Ive been going here regularly for a long time now, and the two guys who work there make it worth the trips. Always super sweet and always sit there and have fun conversations! Im always greeted with a smile and the owner is always making me laugh. Highly recommend, excellent customer service no matter what

They always have a great selection, are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!!I was up there a little after 12:00 on Saturday, I forget the two guys names that were working there but they are always so helpful, courteous and kind! They will always handle and help any problems you may come across and they just always try and do their best for everyone up there! Their recommendations are legit, they understand their flavors, proper coils for how you want to run your Vape things like that. So while there are lots of great vape stores around them, theyre also a lot of ones that are not worth wasting your time on. This one is definitely worth your time, very helpful over the phone in person, the whole nine yards!Reasonable and competitive pricing as well!

Im a loyal customer when I find a shop I like. This store happened to offer discounts for students, Im a student at UCO and had mentioned this many times before knowing about the discount. When I asked about it this time, the gentleman helping me made it a whole issue and snatched my card from my hand, slammed it back down on the counter with the receipt and pen for me to sign like I had inconvenienced him by asking for the discount he had told me about but never given me. As a broke college student still hooked on nicotine, it was disappointing to have that kind of customer service when I only had been coming to this shop. I had liked the shop until that point.. most likely wont return because I dont want to be treated like my business is an inconvenience to whoever is working.

Yes they like to dip in the well twice! Once something is paid for they like to come back and ask for mor more money! They also are not Female friendly and you can’t buy your favorite flavor vape juice because they are only allowed to sell juice they buy from someone else! Save your time and shop at a real vape shop!

I’m not really one for reviews but these people are amazing. Best vape shop in Edmond hands down. They are always super friendly and down to chat. They know their products inside and out. Always helpful if you have questions. Can’t rate them high enough

OVERPRICED AND NO HELP FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!I have been a loyal customer since they have opened, but I will never go back. I went in one night because I had a slightly leaking tank. I asked for a recommendation on a replacement, and first they tried to sell me a tank that my mod cant even run (but coincidentally was the most expensive on the shelf). They eventually sold me a tank that should have worked. I go home, fill the tank, and immediately watch it all leak out. I take it back the next day, they pull it apart, put it back together, and then tell me I probably just got a defective one and need to buy a new coil... On the brand new tank I bought there the day before and my receipt in hand. I eventually leave and test out if the other coils that came with it work. Every single one was defective. Two leaked and the last wouldnt even thread on. This was on one of the highest rated tanks on the market as well. I understand that it isnt Edmond Vapes fault that they sold me a defective product, but they did literally nothing to fix it. Whats the point of going to their store when they dont stand by their products and their markup compared to anyplace online is 20%-50%.

I only went here because I was at OU Medical Center in Edmond with my son. I was needing a filter and juice and it was right across from the hospital so I didnt have to go far. They were very friendly and understanding to my needs. I dont think I was being very nice or cheery at all but the guy that helped me seemed to understand and treated me with respect and honestly put a smile on my face by the time I left with his kindness! Thank you so much!

Price is very reasonable. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 experience. I’ll be a frequent customer from here on, for sure.

I would rate them 5 stars but it seems someone there has been adding a 5 dollar tip to each of my transactions there. I did think they were very nice and knowledgeable guys and I would tip if I knew they needes money that bad. recently went through my bank statements and its very consistent.

Had a great experience here. They had very few pieces of hardware, however they’re house juice is amazing. You can test all the flavors you want before purchasing them for 25 cents. So many to choose from! The people are also helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this shop if you are looking to try new juice or have a hardware issue. But the selection is to small for actual vapes for me to send someone there for a vape specifically.

Very helpful staff, the house juice is the best Ive found. I went in and bought a new tank and it was leaking, they worked with it until they found the problem, it had a bad coil. They replaced the coil for me and even topped if my juice since I had lost so much that day when it was leaking. Would definitly recommend them.

This is a great vape shop. They have an excellent variety of good quality house juices and theyre very pleasant and helpful here. Nice people, good conversation and great service. They have great deals on house juices at the beginning and end of the day as well.

This is by far my favorite vape store. Most of the employees are great with answering any questions without making me feel dumb. The selection of juices are great. I feel they are there more for the customer than just to make a sale. Joel is the man!

I learned more in the first visit then I have in the past few years of vaping and going to other stores! Not only was the store manager wonderful he is VERY knowledgeable of the products! He wasnt there just for the sale, and took his time with every customer that came into the store. This is now my go to store! Thank you for a great experience.

Visited 9/19/2017. Been smoking since I was 17 and first time Ive vaped. The guy there was very helpful knew what he was talking about and didnt try to sell me the highest price kit. He made sure I got what was right for me and took the time to show me how to change the coil fill it up even how to hit it. I like small business especially ones that try their best for the customers. Will recommend to others

Very knowledgeable staff and are known for it in the Edmond area; from the simple regulated stuff to the more complex mechanical stuff.They walk you through the *whole* process, instead of taking money and sending you out the door. I learn something new every time.Great selection of mods and kits. Huge selection of juice and their House Juice is definitely not your standard and expected House Juice.Make sure to give Joel a high-five.But not on a Monday.

People working there have no clue about their products. They cant give any information about the juices they have and on two separate occasions have sold me the wrong pods. Dont make the same mistake as me, check before you leave.

Always ask for a buy one get one free, only get a free gift bag. Lol very friendly great staff.

The people in there are awesome! Always great about getting you juice that you will love and giving the best advice on equipment to get for your needs and also giving good advice on upgrades you could make!

Hopefully your experience is far better than any one of mine. Every time Ive gone in has resulted in an even worse visit than the time before. The first time I went all three employees were arguing with themselves and ignored me for about twenty minutes. When I said Excuse me, could I get some juice? One of the boys said Yeah, yeah, be with you in a second. Then mumbled under his breath but loud enough for me to hear keep your shirt on. Then, when I was finally waited on I was criticized about the flavor I wanted by a female employee with her claiming that flavor tastes like a$$ and was asked if I knew what I was doing. After about 45 minutes I finally had my juice.The next visit yielded almost the identical results.Then yesterday was the last straw. I went in and was waited on fairly quick but I was treated like a complete idiot. They asked what flavor, size and strength I wanted (which was Caraboo Lou, 20ml, and 24mg). I was then told that they cant sell that strong of juice because if I overdosed on nicotine it would be their fault. Which makes no sense at all because 1: I am 33 years old and Im not an idiot. I have been vaping for quite a while now and would much rather prefer taking one or two drags here and there instead of constantly puffing on it. 2: I am an adult, not a child. So refusing to sell me that strong of juice is moronic if you offer it. 3: Saying they would get in trouble for me ODing on the juice would be akin to saying its a bars fault for giving me alcohol poisoning, or Funyons fault for giving me a heart attack. Not to mention lying about it being illegal for them to do so considering I had just bought the exact same order not more than a week ago and then being told that isnt true by 5 other stores not only insults my intelligence but also offends me greatly. They might as well have said that Im too stupid to not OD or that because it smells so good that they are afraid Im so dumb that Ill just drink it.Since each visit had gotten worse and worse I will never refer anyone to this place and will be actively warning others to avoid this store at all costs and also telling everyone I know about my horrible experiences with the employees. This isnt the way to run a successful business. If they were to close down then that would be an improvement

Haha silly Google, I havent been here in over a year. I went to the 7-11 next door yesterday.Good shop, knowledgeable staff, good selection. Bought a powerful salt nic vape and nearly gave myself nicotine poisoning, so it definitely worked well 😂

I do not vape but I have been in to pick things up for someone else and these guys are always super helpful and friendly. They know about their products and are well organized.

Went there recently to buy some juice. The only reason I went was for convenience. They had a buy one, get one. So I thought, cool lets try it out. One was great, the other not so good. So I went back to ask what base was used more pg or vg. I was told neither and given some off the wall name of some base I guess. On the bottle it has the ingredients. Which clearly states both are a part of the juice mix. Then was told the juice I purchased wasnt what they said it was originally and that it was some other flavor I never asked for. The person I spoke with was kinda rude and proceeded to give me an opinion on the juice and basically said the vape was better than mine and proceeded to vape on it. I was told hippie jooce tasted like mandarin oranges which was not the problematic juice. But I was told the one I brought in was hippie jooce. Which tasted nothing of the sort. To make things worse they just dabbed a drop on the hand and licked it to test it. Remind you, they said it was one thing and told me; they were making a whole different flavor. Something doesnt add up. Not only that, but the 5ml I got from there cost more than the 10ml I normally get elsewhere. So its not really buy one, get one. Its more like buy one, well give you the rest of what you pay for in another bottle and call it free. Needless to say, stick with what you know. Going outside the box just gets you dissappointment and a loss of money. Wont be going back there. Didnt feel welcome. There is a certain way to act when you are a professional and that was overlooked that day. Hope your experience differs from mine, vapors. Happy Vapin! Elsewhere...
