I would not recommend this concert venue. I arrived last night at 9 pm and waited for 3 hours before the band showed up. I think it is disrespectful for the people waiting. But I guess the owner just want to make sure everyone buys sufficient drinks before the show. There were tables to sit but they expected us to pay another $20/each for the table. Totally unacceptable. This is not a customer friendly venue. I am not planning to go back.

If you love authentic Latin food this is an absolute must stop in Chattanooga! Honestly the food scene has been a little bland in this city, finally a casual, delicious, authentic restaurant - we had the empanadas, tostados and the chimichurri I cannot even describe how delicious, I’ve never tasted anything that simple and complex at the same time! Stop in here and support businesses like this, we need more spots like this!!! Absolute love ❤️😍 PS they have great South American beers and try the fresh squeezed juices, we had the mango and oh my...it was truly fresh squeezed!!!

1. The app used to buy tickets had errors and I ended up being billed 3 times. Had to spend a long time trying to figure out the billing problems. The owner of the restaurant was helpful but this situation was very inconvenient and stressful.2. The staff tried to charge mandatory table prices at the entrance for $50, even though the admission was paid for already.3. Drinks were overpriced. 1 beer and 1 margarita of 12 oz. was $19.4. The band did not play until 1:45 am since their opening hour at 9 pm.5. The short security guard was an astronaut. Was being rude because my partner and I were offered a table due to our inconveniences and he was yelling we could not sit.

Dont bother. They are expensive and hot.

Horrible experience, the bouncer asked $80 to go in, this is in a sketchy area and no one else was being asked to pay $80 door . Unless you want to be discriminated I’d stay as far away as possible.

We went for a salsa event music was great I thought the drinks were overpriced. My hubby and I had two drinks plastic cups maybe 6oz filled with ice for $25....

Great customer service and the chicken tacos and tamales are the best in town

I went to a concert. There. But they are not prepared, they do not sell food and the security is aggressive. I will not go to this place again. They tried to sell me a table for 50 dollars but not in VIP. When the tables are for the general public

The security service is extremely aggressive and unprofessional, without even being aware of the situation, he pushed my wife to not let her enter having a ticket for the event and even when the manager had already given him the indication to let us pass, he had a bad attitude, Avoid having a bad night and dont attend.

I do not recommend them... when you buy the ticket online and when you arrive at the site they take $72 per separate table and send you away and tell you that if you want at the front they can give you a little more money and be careful When paying with a card because they take it and charge you double you have to be careful and for the Wisky I ordered one from Buchanan and it was another Wisky that had the bottle I do not recommend it

I give it one star because there is no zero here! Supposedly Willie González would be here at 9PM IT IS 1:20 AM and he still doesnt show up. And everything is three times as expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, do not waste your time and money here.

Spectacular place to dance is the closest thing to Colombia that you will find 10 music, good service, very comfortable, enough space to dance. Without a doubt I would return and I will return.

Terrible organization, Binomio de oro arrived almost at 1 (at the entrance it said it started at 9) and the waitress said that at 11, by the way I left a jacket and it never appeared anyway TERRIBLE AND 0 RECOMMENDABLE

At Jean Carlo Centenos concert. Terrible. They never turned on the air conditioners. Bad service. The heat was hellish. Ice never existed. I would never go again. Pity

First 31st that I celebrated with my friends and the last one the place is a complete mess the food we almost have to go to the kitchen to scrape the pot no waiters the dj didnt even have to talk until the equipment was damaged when I told the administration they told me that the dj The one from (truth) was on vacation, what things did people do with deception, I have much more to say, but check it out for yourself.

Good atmosphere, the DJ plays very varied music, a lot of Latin people, spacious and comfortable place, the food is delicious too

The place is very nice, the atmosphere is familiar, the food is good and the prices are reasonable.

I like the atmosphere of the concerts, the only suggestion I give is that they should improve the sound a lot
