Nadia at vapor smoke is so kind and helpful. Although she didn’t have exactly what I needed to continue to help and the store had so many other things that caught my eye.

Untrained staff & terrible customer serviceWe loved the selection first few times we went in, and the girl working was super friendly. We purchased an erig from them. It broke within two weeks. We went back to see if we could get a receipt (it’s needed for the warranty to submit to the brand) and the girl working told us to come back after 5, and that the manager would be able to offer us a receipt or possibly an exchange. We came back after 5, and the manager told us there was nothing she could do because ‘there was too many transactions to look up a receipt’. We had the EXACT date and time that we bought it. However, she said that didn’t matter. She was very rude, and was rolling her eyes the entire time. Very disappointed because we liked this place and their selection, but any kind of customer service goes out the window once something is bought.
