Easily THE best vape store in Duluth. I found my new fav smoke shop. i have been here a few times now, and each time it has been a great experience. their inventory is large, hookahs are designed very pretty, and the lounge is clean and enjoyable.the employees are also very attentive and knowledgeable about the products.

Came to this store last night, love the atmosphere and amount of options. Hollywood helped me out he knows his stuff and he had me dying the whole time, definitely my new smoke shop! And they have a hookah lounge in the back! Definitely check them out guys.

Spacious. Vape prices were cool. Helpful staff. They didnt have the flavor my fiance wants for JuiceHead (pineapple), but they were happy to try to order for him. Will take them up on the offer for next time. The back area has a hookah lounge with big screens and seems pretty chill. Will revisit to get a full experience so that I can give it a legitimate 5 stars

Customer service is on point at this location. Clean environment, great atmosphere and the hookah in the lounge makes the store smell great! I came in for a couple disposables and Kevin recommended me an awesome flavor of Air Bar. Will be returning to this location very often. Overall great customer service from Kevin, and he even had me test my disposables before I left to ensure I wouldn’t waste my money. I truly had a great experience!

The store manager doesnt solve your problem, he says he doesnt care what I say.Purchased 2 vapes, totaled $40 and change.NO REPLACEMENT FOR FAULTY VAPEAfter payment I asked to check them before leaving the store. Unboxed them and tested them for flavor directly in front of them. 1st worked and had flavor. 2nd was faulty and had no flavor. They refused to replace it. There are other vape stores that honor a replacement.Don’t come here.

I love businesses that really care about their customers and these guys are it. First, their entire aesthetic is impeccable, the store is all white which blends beautifully with the all clear displays, it really feels like youre in a luxury smoke shop. Their prices are competitive and very reasonable, but their customer service, knowledge of products, and willingness to satisfy is what really sets them apart. I will definitely be coming back here, their business deserves all the love.

The employee sold me a vape telling me it was an internal battery and turns out it’s external. Went back for some batteries and he opens up a pack of two batteries and and charges me $13 and tells me that’s the price for ONE battery. There were individually packaged ones for $9.99. Why would you rip open a pack just to hand me the one without pricing or anything on it. Seems this place needs to train their employees a bit better.

90 percent of the time wont have what u need , more importantly they dont honor any replacement or refund if sold something that doesnt work... there are literally 10 other vape shops in the area to go to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

All the shipments came late, constant customer dissatisfaction. I worked her for about a month- do not apply to work here they fire on short notice and only pay exact cash (no change/tax) They say they start you at $9 and it takes every 60 days to get a raise -the cap being “$15” but they fire you before you can get it. They act nice and friendly but will not hesitate to remove you from all company chats and messaging before telling you your fired. They also changed my schedule one night and did not let me know and got upset that I showed up late when I was never informed it would be changed. This is the worst vape shop to work at and they’re sketchy- Save your time.

I love this place . I just moved to the area and this was the first and only place I’ve been too. They always take really good care of me every time I come. The CBD products are top notch. Drew has an outgoing personality and he is very patient . I always see him wearing a smile attentive to customers and enjoying himself . If you’re looking for a place that has quality products , excellent customer service and a nice selection of hookah inhale is the spot. I have now become a regular and very satisfied customer.

Drove over a thousand miles, from Las Vegas to Georgia, with a broken tank, and half a bottle of juice left. I don’t know why I didn’t stop by any of the thousands of vape shops along the way to address those issues, but I’m glad I came to this shop!Joey was super helpful in making sure I had all the right equipment I needed for my next forty days here in beautiful state of Georgia.The prices, and selections were amazing!I will certainly be returning to this shop for all my needs while I’m here, and in all future trips I will have returning to this wonderful state.

I had a great experience here at inhale! When I walked in, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The employees are very respectful and super helpful!And the selection here is great. They have everything from vaping needs, different tobacco (for hookah, for pipes, etc), a vast selection of glass bowls, hookahs, hookah accessories, and a lot more! And the prices are great too compared to a lot of other smoke shops. AND THERE IS A LOUNGE TOO! They have a great selection of flavors to choose from. And the employees here know their stuff. They can pack really good hookahs and have exceptional customer serviceI highly recommend coming to this place for your smoking needs!! We need more smoke shops like this.

So I’ve been to the first lounge and I always had a great time but wow, what can I say, this second one is really something special! I don’t really smoke hookah, but the Inhale locations pack something so much better than your average hookah spot that even I couldn’t say no. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are great, they have game systems, interior design is on point. Plus the owner is an amazing (if rare) dude that cares about customer satisfaction over everything. 12/10.

I come here often. I come just to chill or even do my homework at times. Joey always hooks me up with the hookah and always makes the best hookah. They are super nice here and treat you like family. I bought a vape from here as well. They really helped me out picking out the right one for me. I would recommend coming here if you want to chill and smoke hookah or if you just want to buy a vape or even a hookah.

They just stopped carrying the only vape juice I loved, unicorn dreams, and so I has to go find a replacement. Even requesting they get more, they just never did. Will give 5 stars when they actually do what they say *shrug*

I LOVE that Inhale opened up a new location! I bought my first ever bowl at the old location, so I had to come check out their new shop. I was not disappointed. The layout is PERFECT for finding what you need, and they seem to have EVERYTHING you’re looking for!

The only real smoke shop on pleasant hill!! They have a vast selection of hookah, vapes, glass, accessories, and other goodies to please any smoker of any type. Once you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean and organized everything is. Its easy to navigate through the whole shop for whatever you maybe looking for. The customer service is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I will be back to do more business and cant wait to enjoy a fresh hookah in the lounge 🙂.

Finally a Smoke shop that has a larger variety of products. That is located on Pleasant Hill and is easy access for me. This shop is very nicely decorated. But it is the large assortment of products that they have. That I was impressed with the most. I talked to the manager who told me. There was a lounge opening soon in the back. Can’t wait to come and enjoy the atmosphere with the goodies I’ll be buying. So glad this has opened. Check out Inhale, you’ll see their Large blue sign. Used to be a mattress store I think, next to Firestone.

Such a neat nice smelling quiet shop and hookah lounge. I went in thinking it was just a shop, FYI never did the whole hookah thing so when I ask what that nice smell was she inform that was the hookah smell from the lounge. I looked on the other side, there behold a high end hookah lounge. Wouldnt not even know it was there frfr. Great customer service and melow vibes. I pictured hookah lounges would be different. Recommended for small gatherings dates or somewhere esle beside the house somewhere you wanna be to just chill. I have 4 babies so whenever in the future i get time I was thinking bout coming back just to sit quietly to myself seem very peaceful. Lol When it comes to the shop they have a selection but not as big as I would thought. Overall Recommended if you ever on pleasant hill rd after eating out. Only Shop that I know so far thats a hookah lounge too. I hope this help someone. God bless.

This Karen working at the front has such a horrible attitude problem. I was heading back to complain about how she spoke/treating my wife and as soon as I walk in she’s Disrespecting another customer. When I asked to speak to her manager this guy comes out from the back and states she has done nothing wrong and he’s completely behind how she’s acting. When I asked him if he’s going to coach her or do anything about it. He says no and tells me to have a good day and proceeds to tell me “we don’t need your business”. This woman hates her job and her boss has no understanding of what customers service is.

Very professional, extremely clean shop with a beautiful selection. Highlight would have to be Joey. I usually don’t smoke in shops, because most people can’t setup correctly, they treat it like just a job. This guy setup my hookah with love and was extremely helpful with flavor combinations and all around a chill dude I honestly have to return. I suggest you have him set you up a bowl!!

Pretty good selection. Most employees are fairly knowledgeable. Clean inside. Lounge in back looks chill. My husband loves their house brand vape juice. It has become his primary e liquid. They have a nice variety of Vapes in different colors and styles as well has other accessories such as glass and silicone bowls and water pipes. My only complaint might be parking. The parking lot is pretty tiny and is shared by other businesses. I havent had a problem during my own visits but if your visiting during a busy time, that may be an issues. Still a 5 star business.

I have to say thanks to Nikki, the personnel there, she was very helpful and very patient as I had to look at every single vape to make sure that I got the right one. Dope music and a chill atmosphere my favorite study place at the moment. Joey was mad helpful introduced me to a new flavor and the first time Ive used the windshield and it definitely helps with the pull. Overall would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to study or if youre just wanna link with some friends.

One of the best smoke shops/lounges in the ATL. Been smoking hookah for almost 6 years and no place even comes close when it comes to the quality, price, and selection of flavors. They really know customer service in this biz and it makes sense — they have a few stores around the Metro Atlanta area as well. Whether you are trying to smoke and study or watch the Hawks or play video games (they have gaming systems here), this is the place to be. I’ve met the owner once or twice and he knows what I want to smoke when I walk in the door, real stand up guy! The lounge is very fresh and modern with tasteful furnishing as well, compared to other lounges that have old sofas and chairs. Definitely check them out!

Dope spot to attend, the lighting is great, seats are dope too! They have music, TVs and youre able to play games too while you smoke your hookah! Pricing is really affordable, a lot of flavors to pick from too. You can also pick up some good smoke products. You can go there by yourself or have a nice group of friends. The staff was very personable, made sure our hookah was good the whole time we were there. If you are looking for a nice little vibe this is the spot for sure. Happy they have another location in the Gwinnett area now.

One of the best, and easiest experiences I’ve ever had searching for a new pipe. Saw that this new Inhale Smoke Shop just opened up on my commute to and from work, so I decided I should stop by. Immediately found a piece I loved, thanks to the extremely friendly, and helpful staff. This is basically a one stop shop for all your smoking needs. Would recommend to my Mother, she doesn’t even smoke.

Loved the first location and decided to try the new one out. Closer to 85 so its pretty convenient. I was worried that maybe there would be a little change in service or in quality but I was wrong. You get the same attention and quality as the first location and prices are still the same! Love the service and will be back for more !

I’ve been going to their first location since they opened; and it’s hands down the best hookah I’ve had in Georgia. Great service and people who actually know what they are talking about. Went to the new store for the first time to find the same great customer service and selection as the original. Super excited that I have two great locations to go to now.

Kratom is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced here.I called in to check their prices and was told it was $34.95 for 8oz. The usual price at most smoke shops.I drive there and lo and behold its $34.95 for 3oz and $60 for 8oz.I gave the guy who I spoke to the benefit of doubt that we possibly had some miscommunication and got a 1oz for $18 instead. Nothing wrong with the product but the prices here are a JOKE.I cant speak for the hookah lounge. Prices for the hookah ($12) felt reasonable and the lounge appeared high quality.

Honestly best hookah lounge I’ve been to in Atlanta. Great, speedy service, personable staff, and exceptional hookah. The ambiance is pleasant as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to smoke shisha or buy products from the vape shop!

Joey the guy on staff had put me onto some new stuff as I told him I was into wax and crumble.. he was very informative, nice and welcoming.. his advice led me to purchase a new vaperiser and he’s ordering me new parts for it I highly recommend this place just to go see this guy!

Come by on Black Friday at 11am. As soon as they open. I brought a mod, and some e-juice. I ask the guy how to use this mod, and he showed me how to turn it on, lock, and unlock it. When they where more settings on it. I want to go to a shop where the Customer service is good and the staff is knowledgable about the e juice, and mods. I could have went on the internet, and order a a mod thats cheaper and watch YouTube videos. Also when I check out the the guy charged me full price. I told him its black Friday he told me. You only get discounts on e-juice. So when I told him Im going to go to a different vape shop or online with better deals. He then chose to give me 20% off. I felt like I was getting skimmed at 1st.

Just bought a CBD muscle cream called the helping friendly salve/ herbal extract /Orange Lavie - 50MG /1oz infused topical. It worked for me in 3- 10 sec in extreme painful area ( bad back/military injury.) It was an instant relief on my shoulders. Its better any topical ointment I ever bought or prescribed by a doctor. Thanks to the employee (Jordan)who recommended :)
