The workers there are VERY informative on anything you may need. I came in for a specific product and I believe it was the manager who was able to tell me the facts about it; down to the science. I appreciate the knowledge and the friendly environment. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant as well. Even got a couple free lanyards with my purchase! I will be back, thank y’all :-)

The person who helped me, gave me great customer service. The problem is, the prices are more marked up than a gas station. I paid more than double, for what I got, than one of my usual shops. I would have just left, but it was late and the cashier was so helpful. I probably wouldnt go back unless it was my only option

Not only are they friendly, they are always very helpful with product recommendations and knowledge about their inventory.They offer low prices on all sorts of great stuff. I had an issue with a leaky cart once and the associate was very quick to take care of it for me.Great prices.Great hours.Great staff.Ill be coming here again for sure. 👍🏼

Theyre leaving.a bunch of fake one star reviews on another local, small owned business that theyve never even set foot in simply because the owner left a real review about her experience. they sell defective products (click lowest reviews and youll see issues from as far back as a year ago) and then do nothing to accommodate when customers have an issue. this is absolutely unprofessional and just all around nasty behavior. be very careful shopping here

Been coming here for a couple months no issues staff was really nice always price matched however came in today at 10am the girl working was extremely rude to begin with and then asked me for a receipt which I showed her and then says she doesn’t know how to do the discount that was on the previous receipt. She was extremely rude will not be coming back here ever again and will be sure to let everyone know.

Love this store soooo much! They have a great selection of almost everything. The blond (think her name is Abby) always is super nice and helpful. Come here for everything! They have a reward system too so you can get discounts for stuff eventually

Stating that they sold her a faulty product.They since have been bullying her to remove her post by leaving multiple fake reviews on her business’s gmail.They are unprofessional and unethical

They sell faulty vapes and wont exchange it even if its clearly a manufacturing issue. Seems like knockoff inventory. Go to cloud 9 which is four minutes away.

I’m giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 starts and write a review. One of the worst smoke shops I have ever been in customer service and employee wise. First, there was another customer in there attempting to return a defensive item, and they refused to take it back, and even tried to have the person buy a similar item without referring the defective one. Right there I knew I wouldn’t be purchasing anything from their establishment. Than one of the gentleman behind the counter kept on talking about some lady’s a** while there were customers in the store, and even went as far as to call the lady “shorty with the fat a**”. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service from what I seen. They had a big selection, but nothing more or less than 1,000 other smoke shops I’ve been in. Would strongly recommend going somewhere else to get whatever your preference of smoking products may be……

I have been loyal to this shop since I moved to Duluth. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and that my questions are valid. If they don’t know something… they find out. I will continue to shop here… and tell friends and family to do same

Update!!!! After being told I couldnt exchange the lighter after them giving me the wrong one... the lighter they gave me almost exploded in my hand as it would appear there is a small hole in the butane hoseI went there and spent over $100 I had asked for the vector single torch lighter they had on display with the bottle opener. Instead they gave me a completely different lighter that was broken I do not realize this until after I got home I came in the next day to try to exchange it and they refused to very disappointed

Terrible prices. A pack of coils cost 30 bucks here.At xhale or cloud9 they are 14 bucks. (I just went into xhale and had them price check then out of pettiness called cloud9 and it was the same price there)Beyond horrible prices. Will not be coming back.

I frequently shop at this store, and generally have a pleasurable experience, great selection yes, but questionable inventory with the lack of any process to rectify damaged goods is a good bit if trust I place in a company when I become a consumer of their products.I purchased specifically 1 Wedding cake Delta 8 cartridge, that appears to have a manufacturer defect, that defect being that the seal was installed improperly not allowing proper passage for vaping. Upon notifying Smoke and toke Duluth, the gist of the response was: We dont care, we dont check the merchandise, but thanks for your purchase take it up with the manufacturer if you cant fix it on your own. I as a consumer will not continue to waste money on broken products nor can I trust this companies inventory. Policys should change regarding malfunctioning manufacturer defects.

Sheena, Sam, Emily and a few friends have been leaving my business fake reviews since I left a legitimate review regarding my experience. I take customer service very seriously as you’ll see if you read reviews from my actual customers and the fact that I called to resolve the issue I had with them to no avail and left a review (my right as a paying customer after spending $120 in here) only to have them turn around and do this to me is insane. Unprofessional, unethical, and just downright NASTY behavior. This isn’t how businesses grow and thrive. Mind you, their friend stated he visited my store yesterday and we were nasty to him. My store is closed for the week for thanksgiving .:… basically they’re harassing me at this point when all they had to do was rectify the situation by replacing the defective product they knowingly sold me. Insanity lol
