids. I was satisfied with my kids cut but not mine and specially the time it took. I would recommend to ask if the person cutting the hair is new to let us know before if we want them to cut our hair. Wasted alot of time in here

I did my hair and i am very hapoy with this place! The owners there were very nice and i was treated with great care. Aura Vanegas was very nice to me and made sure that i was seated in a fast amount of time. will be going again.

Very nice place, I would recommend for those who want their hair, makeup, and nails done for quinceañeras, weddings or any other special occasion.

I felt like I was going to get my scalp rip of my head, this guy was so rough with the hair clippers. My beard was done with a straight razor blade, but he did not apply any kind of shaving cream or moisturizer, so it was painful. He still did a decent job, I didnt complain in that moment cause I believe Google reviews are the best way of doing it

The WORST hair salon ever! El PEOR nobody should waste there time coming here they mess up on everything, there attitudes are the worst! The owner Aura V is the worst person to ever own something. Close down this salon, literally never coming here again. These fake plastic walking sticks!

If it werent for a very few amount of good stylists there, this place would of shut down a long time ago. There is usually 2 women at the reception and theyre both incompetent as can be. All the have to do is ring people up and write down peoples names in order as they come and write who they came to see. They cant even get that right... There has been atleast 2 times where Ill be added to the list and be told youll be next then be told oh there was somebody already ahead of you we didnt see it All that silicone mustve gone straight to their pea sized brains.

Don’t recommend I asked for a trim on the top but they cut all my hair.haircuts are not real on display

Hell nah do not go back there I spent 11 hours just to get my roots colored ending up with my roots colored without my consent.I thought the product that was getting applying to my roots was a toner but ended up with hair color I don’t like hair color I have never use base hair color I always used my natural hair color with my bleach application.Living in this country for more than 27 years this is the first time I spent 11 straight hours in a hair salon chair 1:40pm till 11pm my back is a disaster today with lots of pain.Plus the price was ridiculous for a real poor job.RECORD GUINNESS.Plus I had to pay before the work was done since they close at 8 very disappointed

Great staff specially my stylist Jorge that I love how he works and takes good care of my hair.

Horrible experience, they messed up my hair completely and the prices are high compared to the quality and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible experience they bleached my hair three times for my sliver hair ,but I was there for 4 hours and my hair is sliver at my scalp but blond in most parts 😒 dont go there ever!

The worst salon ever! The lady who cut my daughter atrociously ruined her long hair that was down to her ribs. This cheap and mediocre stylist ruined it by leaving himHair at shoulder length. How horrible! I was clear with what I asked for, “a sharpening and add more layers.” It was easy to understand what was being asked, but this woman just ruined it and left it uneven. The owners are irresponsible for allowing people without knowledge of the trade to work there, damaging the reputation of the establishment. Big mistake.

My favorite place to get a haircut 💈 I love it, good customer service in and out very quick, every time I go its fast, @karen gave me a very outstanding cut and good treatment as well as a gentle hand and very professional in her work, very happy with the service....

I did not like. He charged me $20 for the waxing and to top it all off it left my eyebrows bad. Im super angry and disappointed.

They cut my daughters hair wrong

These days I went to cut my hair and apart from the lack of professionalism of the stylist that I had, she didnt cut my hair as I asked her, it seems like she gave me two cuts in 1 and she picked everything, I left super frustrated and now I cant find how to style my hair. Super disappointed, Im sorry María, but if you dont know how to make the cut that the client asked you for, you should give it to one of your colleagues.

Nice and courteous personnel. But unfortunately the same day after my hair cut, I got red spots. By the following day the red spots were infected and wider. Went to dermatologist (US$150 Visit), to find out that I got a fungal diseases. RINGWORMS.They dont have two sets of utensils and tools in order to sterilize one at the time, while they use the other set on a customers.I WILL NOT BACK NO TIME SOON, I DONT CARE IF ITS FREE!Staff are very courteous. But unfortunately the same day I got my haircut, I got some red spots. The next day the red spots were already larger and infected. I went to the dermatologist ($150 a visit). To discover that I had been infected with a bacterial fungus. RINGWORMS (Tinea).It seems that they do not have both sets of utensils and tools to be able to disinfect one and sterilize it, while using the other set with clients.I DO NOT RETURN OR FOR FREE CUTTING

TERRIBLE SERVICE😠!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT... I went to have my hair dyed for the first time and I had a very bad experience. They painted it wrong, it wasnt the color I asked for, (note that I painted it twice because the first one wasnt even close to the tone I wanted and the second dye was a disaster too), a bit worse, my hair was super long and they ended up cutting off half of it when I asked them to cut only the ends... It was a waste of time (almost 5 hours) and only for me to have HORRIBLE and VERY EXPENSIVE what they charge for the quality of work. Maybe not all of them do a bad job, I dont know, but the one who helped me named Verónica is not professional at all and very passionate about her work, everything in a hurry... Everything goes there. Unfortunately, everyone pays for people like this.

You are supposed to see good treatment from the moment you walk in, the despotic lady who is at the front desk greeting people all the time has an Asian despotism to everyone who comes there and when you ask her something all the time she answers quite despotic I dont know her name but it is a Colombian seat that lady should treat people better because no one is going to ask for anything for free and besides we are not to blame for her bad temper. And Im not the only one who complains about that, there are several people.

I dont recommend it. I went to have my color touched up and they gave me another color. They didnt paint my roots well. I wanted highlights and they made me strands and not even the roots covered me well. Its Mrs. Vilma who left me like this.
