Unreliable, undependable. They post online and on the storefront they are open at 7am, I head there at 10am thinking I am good. The door is locked, I call and nobody answers. 2 other customers pull up at the same time and we have a discussion about how this is a common occurrence. Take your business elsewhere, obviously these guys dont need it!

Mark is always so accommodating and goes above and beyond to help his customers. Highly recommend Vapor Express in Edmond.

Will sell you the wrong items and not fix there mistakes have done this to me 3 times now normally Im like ok whatever but today Im on maternity leave and money is alittle short and have a spending limit asked him multiple times are you sure thats correct and come. To find out sold me the wrong pods to my vape and will not fix his mistake so now Im just screwed until I come up with more money to pay to fix there mistake

Hey this is the best shop hands down. I always go here and get my juice I usually get 120 mils on a certain day when they have buy one get one free, so its a really good deal. Call and ask when they have specials but Monday its buy1 get one free 120ml. The house juices are awesome. Come try this place.

I moved to Edmond January 2018, Vapor Express is a family oriented professional business. And the juice is very satisfying..I highly recommend.. Today is April 11, 2024 and Im still a faithful customer. Highly Recommend😍

I bought two hyde vapes for $30 and they both tasted awful. Both of them started burning the same day, took one apart and come to find out the cotton was barely saturated and black from being burnt. The vape was still half full btw. Oil was covering most of the electronics. Never coming here again. The inside looked trashy as hell too. Please save your money and lungs. Do NOT come here. Please dont trust the old reviews.

This place is a joke. I drove all the way home and tried the elfbar I purchased (2) of them and neither of them will charge or work at all. When I called and told them what happened, they said sorry once you leave the store we cant do anything for you. Its DEFECTIVE. its not like I didnt like the flavor. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and I drive from Yukon. I will never be back. So now I just wasted 45 dollars. They could have at least exchanged them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The best vape store I’ve ever seen

I drove all the way here to make it before the 12am close time, made it by 11:54, & THEYRE CLOSED. They’ve been good before, but this lack of dependability is a very bad thing.

I have no issues with the business. But the vape I bought said 10k puffs and I bought it 2weeks ago and its already almost out. No way I used 10k in 2 weeks.

Bought a vape on Sunday I just called in told the guy I think its alright burn out an hes like I dont know what to do we dont get a truck in until Thursday this is disappointing cause i havent even had the vape that long an its only tuesday. An I got it on Sunday

I had purchased a vapor Then I returned a week later to purchase coils for back up. I showed the cashier the vapor and they gave me a 5 pack. Thanksgiving night I went to change the coil and it was to big. I go back to the store to exchange the coils and the say all sells are final. So I left the coils I could not use they are going to resell and Im just out 21 bucks. I have went to this store for 2 years and I will never go back.

Want to get ripped off, lied to, and feel like you being there is annoying the customer service guy? Most definitely come here then. He gave me a price on a mod and then I was looking at some other mods then went back and asked the price of the first mod and it had gone up 20 bucks in 2 minutes. Probably stealing and most definitely the worst experience I have ever had. I will never be back here again

Great place! Staff was awesome. The guy told me exactly what I needed. Even opened the new box to show me how to use it before I bought it. Then got help at there new Dispensary from the same person. The owner was there and he was a nice as they get! Glad I stopped in! Thanks for the Great prices. I will definitely be back!!

They have good deals on vapes compared to most other places I go! They have specials throughout the week too. The people are friendly.

I visited this location while away from home. While this shop did have a nice selection, they charged me DOUBLE the price I pay at my usual vape shop which is still in Oklahoma. Asked him to double check and after tax it was more than double what I usually pay. The customer service also could have been way better. The employee seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in the door.

Maybe Edmonds best kept secret. It doesnt look like much from the outside but inside its spacious and beautiful. Great prices, best Ive seen in Edmond and much of OKC. Also open late on Sundays when 3 other stores were closed. Even though I was there at 9:30 PM, the guys were super patient with me while I tried to figure out what flavor I wanted, and they just had great, chill attitudes overall. Loved it. Thanks for being there.

This store is pretty on point for their customer service. They make sure to take care of everyone and make them happy. I made the mistake of going to the other store on Santa Fe and had a terrible experience. I called these guys up and told them what happened and they went above and beyond to help me and right the wrong even though they are two totally different stores. Thank you guys so much I greatly appreciate everything you have done.

Great deals on juices! Wide selection of juices and the newest hardware. Knowledgeable staff. Very relaxed, large reception area with lots of seating for waiting or just hanging out. I have never had a long wait. Only downside is the parking area is unmarked and has limited space.

Garbage!!!! got a juice that was labeled as strawberry nothing else then I open it and noticed its a menthol (doesnt say on package) so I wanted a trade out because its miss labeled. They told me they cant do anything to help me. The vape juice you sold me was wrong and you cant even hold yourself to that. As for the post before mine. Agreed they are always annoyed when someone walks in. This place use to be bomb now itd just straight garbage. Dont go here. I wont anymore.

Wasnt quite sure what juice to get when entering. But, the man that helped me was quick and knowledgeable. And was able to get me my now favorite juice Ive had thus far. Though I live far away, I will definitely say this place is worth the trip.

Great staff!! Answered every question I had. Super nice and polite. I had gotten horrible juice in Harrah Oklahoma and found myself in Edmond and unable to stomach my horrible juice. Took my vape into the shop and they helped me figure out why it tasted just so horrible, then tailor made two bottles of house juice for me that incorporated my all time fav waffle and they taste quite delightful! Kudos to the owner of this shop you have stellar staff that really knows their business and flavors!

This store is by far the best Ive ever been to since starting vaping (and Ive been to a LOT). Great and inexpensive hardware, delicious juices and amazing atmosphere. After you get what you need youre invited to hang out and kick back. They are more than willing to make you up a tester, customize any flavor of juice they have and if they dont have it or are out of something they will order it for you in the spot. Any of the bad reviews here are clearly written by people who only judge books by their cover. The staff is extremely friendly and more than will to bend over backwards for you to make your experience even better. I wont go to any other store now simply because no other store can compete

Great selection, great lounge, wonderful employees. The place may look a little rough around the edges but has strong character and wonderful house juices. I will go hang out at the lounge and the people that come through are very personable, and eclectic if you are looking for a new place to buy vape gear or meet new people vapor express Edmond is the place!

Came in at night and that will never happen again. The evening employees have the worst customer service and disrespect the employees that I prefer to deal with. Very unwelcoming, the employees act like they have better things to do and play awful music. The morning service is on point and knowledgeable, good prices and good customer service if you avoid the evening.

The employees here are so kind, patient, and informative. I was incredibly intimidated to go buy a vape because I knew nothing about it and they made me feel super comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.I originally wrote this in 2018... A year later... Not a huge fan of the employees. If you are lucky and catch one of the people that have been there awhile, it will be a great experience.

Scary. Alot of Young people hanging out in the parking lot talking loud among others. Located in a trailer park entrance, not a lit or paved parking lot. Inside more young hang outs. Lounge was not kept up on. Real sloppy. The service was medium. Im older and the young ones got better service. The staff was friendly the show case and juice selection was good but this stuff sells itself. I hope the juice is good. If not the price was OK.

Only visited once as I usually shop further south, but this shop opened at 10 so they were my only option. The place looks like a hole-in-the-wall from the outside and the inside is worse. They do finger taste testing for premium juices and charge $1 to taste any in-house flavors because they mix it in the spot. There was no professionalism when they helped me and I was all but ignored when I wondered around. After I found a flavor that worked for me, I checked out, and expressed gratitude for them opening so early, as they were the only shop I could find in a 30 mile radius that opened as early. The cashier replied, I sure as hell wish we werent open this early. I wont return if I can help it.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. They also dont hit you over the head with prices. The vibe was also chill and never felt rushed even when they were extremely busy. Customer service is something they have got down.

I like this shop a lot, lots and lots of flavors and staff is good if you go in the mornings. Except they advertise to be open at 7:00am and rarely does that happen. Very frustrating. Like I’m doing this morning, sitting in the parking lot hoping someone shows up soon. Don’t say you will open at 7AM if you can’t have someone here by 7...

Love this place! My go to for vape juice and equipment! The staff is always funny and helpful! Malone is the best employee this place has and is one of the reasons I will keep coming back! They are also very conveniently open until midnight most nights!

Went in here around 9pm. There were A LOT of teenagers hanging around inside and out. Loud music blasting, etc.The prices were very good, and the clerk helped me right away despite being very high. Selection was also pretty good.

Been to the place for years, they used to be tight and rad, then the lounge turned into commission, witch was cool until the prices change from person to person. Bought a thing of coils and juice, charged me 47 dollars. Go somewhere else that won’t rip you off.

I’ve been going to vapor express lounge for at least 3-4 years. I’ve bought my juice, coils, and mods from them. I bough 3 mods in 5 months that all no longer work. The Jackaroo they sold me as “indestructible” just wouldn’t turn on one days about 2 weeks after I bought it. I through it in to them and they said send it back to the manufacturer. Well today I call to see if they have the juice that I like and the guy who works there tells me that he can’t give me that information over the phone. Even though EVERY other time I ha e called it hasn’t been an issue. So now I’m done. I will no longer shop at this vape store. I would rather travel 10-15 miles to go to Liquid Vapes than deal with the constant changes that Liquid vapor express makes daily. I’ve wasted too much money with this company to continue to spend my hard earned money there. Good luck to whoever spends their money there.

This place was a really good place , two years ago, it has slowly decorated. The employees all have an attitude and no matter how much stuff you buy, they never have bags.

Not to happy with this place. Definitely wont be going back. Went in there yesterday to buy 2 18650s. Asked how much the efest 3500 mah batteries were and he asked which ones I said the purple 3500s and he said same price as the rest. Get in the truck and it was dark through them on the charger get in the truck this morning and their the 2600s. I know several times I said 3500 and not once did he speak up.

What a disgrace to Edmond and other vape stores. Going to the BBB on this one! Awesome vape shop and very conveniently located! I bought smylk and naked unicorns to test the flavor and hit between the two. Absolutely perfect. Naked does have a more rich sweet flavor but overall their house blend smylk was spot on. And what a steal of a price! 60ml for 10 dollars due to their weekly special. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Great job guys Ill be hitting up your store again soon!

Unique and helpful. Those are the words I would use to describe this place. They know customer service. they are not way over priced like most store front vape shops. Their house liquid is great and the price is a lot more affordable than if you buy brand name. It is also i nice place to hang out in the morning if youre looking to just chill out, in the evenings and some weekends things can get a bit routy. overall a solid 4.7/5

I wish there was a zero stars review. First These people mix their juice in the back. That’s sketchy and secondly they don’t greet their customers. And finally I stood there for 15 minutes and the employees helped 2 customers who walked in after me, while not acknowledging me at all. Worst vape shop I’ve ever been into. Their building on the inside looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Disgusting and I would be ashamed if I worked there.

My bf usually goes to this store and has an ok experience. Today we both went and i hated it.. when you walk in There was like 8 people jus sitting by the tvs, couldnt tell who worked there or who was hanging out. After we were helped and paid for our juice. We had to wait again while the woman helped another man instead of finishing with us and making our juice.

This company/store does not cater to those who are trying to quit smoking. They do NOT keep in stock salt nic for people who needs lower nicotine doses. All they have is 50mg in all the brands/flavors i have been choosing for months now. Also, their employees ( except the guy who looks like MGK hes real helpful) do not care if they sell anything. At all. Last time the bald dude with beard didnt even help me by looking. Use to love this place but this place has quickly turned to frustration over the past 2 weeks and I will not return.

Drove out of my way today at 10:40am to try this shop out. Google and the sign on the front door said they opened at 10am. But the door was locked. Myself and my wife walked back to my car slowly to see if by any chance someone would open the door. Nope! As I drove away another person drove up and walked to the door and someone opened the door for that person. I didnt bother turning around since I was already on Broadway... This use to he a great store. I dont know if its new management or what but the employees are very rude. Prices change day to day and cannot get a house juice with anything other than a bland taste.

Ive tried this place twice now and on both occasions the employees couldnt seem to answer any of my seemingly simple questions about the juice. All they could offer were the flavors (obviously printed on most packaging) Im not really sure whats going on here, unfortunately.

No matter what time of day I go in, the guys working are PHENOMENAL!! I have gone in at 7am or 10 pm and their customer service is great. I cant recommend them any higher.

This is the best vape shop I have ever been too. I have been going here now for over a year and getting their house juice Hubbly Bubbly. They are also excellent with their customer service and their employees are always kind and very helpful everytime I go there. Also, thanks to them they have helped to keep me tobacco free going on 2 and a half years now. I definitely recommend stopping by here if you get the chance.

Although a lot of the mechanical vapes are clones, all the products and inventory in the shop is decent to better quality. Spending an excessive amount of money on an authentic piece of metal to hold my battery is overrated.The employees know what theyre talking about, can rebuild your coils quickly, and will give you advice where it is needed.Juice could use some help because it doesnt seem to have much flavor, but some of the mixed juices are decent.

Got here a min before close and door was still open. They pushed me away from buying a coil. Ever since Virgil left this place is horrible. Customer service sucks and no one knows prices. Prices change from one day being a $75 for a certain mod to next day $150. Been here since day one. This is the last day theyll ever see me!

The customer service could be better but they usually have really good prices on their products. They kind of just give you a price when you get up to the counter Ive been charged different prices on the same products but never overcharged.

On 10/27 around 1pm my husband came in to buy a completely new mod/vape because he lost his that same day. He was stressed out because he couldnt find it and we usually go to OKC vapes. OKC vapes unfortunately only had smaller vapes and he needed to purchase something that would last him quite a while. They recommended Vapor Express on S. Broadway. We arrived at Vapor Express around 1pm and I waited in the car because i figured it would be a quick trip since he knew what he wanted. At 1:24 he comes back to the car and said that no one greeted him when he came in and he was waiting for about 20 mins. Now keep in mind, it was NOT busy at all around this time. My husband entered the store and said hello and didnt even get a response back.I understand as someone who has been in customer service and been a manager that sometimes employees lose focus or may not catch everything, but for a 6 foot man in a shop that isnt necessarily busy, to be waiting for TWENTY minutes without getting serviced is completely and utterly ridiculous. This is the first and last impression this vape store left us with.I went into the store the second time just to try to get a better understanding as to why no one was greeting him or servicing him, and with your employees working on commission, you would think they would do better. There was a young man with a cowboy hat on, i asked him what happened and if he noticed and he didnt really say much. The girl i spoke to said she was stocking coils, and i dont really see how that was a valid excuse and i asked for the manager and she pointed to a gentleman helping customers, i then asked for the owners information or a way to get in contact with him or someone higher in charge of this business and she said she cant give that information away. Sawyer, the manager on duty this day then finished up helping his guest and said he could get us a way to contact him.. which was a business card for the store, and the stores email. He then began to say that he would give us a 75% discount. I refused the discount because at this point, ill spend my money somewhere that wants it.Whats the funniest part of this, is that there was a couple that came in after my husband, that was immediately tended to by the gentleman in the cowboy hat. Im not sure what exactly your employees at this establishment know about customer service, but it doesnt seem like much. This is such a let down seeing that this place has pretty good reviews. Maybe it was a bad day, but nonetheless, 20 minutes for a customer to wait with no type of greeting is out of this world.Anyway, we went down the street to MMV Vape Shop and the customer service there was AMAZING. Id recommend them over this place anyway. Take an extra 7 mins and go to them instead. There were less employees working, with the same amount of customers as this place and the customer service was 100xs better.

Horrifying atmosphere. Only purchased something because I was out of juice and it was on my way home. There were people inside talking to the employees about selling people fake weed and saying how stupid they are because they don’t know the difference. Employees used profanity and other horrible references the entire time I was present. This place is so cloudy you can’t even see anything let alone think straight because of how loud the music is. Save yourself some time and go down the street to Edmond vapes. They are VERY professional there.

I never understood why vapors get such a bad wrap... until I stepped into Vapor Express. The place is crawling with kids who appear to be high school students just hanging out, playing fortnite or nonchalantly behind the counter. There were 2 legitimate employees (Atleast I’m assuming they were...) talking to people. 1 employee seemed to be genuinely helping some customers, the other guy seemed to just be shooting the breeze. Neither one acknowledged that they just had a new person walk through the door. I walk over to the guy who just looked like he was talking with friends, I smile and say hi, hoping to get his attention. He barely glances at me and asks the guy he was chatting with, “so do you actually want anything?”, and proceeds to show him different mods. Listen, I’ve worked in retail and I’m also a pretty reasonable person. I understand it’s hard to give every new customer the help they need if you’re already helping someone else. My issue was I wasn’t acknowledged. Not once. The only interaction I had was with a different guy behind the counter saying he doesn’t actually work there.I walked out after what felt like an eternity, and don’t plan on coming back. I got a vape pen kit for 15$ here, they gave me no information and there is no instructions in the kit. I think it is broken because it wont light after charging (24 hours after buying) but how would i know.. i cant find this style vape online so i really needed some insight. I also had to wait almost ten minutes before an associate was free to help me (they were busy talking about the radio) i will be stopping by and hopefully changing this to a positive review.

You can come in to just buy some vape juive ans end up hanging out in the lounge relax and talk with fellow vape efficianados, gamers, musicians, etc. Some people even bring in their game consoles and or guitars and amps to play. Ive been there several times everytime we get house juice it tastes like crushed up pills. They gave my husband the wrong coils. Ive just given up going cause Im tired of receiving the wrong thing.

Great place, my husband had surgery in Edmond and broke the glass on his vape. He was unable to go get it fixed so I took it down here. One of the young gentlemen went way out of his way to help me get it fixed. I really appreciate all the help. I recommend this place to everyone.!

Guy that was working was very knowledgable and was able to help me find a new juice flavor that I like. There are other places to go though within a 15 minute drive where you get better prices and discounts on devices and juice. This place is also a local hangout for vapers in the area to socialize.

I walked in and someone got up out of a comfy looking couch to help me immediately; that was pretty neat. Christ knows I wouldve been glued to that seat forever. I needed a thing and they insisted they had plenty of things, which was fantastic. They had lots of options so I asked which would make me look like a douchebag the least, so, with blessing and guidance, of course I chose a flashy rainbow looking piece but it did look like it wasnt made out of cheapass plastic, unlike the pens that make you feel as if youre breathing for dear life out of a straw or the mods that look like transformers with the cheap, shiny, plasticy material. The dude threw me a deal together and they even stopped playing T.I. and started playing 2005 Gwen Stefani, which I enjoyed. That was probably my favourite part of the visit. The dude who helped me had on a Slayer shirt and since I worship Our Dark Lord Satan, I trusted him. It was smart to do so because they gave me a fantastic deal and a hell of a lot of juice. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell. I got exactly what I wanted for an awesome price! They have made a regular out of me!

They only have the coils I need 50% of the time. Cheaper than the other vapor store in town though. Lacking customer service, everytime I go here the employees act as if its a nuisance that I came in to spend money.. it is always someone different too, not this issue with just 1 person.

Got a new vape here good vape went in there because they are the only ones that Carrie my coil but I bought vape juice and for the third time in the roll buying juice there it tasted bad and burnt I remember y I dont but juice from here it would of hot 5 star but bad juice bad stars this has happen 3 times in a row how do you do that

Called this place to ask about juice prices, he wouldn’t tell me over the phone. Crazy. Also the in store customer service is horrible, and later found out so are the prices on juice. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is a complete scam. They sold me an inferior vape. It broke and I brought to thier attention. They refused to help. Then they charged me $10 more than I originally paid to replace it. Stay clear of these scammers.

This is best vape shop ive ever been to just because the staff is super friendly and helpful. Every question ive had about vapes theyve been able to answer. Looks kind of like a bar on the inside but they are fairly cheap they have a nice staff who have good knowledge on everything and are great with suggestions they are very good and cut pretty nice deals !

I buy all my vape hardware from here. Virgil is the best man to talk to here he can get you taken care of quickly and is always super nice.

Crappy products they sell cheap clones that dont work well and the juice is nasty. customer service is poor and the employees act as if the shop is a frat house.

If I could give this a no star I would we just spent nearly 200$ Everyone there looks and acts like their stoned out of their gourd and the juice we got had literally 0 flavor called they said they’d fix it the replacement tasted just the same if not worse but I’ll bet their weed was great lousy customer service
