Horrible service by new owner massage team. Please save yourselves. If there is 0 star I would give that. She miscommunicated on pricing. The massage was provided on the couch with no clothes change or oil but was priced for full body massage. They dont know M of massage. I still have my abdomen paining from it. Dont go basis past experience. These people can hurt your body. BEWARE !!!She first miscommunicated price. For me she didnt deserve any tip. She didnt even deserve to be paid in full for that massageIts not massage. I was in full clothes.She forced me to tip. Claimed ok big deal I will charge you 10% tip but charged 17%.Not coming back and I feel morally responsible to WARN the others.

The masseuses skills are very good, and I feel very relaxed. I dont feel tired at work. Her technique is very good. She is also very patient. Very good massage shop! It is also very clean. Come on, everyone

Needed a full body massage on a Sunday. $70 for 60 mins sounded great. Walked right in. Immediately upsold me on CBD oil for $20 more once I was face down. The massage was actually decent. When complete I went to front desk to pay. When asked if I wanted to tip I said yes and tipped another $10. This is when things went bad and was told that $10 was not enough and that I must tip a minimum of 20%. She deleted my tip and insisted I tip more. I declined and tipped $10. She also tried to show me a letter on the desk basically stating everyone should tip at least 20%. I consider myself a generous tipper when warranted. Not by force. I won’t return.

Cane in todays for an hour massage. Waited for 55 minutes, and my Masseuse never came. I just got up and left. This place also smells like cigarettes, and next door is Tae kwan. There were kids screaming next door.

Horrible place to go for a massage. These guys they don’t even know how to do massage, she did massage with elbow from beginning to end. I mentioned her several times that it’s hurting and she didn’t even care. Never going back again.

Update: Previous staff/owners were good. New staff talks way too much during the massage. Not relaxing at all. Our last time here, my boyfriend had a pinched nerve in his shoulder which lasted almost a month. Never coming back.Regular client. Great for 1 hour foot massages.

Great massage but too many interruptions and hard to relax. I was with 2 others and my masseuse, Casey, answered 7 phone calls during my massage, some on speaker. Responded to text messages and walked away to go to the front of the spa to assist others. Masseues talked to each other and a cute little boy played a video game with sound during the massage. Not a quiet nor peaceful environment in my opinion. I assumed I would get an extra 5 minutes added to my time due to the interruptions but never happened. When I checked out, I mentioned my concerns and she said “yes, she’s very busy.” However when I miscalculated the tip amount for the 3 of us, she promptly called me out. I corrected it but feel they’re more about money than creating a wonderful spa experience.

Went there with my mom for a 90 min deep tissue massage and it was by far the worst one I’ve had. They chatted amongst themselves throughout the time, stopped frequently to check the main door, answer phone calls and checking text messages.We paid extra for CBD oil, I was fully alert throughout the massage because of the chatter and I saw she did not use any CBD oil on my mom. Moreover, they did not massage the feet at all for both my mom and I. They both wasted time running their fingers through our hair for 20 minutes when I asked them to stop, they totally ignored me.What made matters worse for me was them discussing and making fun of our body in their language. When I told them I understood what they’re saying, she got nervous and said sorry we are talking about someone else.At the end I shared my experience with the owner and I wasn’t looking for any discounts but at least an apology would have been appreciated, but nothing! Instead she was quite rude. I paid and left and will never return.

I really wanted to like this place but I feel they have deceptive practices.The Good - it’s clean, spacious, and quiet when there isn’t a martial arts class next door.The Bad - deceptive business practices… 3 strikes and you’re out. 1. The first time my husband went, he was asked if he wanted a scented oil. He said sure. At time of payment, they charged him $10 for the scented oil (which he was not informed of before). 2. The second time, we requested a couples 90 min massage. The massage was fine- beds were clean and we heard a tae kwon do class next door. The masseuses did leave the room a few times to pickup the phones. No biggie, it’s a small business. When time to pay however, we were charged $105 deep tissue per person rather than the $90 Swedish massage- to which we responded that we should have been informed or asked as we wanted the Swedish massage. Fine- we paid for that. But then I requested a punch for the 10-punch card- to which she responded she only gives it to customers paying cash.None of these would be issues if they were upfront about pricing. And for these experiences, we will not return again.It’s a shame, I was rooting for this business.

Helen was very good . The massage was awesome but they charge $3 for using CC unless it’s cash but they didn’t explain that during the appt . And there is an extra cost for scented / essential oils which they don’t disclose either.

I got my deep tissue massage today and felt really good like new person. When I was coming My body was so sore and stiff . The massage therapist she did wonderful job. I glad found this place and I highly recommend .

My husband and I went here for the first time today. I had a deep tissue massage, and IT WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN! ☺️My therapist, Karen, was so good, meticulous, and strong. I love heavy pressure, so I enjoyed it a lot. Actually booked my next appointment already.My husband got the relaxation massage and he said it definitely put him in a state of relaxation. His therapist was Teresa.Highly recommended!!!

I sit in front of a computer all day so my shoulders are very tensed. Helen the owner operator is very professional and skillful. She treated me with respect and helped me with my muscle aches. Overall you get a quality massage at a good price. I will be back.

I went during pregnancy for the first time, and now I am back regularly. The place is clean and tidy every time I go. My massage therapist is knowledgable and skillful. They are small business owners who really care about their customers. If you like to pamper yourself from time to time, and enjoy a massage, give this place a try, its a gem.

I have visited this location at least 5 or 6 times this year. Todays experience was horrible. I requested the relaxation massage. The massage therapist made the experience feel sloppy. The 2nd part of massage she didnt even use massage oil, she did it dry. During the hot stone portion of the massage she didnt apply additional massage oil and she only used 2 stones. Every-time prior to this the therapists have used 6 stones. I really have enjoyed my massages but today was a totally horrible experience. Id like a refund or a massage to make up for this horrible experience.

I can’t say enough good about Helen and the services given here. I have been to many different massage therapists over the past few years but I will only be visiting One Stop Foot & Body Health from now on. I have made several recommendations to family and friends and will continue to give the highest recommendation. Thank you for taking great care of me time after time.

This is the worst massage place ever! Don’t waste your time or money. I had my massage with a very mean lady named Teresa! She was HORRIBLE with me and my mom! She has a big attitude problem and did not do a good job at all. She also yelled at us and tried to take advantage by charging us more than we were told! Never coming back here and I wish someone would have warned me about this place. This place is a disaster! Karen was the only nice person at this place. The owner replied to my comment with false accusations and claims hoping I would take down the negative review but hopefully this truthful review of this place will save someone else from headache. Everything the owner replied is false accusations, no wonder it looks run down on the inside.

I really enjoyed my massage. The guy was professional. But, unfortunately, this place is located next to the judo place, and you can actually hear all the yelling. It was disturbing and distracting, I couldnt relax appropriately.

Helen does a great job she has a good heart and is very personable. She makes you comfortable and gives a very relaxing massage/foot.

This place is amazing and I highly recommend!! I am very picky with massages especially deep tissue. I would definitely give five stars for massage quality, therapy and relaxation.
